Korea recently enacted “The Civil Participation in Criminal Trials Act” that allows citizens to participate in criminal trials as the jury. This new act aims to improve democratic justice and transparency in judicial procedures. Based on the American jury system in which the jury decide on one’s guilt or innocence, The Korea’s participatory trial system also introduced an element of the German ’Schoffengericht’ in which the jury suggest the intensity of sentences to the judge. In this sense, the act can be called “the Korean-style trial by jury.” The writer, of course we can’t achieve all at the very beginning, is hard to understand the current legal system that the judge is not bound by the verdict of jury and that in the trial on appeal case, the judge can reverse the original judgment(the verdict of jury) of the acquittal. The current system is in a time of transition and we must change it in the direction of placing a high value on verdict of jury. If we can’t trust the good judgment of jury, there is no reason why the lay participation trial is in force in Korea. Also, we acknowledge rationality of the judgment but if we place the limit that the judgment of jury has advice effect, we believe blindly in the judge. In order to embody the judicature which the whole nation trust, each of us must carry out his own task sincerely. 1) The judge leads the trial procedure and assists the jury to decide reasonably. 2) The jury are mindful of their responsibilities. 3) The law supports the above-mentioned two.

Transistor and Regulator I.C which are usally used in the power supply circuit of electronic equipment play an important role in circuit safety. In the case of high heat dissipation chips, they should be operated within the temperature limit. So various heat sinks are used for cooling. Unnecessarily big sized heat sink is used frequently because of miscalculations of heat dissipation of chips. Therefore, this paper has suggested the exact estimation method of heat dissipation for various chips in the circuit. The developed method shows that the heat dissipation is a function of heat sink temperature and ambient temperature. Also, the function is related to the temperature difference from heat sink temperature and ambient temperature. Additionally, the heat dissipation estimation program is in good agreement with the measurement.

애니메이션콘텐츠는 매년 꾸준히 성장하며 발전되고 있지만 아직까지 하나의 애니메이션 콘텐츠를 제작하기 위한 제작 기간 및 예산은 부족한 실정이다. 특히 TV 시리즈 애니메이션의 경우 짧은 제작 기간 안에 많은 편수의 영상을 제작해야 하다보니 풀 3차원 애니메이션을 제작 방식을 택하는 경우가 많다. 그러나 풀 3차원 애니메이션 또한 고품질의 배경을 제작하고, 렌더링 하는 데에 많은 시간을 필요로 한다는 점에서 또 다른 문제가 발생한다. 그래서 이를 보완하고자 하는 제작 방법이 합성 애니메이션이다. 컴퓨터 그래픽(CG) 캐릭터와 실사 배경을 합성하여 애니메이션을 제작하는 방법으로, 풀 3차원 애니메이션 방식에 비해 필요한 인력이 상대적으로 적어 효율적인 구조에서 자연스러운 영상 제작이 가능하며 렌더링 시간을 줄일 수 있다는 장점을 가진다. 본 논문은 미니어처 세트와 3차원 컴퓨터 그래픽을 이용한 효율적인 합성 애니메이션 제작 공정을 제시하고자 한다. Animation contents are gradually growing every year, but production period and budget for making one animation contents is insufficient as of now. In particular, in case of animation series that are broadcasted on television, many episodes should be made within a short period of production term. Hence, production pipeline of full three-dimensional animation is frequently chosen in this case. However, another problem emerges as the full three-dimensional animation also requires a lot of time for making high-quality background and for rendering. Composed animation is a production pipeline that attempts to solve such problem. It is a pipeline of producing animation by composing computer graphic (CG) character and real background. It requires relatively small number of human resources compared to the full three-dimensional animation pipeline. Hence, it has an advantage in that natural-looking image can be produced under efficient structure and time for rendering can also be reduced. This paper proposes an efficient process of producing composed animation by using miniature set and three-dimensional computer graphic.
