This study analyses the present situation whether Jeong-Seon Gun, so-called the Exhausted Mine Area, needs expansion of parking lot installation for the sake of tourism revitalization. The summarized results are as follows: Firstly, 68.5% respondents responded that present parking lot installation is insufficient; and 64.5% respondents answered that they suffer damage and difficulties due to the lack of parking lot. Secondly, according to the potential tourist demand estimated by Jeong Seon Gun authority, 6,100,728 tourists will visit the town annually, then it will be stabilized after 2018. Thirdly, according to the potential parking lot demand, the parking space will be in short supply; 108 spaces in 2016, 371 spaces in 2017, 646 spaces in 2018, and 932 spaces in 2019, thereafter it will be stabilized. It is considered, on the basis of this research, Jeong Sun Gun authority should secure enough parking lot in the interests of tourism revitalization and convenience of residents.
우유종류에 따른 카페라떼의 이화학적 특성 및 관능적 특성

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the physicochemical ingredients of highly-consuming caffe latte, which was made with different types of milk added thereto among many coffee beverages made of espresso and milk. That is, this study aims to present nutritional preliminary data as to coffee with the addition of milk. Moreover, this study aims to analyze the sensual characteristics and preference in relation to caffe latte. In this regard, this study conducted the analysis on the physicochemical characteristics. As a result thereof, pH of caffe latte made of low-fat milk had the highest pH value. Caffe latte made of sterilized milk had the highest level of sugar content and total solid content. In contrast, caffe latte made of non-fat milk had the lowest level thereof. There was a significant difference between all the products with the exception of caffe latte made of general milk and sterilized milk (p<.01). In regard to viscosity, milk with a higher level of fat content has a higher level of viscosity. Also, there was a significant difference between all the products (p<.01). In regard to chromaticity, all of L, a and b values of caffe latte made of general milk were found to be high. This study compared the results of mechanical measurement (electronic tongue) with the results of organoleptic assessment of trained experiment participants. As a result thereof, there was no difference in sourness in case of the mechanical measurement (electronic tongue). However, the experiment partic-ipants gave a higher grade when fat content increased. However, as for sweetness and bitterness, the results of mechanical measurement (electronic tongue) were the same as the results of organoleptic test of experiment participants. Caffe latte made of general milk was the most preferred caffe latte, followed by sterilized milk, low-fat milk and non-fat milk.

The object of rural tourism is a revitalization of agricultural village through an increase of rural income, city dwellers` rest, and the role of educational and experimental space. The purpose of this study is to develop the marketing strategy for the development of rural tourism resource and city dwellers` desire along with the importance of marketing approach to fulfil the above mentioned two objects. I will, by theoretical research, check up the developmental background of Korean rural tourism, problems, and prospect. And also, I will develop the marketing strategy of rural tourism which is based on the marketing theory. I will make progress an empirical study, which is founded on this claim. In this study, I developed rural tourism product strategy, price strategy, sales promotion strategy, process strategy, physical evidence strategy, and participants` strategy by introduction of marketing mix strategy as a theoretical background.
