        중학교 멀티미디어 영어 전용교실 강화에 관한 교사 및 학부모 인식 연구

        This study is a discussion of a project that was conducted to explore the views of both teachers and parents regarding the extension of multimedia language labs in English language education. 8 junior high schools were nominated by Ministry of Education in Korea. In total, 59 teachers and 239 parents took a part in the survey on the variety of issues related to language training facilities. One of the main focuses of the study was on how teachers and parents think about extending multimedia language curriculum in the computer technology based facilities in order to fortify the effectiveness of second language learning. The results of data analysis revealed that participants showed a positive opinions on the extension of multimedia language labs in terms of learners` second language development such as training speaking skill, encouraging learners` involvement, and designing learner centered teaching materials. However, there were also other factors which may hamper the use of multimedia facilities such as lack of language contents, limited time and facilities for teaching in language curriculum, and relatively large numbers of students and so forth. Based on the results of the survey, several pedagogical suggestions on the effective use of language labs in secondary English language education are illustrated.

        7차 교육과정 하에서의 초등학생들의 영어 어휘 성취도 측정 연구

          The aim of study is to evaluate the vocabulary learning of elementary school students who have learned English for a period of four years, starting from the 3rd grade. To this end, the authors incorporated the following four procedures. First, they made five sets of tests that consisted of 79 words each, randomly chosen from English textbooks currently used at Korean elementary schools. Second, these tests were administered to 542 students of four schools under the jurisdiction of the Board of Education of the Kyeonggi Province. Third, the authors analyzed the data through the SPSS statistical program. The analysis of data revealed five results: 1) students" mastery level of vocabulary used in the English textbooks amounted to 87%, 2) students" mastery level of nouns was highest, verbs and adjectives next, and prepositions and adverbs lowest, 3) the number of words that went below the 70% masterly level was only 23. Among these, Nine words that were deemed difficult appeared in the 5th grade textbook. and seven words appeared in the 3rd grade textbook. The inclusion of these somewhat difficult words could make the 3rd and 5th grade textbooks more difficult than the 4th and 6th grade textbooks. 4) The correlation between BNC frequency counts and the order of the masterly level turned out to be not that strong. 5) The analysis revealed that a small number of easy words were removed from the revised word list, and yet many difficult words were added to it. This could make elementary school students" learning of English more difficult than otherwise. Finally, the paper acknowledged several limitations inherent in this study and suggested future research directions that are derivable from them.

        개정 교육과정의 언어형식과 ELT 영어 교재에 쓰인 문법요소의 비교 연구

          This paper compares and contrasts language forms used in the English curriculum recently developed by the Korean Ministry of Education with those used in the five widely used ELT textbooks in the following three ways: First, the paper briefly reviews the research literature of grammar syllabus design and looks into the issues of grammar selection and grading. Second, builds a small-scale database of grammar used in five major commercially available ELT textbooks. The selection was expressed in terms of the order of first time use and frequency. Third, the paper compares this newly built grammar database with the grammar syllabus of the English curriculum that is being recommended for textbook writing for grades 3 through 10 in Korean schools. It subsequently discusses a quantitative analysis of the two grammar syllabuses. Finally, the paper makes several suggestions for improving the need for revising the national English curriculum, accommodating the language forms used in ELT textbooks worldwide.

        초등 사이버 영어화상수업에서의 원어민 교사의 역할에 대한 연구

        Entering the 21st century, the world continues to change into a more global community with the help of communicative technology. It allows students who otherwise would not have the chance, to meet and study with native English speakers. As a part of the English language education policy, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and the Education and Research Information Service in Korea have supported this study to make the cyber English learning business successful for elementary students recruited from 5 schools located in 4 English specialized education districts. The purposes of this study are to: 1) find the lesson format of cyber English language teaching 2) examine the main roles of native cyber-English teachers in conducting computer mediated language teaching and 3) explore the main motivations for students in order to encourage them to be engaged in cyber learning. The results showed that native cyber English teachers used a variety of teaching techniques in order to carry out the cyber English teaching programme. In order to draw students’ attention, cyber English teachers mainly used numerous images, video clips, a message board, communicative techniques, a white board, and online testing. Native cyber English teachers also provided technical support, student management, repetition drills, mother language help, encouragement, various types of questioning practice, feedback on the performance, modeling, visualization, and instruction on cyber courtesy for their students. As a result of the survey, native teachers showed various opinions on the use of cyber English learning, lesson structure, improvement of learners’ competence, teaching materials, and the role of Korean teachers in cyber English learning.

