        나일론66/MWCNT 복합체 물성 및 유변학적 특성 연구

        Nylon66/multi-walled carbon nano tube (MWCNT) composites were fabricated by twin screw extruder. The contents of MWCNT were 1, 3, 5, and 7 wt%. Thermal properties, dispersion, rheological and impact properties were measured by DSC, TGA, X-ray diffraction (XRD), SEM, Dynamic rheometer, and Izod impact tester. The effect of MWCNT on the non-isothermal crystallization of Nylon66 was confirmed by DSC. The complex viscosity at low frequency and the shear thinning tendency of the composites increased with MWCNT content. An increase in the elasticity was confirmed from the decrease in the slop of G``-G```` plot. Izod impact strengths of the composites were analyzed as a measure of mechanical properties, which indicated that the composites exhibit a 60% enhancement for the impact strength when 3 wt% MWCNT was added. The dispersion of MWCNT within Nylon66/MWCNT composites was also checked by SEM.

        최근 5년간 ICSID 중재판정사례를 중심으로 한 국제투자분쟁의 중요쟁점에 관한 연구

        Along with the increasing amount of foreign investment made global-wide, the disputes therefrom are also increasing. In 2007only, at least 35 new investor-State cases were filed under international investment agreements, 27 of which were filed with the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). This treatise concentrates on the concept of “investment” for purposes of establishing jurisdiction under Article 25 of the ICSID Convention. In other words it specially studies the 'concept of investment' as one of the essential factors to be considered in deciding the jurisdictional issues. In addition to that study, this treatise also dealt with a special case where the jurisdictional rules and substantive rules were applied simultaneously to the jurisdiction issue in the same case. This study shows different approaches ICSID tribunals have had taken in the cases they decided so far and tried to find a general or consistent principle in deciding the concept of investment in terms of ICSID convention. This study is intended to give a practical guide to the investors and the legal practitioners representing them in structuring their investment projects and setting up contractual provisions in the investment agreements between the investors and the foreign countries who are the parties to the agreements.

        미국판례를 통하여 본 외국중재판정의 인정과 집행

        As the volume of international commercial transactions is increasing, the number of disputes arising therefrom is increasing as well. Nowadays the commercial arbitration is very popular means of resolution of such disputes due to the international trend favoring it. One of the main reasons is the UN Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (“New York Convention”) upon which the courts of a signatory country such as the US or Korea are bound to enforce foreign arbitration awards. However the Convention also permits the courts to deny the enforcement if enforcement would violate the public policy of their country. This treatise tried to find principles and general attitudes of the US courts in dealing with the claims against the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards based upon the violation of the public policy. The author found such things and summarized the same with five subject titles including “Pro-enforcement policy” after analyzing 70 cases of the US courts including the US Supreme Court. This treatise also compared as much relevant as possible the practices of the Korean courts with those of the US courts and the statutes of the two countries in terms of the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. Through the knowledge and understanding of the US courts’ holdings as to the subject of this treatise, the scholars and practitioners can get the empirical idea about the subject area. Since the US business entities are the predominant participants in the globalized commerce who are therefore the majority parties to the international arbitrations, their action to enforce the awards and the US courts experience in dealing with such enforcement will be of good help to the Korean courts, practitioners and scholars.

        The perforation corrosion frequently occurs in the hemming joint and inside of closed structures because water and corrosive stuff are easy to stagnate and hard to get dry. So there is a need to develop the method which can be possible to predict the expected life of those parts. This paper describes a corrosion characteristic of hemming joints according to the application of anticorrosion subsidiary materials and the anticorrosion life of those parts based on the accelerated corrosion test which allows corrosion evaluation to be completed in a shorter period of time.

