As globalization is expanding, the world is now showing a behavior of accepting cultural varieties and pluralization. In other words, we are living in a world where intellections based on an absolute ideology or a dictatorial valuation will not be accepted. Due to the deluge of information and culture varieties, people are now tending to have pluralized ways of thinking rather than adhering to one absolute value. Accordingly, it is necessary to have a flexible communication method that fits into the public opinion. In the field of visual communication, a way to fulfill the pluralized public behavior is also necessary. Therefore, we would like to suggest a method that transfers a message as an image due to com positive visual basis. This study is based on the fact that collage is a way to provide uncertain messages with various combined images. By analyzing the characteristics of the technique, we would like to explore the capability of collage. We, therefore, suggest collage as an ‘image-concentrated communication method,’ which is possible to distribute the multivocal understandings.

Even though value and awareness of Korean foods have increased, Korean food labeling causes difficulty on purchasing process of foreign customers. Therefore, many of the foreign customers give up purchasing Korean foods and instead purchase products on other countries such as Japan, which causes significant damage on Korean foods export. As we look more carefully on imported korean foods in US stores, US customers face difficulty on understanding the products. This falls Korean foods behind the competition around the world, and works as an obstacle in the US market Indeed we try to look into food labeling especially on Korean processed foods and suggest some improvements.