        AHP 기법을 이용한 금융회사 『개인정보의 안전성 확보조치 기준』 우선순위에 관한 연구: 금융회사 위·수탁자 간 인식 차이를 중심으로

        4차 산업혁명시대 흐름 속에서 살아남기 위해 기업들은 빅데이터, 인공지능, 사물인터넷 등 최신 기술을 활용한 개인화 서비스에 많은 관심과 노력을 기울이는 한편, 업무 효율성 및 전문성, 비용 절감 등의 이유로 개인정보 처리를 제3자에게 위탁하고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 위탁자는 수탁자에 대한 개인정보 안전성 확보를 위해 보다 효과적이고 합리적인 기준으로 수탁자를 점검할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 금융회사와 수탁자를 대상으로 AHP 기법을 이용하여 『개인정보 안전성 확보조치 기준』 항목별 중요도와 우선순위를 도출하고, 금융회사와 수탁자 간의 중요도에 대한 인식 차이를 객관적으로 비교 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 금융회사 자체 점검과 수탁자 점검의 차이를 인식하고 목적에 맞는 가중치를 반영한 차별화된 점검기준을 적용할 수 있는 정책적 근거와 시사점을 제시한다. To survive in the trend of the fourth industrial revolution, companies are putting a lot of attention and effort into personalization services using the latest technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, while entrusting third parties to handle personal information on the grounds of work efficiency, expertise and cost reduction. In such an environment, consignors need to check trustees on a more effective and reasonable basis to ensure personal information safety for trustees. This study used AHP techniques to derive the importance and priority of each item of "Personal Information Safety Assurance Measures" for financial companies and trustees, and objectively compared and analyzed differences in perceptions of importance between financial institutions and trustees. Based on this, the company recognizes the difference between self-inspection of financial institutions and inspection of trustees and presents policy grounds and implications for applying differentiated inspection standards that reflect the weights appropriate for the purpose.

        국내 금융 사이버보안 규제의 국제경쟁력 제고를 위한 연구

        세계 금융 및 사이버보안 중심지인 미국에서 최초로 제정된 금융부문 사이버보안 규제인 ‘뉴욕 주 금융 사이버보안 규정(23 NYCRR 500)’이 2017년 3월 뉴욕에서 시행되었다. 기존의 금융 정보보안 법률과 달리 23 NYCRR 500은 위험평가 기반 정책수립, 비공개 데이터의 보안강화, 정보보안 최고 책임자(CISO) 지명, 내부위험요소 제거, 연간보고 의무 등을 규정함으로써 뉴욕 내 영업활동을 하는 은행, 보험회사 등 모든 금융기관들은 내․외부 위협으로 부터의 안정성을 입증해야 할 책임이 강화되었다. 본 논문은 뉴욕의 새로운 금융 사이버보안 규정과 기존 미국 금융 법률체제를 분석하고 국내 금융부문 사이버보안 규제(전자금융거래법 및 전자금융감독규정)와의 비교분석을 통해 국내 금융서비스 산업의 국제경쟁력 강화를 위한 금융부문 사이버보안 규제 개선 방안을 제시한다. In March 2017, the State of New York became the first state to implement regulation specific to cybersecurity for financial institutions. Unlike previous regulations regarding information security, it has set a minimum requirements to establish cybersecurity program based on risk assessment results, protect Nonpublic Information, designate of CISO, and report to regulatory entity. This paper presents a need for a new cybersecurity policy in Korea by examining newly adopted cybersecurity regulation in the United States. Finally, the paper identify policy suggestions based on the United States’s approach as they have successfully implemented the program.

      • 엔진룸에서 복사되는 전자파와 스파크 플러그의 관계에 대한 실험적 연구

        This paper presents the experimental data on the strength of the radiated electro-magnetic wave in the engine room of automobile with spark ignition system. Measured frequency range is from 110㎒ to 610㎒. We measured the radiated power of the frequency spectrum for above mentioned frequency band. The results show that each manufacturer's spark plug gives the different magnitude of strength and bandwidth of the radiated electro-magnetic wave which may be due to the different characteristics of RLC of the spark plug and the bandwidth is proportional to the resistor of the circuit. But the spectrum wave form and center frequency are almost identical since both spark plugs have the same multiplier of inductor and capacitor of the circuit in the resonance circuit. This study concludes that the RLC characteristics of the spark plug has an important role on the strength and bandwidth of the radiated electro-magnetic wave.