        압력ㆍ온도 변화에 따른 초고압 발생기 성능특성 연구

        초고압 시스템은 유압동력 발생장치, 충격압력 발생장치, 초고압부 오일 보충장치, 기동 및 제어반 등으로 일반적으로 구성된다. 유압동력 발생장치는 초고압 발생기에 유압원을 공급하고, 초고압 발생기에서는 공급되어진 유압원을 이용하여 초고압으로 압력을 증폭한다. 기동 및 제어반에서는 시스템을 운전하기 위한 전기모터, 밸브, 센서 등에 대한 제어 및 관찰을 하기 위해 사용된다. 본 연구에서는 초고압 압력을 발생시키기 위한 제어 방법을 서보밸브를 사용한 유량제어 방식에서 비례 릴리프 밸브를 사용한 압력제어 방법을 사용하여 연구하며, 초고압 압력 발생기의 압력을 가하는 주기와 유압동력 발생장치의 작동유의 온도 변화에 따라 충격압력을 발생시키는 성능이 변화하는 특성을 연구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. An ultra high- pressure system generally consists of a hydraulic power unit, an oil supply unit, an electrical power supply device, and an electrical control device. The hydraulic power unit supplies the hydraulic power to the intensifier to create generate ultra high pressure. The intensifier amplifies increases the pressure using the oil supplied from by the hydraulic power unit. The electrical supply devices and control devices maintain are provided for the electric motors, valves, and sensors. In this study, instead of a flow-control device, a pressure-control type device was mounted on a manifold block in the hydraulic power unit instead of the flow-control type. A servo valve was fitted in the intensifier, and the performance characteristics of the intensifier varied according to the variations of in the pressure cycle and with the temperature of the operating oil in the hydraulic power unit.

        잣나무임지 내 청설모(Sciurus vulgaris coreae)의 행동권 및 일일 행동 특성

        본 연구는 청설모에 의한 잣구과 피해를 방지하고 효율적인 개체군 밀도 유지를 위한 과학적인 기초자료를 마련하기 위해 2003년 3월부터 2004년 6월까지 우리나라 잣나무림에 서식하고 있는 청설모(Sciurus vulgaris)의 행동 특성에 대한 연구를 실시하였다. 청설모의 행동권은 2±1 ha였으며 세력권은 1.4±0.7 ha로 잣나무림 내 안정적인 세력권을 형성하고 있었다. 서식지내에서의 일일 활동 시간은 여름철과 가을철에 오전 과 오후에 각각 1회씩 활동지수가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 실험실내 최초 활동시간은 월별 일출 시간에 따라 최초의 활동시간도 조금씩 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 서식지별 ha당 서식밀도는 잣나무 임지에서 1.1개체로 임도 지역의 0.9개체 보다 조금 높게 나타났다. This study investigates the behavioral characteristics of Sciurus vulgaris coreae inhabiting in pine forest in Korea from March, 2003 till June, 2004 to prevent damage on pine cones caused by Sciurus vulgaris coreae and establish scientific foundational data to maintain the density of population efficiently. Sciurus vulgaris coreae home range was 2±1 ha, and their scope of power was 1.4±0.7 ha, so they built a stable scope of power in the pine cone forest. Regarding the daily activity hours in the habitat, they showed a high activity index separately once in the morning and in the afternoon during summer and winter. About the initial activity hours in the lab, there was slight difference of initial activity hours by the time of sunrise of each month. And the population density per ha in the habitat was 1.1 population in the pine forest, so it was slightly higher than 0.9 population of the forest road.

        커뮤니티매핑을 활용한 주민참여 리빙랩 사례 연구

        최근 지역 내 문제 해결의 주체로서 주민의 역할이 커지고 있으며, 해결방법 중 하나인 리빙랩은 ‘주민과 함께하는 지역혁신’을 목표로 지역의 과학기술집단과 주민사회 간의 협력을 도모하여 사회문제를 해결하려는 시도로 나타나고 있다. 주민참여 리빙랩은 주민이 모든 과정을 함께하며 책임성, 주도성을 가지고 진행되며, 광주광역시에서도 마을(지역) 내 리빙랩이 확산되고 있다. 커뮤니티매핑은 주민들이 지역의 현안 등 특정 주제에 대한 정보를 직접 수집하고, 이를 지도로 만들어 공유하고 활용하는 과정으로, 주민참여 리빙랩에서 적극 활용되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 커뮤니티매핑을 활용한 주민참여 리빙랩(Living lab) 사례를 연구하고자 하며, 이를 통해 주민 참여를 높여 주민이 주체가 되는 지속가능한 마을을 만들기 위한 방향성을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. Recently, the role of residents as the subject of solving local problems is growing, and one of the solutions, Living Lab, aims to 'local innovation together with residents' and solves social problems by promoting cooperation between the local science and technology group and the resident society. It appears as an attempt to Living labs involving residents are carried out with responsibility and initiative, with residents participating in the entire process, and living labs are also spreading in the region in Gwangju Metropolitan City. Community mapping is a process in which residents directly collect information on specific topics, such as local issues, and make a map to share and use it. It is actively used in living labs involving residents. Therefore, this study aims to study the case of a living lab involving residents using community mapping, and through this, the purpose is to find a direction to create a sustainable village in which residents are the main actors by increasing residents' participation.
