한성 및 열성한약재가 모노아민 산화효소의 활성에 미치는 영향

To explain the theory of KIMI which is the theory of therapeutics in oriental medicine, monoamine oxidase(MAO) activities were measured in the brain and liver of mice which were orally administered oriental medicinal herbs which were classified into cold and hot drugs. Rheum palmatum, Anemarrhena asphodeloides, Gardenia jasminoides, Scutellaria baicalensis and Coptis japonica were considered as the cold drugs and Zingiber officinale, Aconitum carmichaeli, Asiasarum sieboldi, Evodia officinalis and Cinnamomum cassia were included in the hot drugs. The effects of cold and hot drugs on in vitro enzyme activities were measured and compared with the in vivo effects. Serotonin is important neurotransmetter involved in the control of body temperature. The MAO plays a central role in the metabolism of many neurotransmetter monoamines including serotonin. MAO is a flavoprotein found exclusively in the mitochondrial outer membrane, occuring in the MAO-A and MAO-B subtypes. MAO-A deaminates serotonin and noradrenaline, whereas MAO-B prefers phenylethylamine and benzylamine as substrates. Coptis japonica and Aconitum carmichaeli elevated the in vivo MAO activities and especialy, in vivo MAO-B activities were significantly increased. In vitro MAO-A activities were increased by hot drugs, whereas the in vitro MAO-B activities were inhibited. Cold drugs inhibited both enzyme activities in vitro.

Objects:The daily dose of Pinelliae Tuber in ≪Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases≫ is half seung in volume, two and half ryang in weight, and fifteen in total number. But the daily dose should be a whole number. So I found out the background of this setting and correct solution. Methods:I searched Classics of Traditional Medicine, found out the background of the daily dose setting, solution. Results:The daily dose of Pinelliae tuber in ≪Hangdi’s Internal Classic Miraculous Pivot≫, ≪Bohenggyuljang- buyongyakbeobyo≫ is half seung. ≪Treatise on Cold Dameage Diseases≫ followed the same daily dose of that because it referred to these books. In ≪Synopsis of Prescription of the Golden Chamber≫, the daily dose of that is half seung, one or two seung. The half seung of the Pinelliae Tuber is thirty three mL, but the diameter is 1~1.5 cm that accurate measurement by volume is difficult. The daily dose by weight is correct considering the unity of marking of the daily dose, accuracy of measurement, the fact that Pinelliae Tuber is currently distributed by cutting. So, two ryang is correct which is thirteen gram. Conclusions:Considering the traditionality, the convenience of measurement, the daily dose of Pinelliae Tuber in the ≪Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases≫ is half seung, but considering the unity, accuracy, current state of distribution, it is correct that the daily dose of it is two ryang. It corresponds to thirteen gram.
Silicon wafer via 상의 기능성 박막층 종류에 따른 Cu filling 특성 연구

TSV(through via silicon)를 이용한 Via의 Cu 충전에서 Seed 층의 역할은 전류의 흐름을 가능하게 하는 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. Via에 각각Ti/Au, Ti/Cu를 증착한 후 Ti/Cu가 Ti/Au를 대체 할 수 있는지를 알아보기 위해 먼저 실리콘 웨이퍼에 via를 형성하고, 형성된 via에 기능성 박막층으로 절연층(SiO2) 및 시드층을 형성하였다. 전해도금을 이용하여 Cu를 충전한 결과 Ti/Au 및 Ti/Cu를 증착한 두 시편 모두 via와 seed층 접합면에 박리 등의 결함이 없었고, via 내부 또한 void나 seam 등이 관찰되지 않고 우수하게 충전된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to determine new assumptive value of one Bangchonbi of Jung-Kyung fomulae. Methods : Find out the Bangchonbi that the one spoon of Jangjunggyung period, and measured use Bangchonbi. And find out the new assumptive vaule. Results : 1) The 1 Bangchonbi is 2.0mL. 2) The 1 Bangchonbi of Banhasan is 1.1g, Sayuksan is 1.0g. Orungsan is 0.8g. 3) The 1 Bangchonbi of jeoksukji power is 1.8g, munhabsan power is 2.5g. 4) The 1 Bangchonbi of moryutaeksasan is 1.0g. 5) The 1 Bangchonbi of sogonsan is 0.19g. Conclusions : According to the results mentioned above, the assumptive value of 1 Bangchonbi is 2.0mL.
한약재의 절단, 수치, 전탕법에 관한 연구II : 숙지황

To improve the quality control of frequently used oriental medicinal plants, the storage, cutting, processing and decokting methods of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. var. purpurea Makino(熟地黃) were examined. The contents of 5-hydroxymethyl-2- furaldehyde(5-HMF) of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. var. purpurea Makino were analysed by HPLC at various conditions as the standard component. Raw materials were classified into 3 groups with their specific gravity(天 地 人黃) and determined the ding weights and the contents of water, the solid component of Ji-Hwang(地黃) was the most. Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. var purpurea Makino was steamed and dried nine times and analysed the content of 5-HMF on every time. In the case of Ji-Hwang, the standard component of the ninth sample was produced the most. But which of the tenth samples of Chun-Hwang and Yin-Hwang(天黃 人黃) were the most. The best decokting conditions which were determined by the yield of 5-HMF were as follows : non cutting, soaking time was 0 minutes, decokting time was 75 minutes after boiling. The contents of sugar on each of samples were determined. The contents of standard component increased by steaming number and the contents of sugar decreased.
