IoT 기반 산업용 밸브 안전관리 시스템 구성장치의 성능검증 방안 개발

Valve leak accidents in petrochemistry plants and gas utilities cause human andproperty damage. The main reason why happen gas inhalation, poisoning, fire and explosionaccidents is gas valve leakage. To prevent gas leakage, inspectors check the facilities in thefield. And they are at risk of gas leak accidents. So we applied IoT-based risk assessment, mon itoring and automatic control system. It can detect both internal and external gas leakage, doreal-time monitoring of industrial valve in the plant by using hybrid sensor. As the new safetymanagement system for industrial valve is developed, it needs method to evaluate device per formance and environmental components for the system. This study is about development ofmethod to verify performance of the explosion-proofed hybrid sensing system include gas de tector and optical fiber sensor supporting wire and wireless communication. 석유화학 플랜트 및 가스 시설물의 밸브 사고는 심각한 인적 물적 피해를 유발하며 이러한 시설에서의 주요사고 원인은 밸브에서의 가스 누출로 인한 흡입, 중독, 화재 및 폭발사고이다. 가스 누출을 예방하기 위한 점검은 인력에 의해 직접 검사가 이루어지는 경우가 많으며, 점검자는 가스 누출사고의 위험에 직접적으로 노출된다. 이러한사고를 예방하기 위하여 IoT 기반 위험 분석 및 위험성 평가 모니터링 시스템과 자동제어 시스템을 적용하였다. 이를 통하여 산업용 밸브의 내 외부 가스 누출을 검지하고 하이브리드 센서를 통한 국부 및 전역 센싱으로 플랜트현장에서의 밸브 이상으로 인한 사고를 실시간으로 모니터링 할 수 있다. 이와 같이 새로운 산업용 밸브 안전관리시스템이 개발됨에 따라 관련 구성장치에 대한 성능 및 현장부합성에 대한 평가방안이 요구되었다. 본 연구에서는산업용 유무선 통신을 지원하고 가스센서와 광섬유센서를 포함하는 방폭형 하이브리드 센싱 시스템과 자동제어가 가능한 액추에이터 패키지의 성능을 평가하기 위한 시험 항목 및 방법을 제시하였고 시스템의 신뢰성을 확보할수 있는 구성장치의 성능검증 방안을 개발하였다.

This study was conducted to assess the possibility of the field application of the iceharbor-type precast fishway. When overflow depth of weir is 4.0 cm in model fishway, upper part velocities appear appropriate for upstream migration of fish and the lowest overflow wall (right line) in lower part has shown velocity distribution more or less inadequate for upstream migration. Except that right line, left and middle line revealed that velocities are appropriate for upstream migration of fish. Therefore, we concluded that this fishway owing to be not broad growth width of overflow velocities according to increasing discharges can correspond to variation of water level. Also We consider that various velocities in fishway were effective, because slow velocity line can guide flow for upstream migration. For low flow, the arrangement of different crest level or each overflow part (higher left, middle and lower right, or lower left, middle and higher right) was more effactive than unform crert level. Hole plays an important role as migration pass during drought and flood flow. Therefore, We concluded that this fishway can cope with water depth variation by various overflow wall height change and raise the field applicability with better performance hydraulically and structurally.
서울 지역에 거주하는 일부 주민들의 디프테리아 항체가에 관한 연구

Diphtheria was the world-spread, respiratory infectious disease in the past. But after developing the diphtheria toxoid, diphtheria vaccine, composed of diphtheria toxoid, is generalized, so prevalence of diphtheria is sharply dropped. But diphtheria is come back in NIS(New Independent States) in 1990s. It is believed that recurrence of diphtheria is mainly due to shortage of protective diphtheria antibody titer in adults. And it is related to 70% prevalence in adults, not in children. Considering this changing environment, this study was designed to research the diphtheria antibody titer of whole population and existence of titer difference by sex. Also it was studied whether ELISA has fitness as determination method of diphtheria antibody titer compared with neutralization method on microcell culture. This study was done to 277 samples of three hospitals in Seoul area, and sera was tested by neutralization method on microcell culture and ELISA method. The results of this study were as follows 1) Of this studied population, 31.05% had an antibody titer below the protective level (<0.01 IU/ml), 40.79% had a titer of a relative degree of protection (0.01-0.09 IU/ml) and 28.16% had a reliable degree of protection ($\geq$0.1 IU/ml). Therefore, 68.95% had a basic protective antibody titer level. 2) 20-40 age group showed the lowest diphtheria antibody titer among the studied population. 3) GMT of diphtheria antibody titer was the highest in the children. But, after child period, GMT was fallen. Standard deviation value was the lowest in older group. 4) Protective level of diphtheria antibody titer of male was slightly higher than female (70.94% vs 66.66%). But this difference was not statistically significant. 5) Diphtheria antibody titer by ELISA method was wholly higher than by neutralization method on microcell culture. Compared the two results by ELISA and neutralization, the regression coefficient was 0.38. And in titer, which was obtained by ELISA method, false-positive results was abundant.

The study aimed to develop Speech Range Profile (SRP) and to examine and validate its clinical application. Forty-five participants without voice disorders aged 18-29 years were compared using SRP and Voice Range Profile (VRP). The authors developed the “Fire!” paragraph as a SRP task compromising 14 sentences including all Korean spoken phonemes and sentence types. To compare SRP and VRP results, the participants read the paragraph (reading) and counted from 21 to 30 (counting) as a part of SRP tasks, and produced a vowel /a/ from low to high frequencies (gliding) and a shortened form of the VRP as a part of VRP tasks. F0max, F0min, F0range, Imax, Imin, and Irange for each task were measured and compared, showing that F0max, F0min, F0range, Imax, and Irange were not different between reading and gliding. Imin, had the lowest value in counting. It is concluded that the newly developed SRP task, reading the “Fire” paragraph, can yield a maximum phonation range similar to that found by VRP. Therefore, it is expected that voice evaluation can be effectively performed in a relatively short time by applying SRP with the “Fire” paragraph, a functional utterance task, in place of VRP, which may be difficult to measure long term or in cases of severe voice disorders.
