비의식적 정서가 동작수행 정보처리과정 중 운동 프로그램에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects unconscious emotion on motor program of information processing for movement execution. 13 participants(male=11, female=2) were participated and viewed smile picture face and angry picture face in prime stimulus at 10ms level, and then performance button press, button press and one tennis ball hitting, button press and two tennis ball hitting task by Movement Time Measurement Tool made for this experiment. Measured data were immediately corrected, corded, and analyzed to use one-way ANOVAs with repeated measures. The results appear, positive emotion stimulus triggered more fast RT than negative emotion stimulus in planning complex motor program. Possible explanations for the performance differences depended on emotion are discussed and future research directions were provided.
블록체인 기반 분산 시스템의 실시간성 향상을 위한 DDS 기반의 경량화된 블록체인 기법 구현

본 논문에서는 블록체인 기반 분산 시스템에서의 실시간성 향상을 위한 DDS 기반의 경량화된 블록체인 기법을 제안한다. 블록체인 데이터는 시간이 지남에 따라 데이터가 무한대로 증가한다. 그러므로 분산 시스템에서 각 노드가 가지고 있는 리소스는 제한되기 때문에 대용량의 데이터를 저장해야 하는 블록체인을 도입하기에 한계가 있다. 제안한 기법은 블록체인 기반 분산 시스템에서 DDS 미들웨어를 이용하여 Topic에 따라 다른 블록체인을 생성하고 채굴 노드와 일반 노드로 역할을 나누어 트랜잭션 생성 시 필요한 데이터의 양을 줄일 수 있다. 경량화된 블록체인으로 노드의 리소스를 확보하여 실시간성을 만족할 수 있다.

K-Means modelling has been tried for finding major DNA marker of ILST035 microsatellite loci in Hanwoo Chromosome 6 linkage map. Major DNA markers are obtained from the ILST035 microsatellite through quantitative trait loci(QTL) and data mining modelling.

The objective of this study was to detection irregular antibodies among 53 sera by the use of the conventional tube test, low ionic strength solution anti-human globulin(LISS-AHG) test, polyethylene glycol anti-humanglobulin(PEG-AHG) test, gel lowionic strength solution(GEL-LISS) test, and gel papain(Gel-PAP) test. these tests were used to compare their sensitivities and reactivities for the detections. The sera were collected from three hospitals and two blood centers and all were identified to have alloantibodies. Out of 27 clinically significant cases, the Gel-PAP test was 100% sensitive in detecting Rh antibodies, the PEG-AHG test was sensitive in detecting Duffy, Kidd, Ss antibodies but not Rh antibodies, and the Gel-LISS test was determined to be sensitive for Rh, Duffy, Kidd, Ss antibodies. The reactivities of these tests for the detection of clinically significant antibodies were well correlated with those of sensitivities. The other 26 sera contained clinically insignificant antibodies (anti-Le", -Leb, -M, -PI) and these were detected completely by the tube test. In our experience, Gel-LISS was more sensitive than other antibody screening tests indetecting clinically significant antibodies. but we recommend combining. methods, for example either the PEG-AHG and Enxyme method together, or the Gel-LISS and the Gel-PAP for more reliable the detection of clinically significant antibodies in sera.
