Inflammatory cells may produce active species of oxygen in antimicrobial defense. While such species can directly damage surrounding tissue, their major secondary role may be to mediate important components of the inflammatory response. Superoxide dismutase, antioxidant, have significant anti-inflammatory properties in rheumatoid arthritis, ischemic tissue injury and gastrointestinal disease. Increased oxidative product formation diseases. And superoxide dismutase produced by Porphyromonas Gingivalis is resistant to killing by polymorphonuclear leukocyte. The purpose of this study was to investigate on the effects of superoxide dismutase in 3T3 fibroblast and in experimental gingivitis in the rats. The effect of superoxide dismutase(SOD) to cell morphology and cell activity was measured in cultured mouse 3T3 fibroblast. After experimental gingivitis were induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPb) and bovine serum albumin(BSA), injection of SOD were done. WBC count and histologic findings were observed at 1, 2, 3, and 7 days. The results were as follows; 1. There was a little difference between LPS treated groups and SOD treated groups in 3T3 fibroblast morpholoy. 2. There was no difference between only SOD treated groups (except SOD 150U at 3days) and control in 3T3 fibroblast activity. 3. LPS $0.5{\mu}g/ml$ and SOD treated groups (except 150U) had decreased 3T3 fibroblast activity and no significant difference at 3 days. 4. LPS $5.0{\mu}g/ml$ and SOD treated groups were significantly increased cell activity of 3T3 fibroblast than control group at 1 day(P<0.05). 5. In LPS induced gingivitis, the number of leukocytes in SOD treated was significantly decreased than in saline treated at 1 day(P<0.05). 6. In histopathologic findings of LPS or BSA induced gingivitis, inflammatorycell infiltration in SOD treated groups were less than in saline treated group at 1, 2 and 3 days.
교환이데올로기에 따른 조직지원인식과 조직시민행동과의 관계

본 연구는 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치는 선행변수로 조직지원인식을 살펴보고 이들 선행변수와 결과변수와의 관계에 교환이데올로기가 조절역할을 하는 지를 이론적으로, 실증적으로 조사하였다.<BR> 298명의 기업 종사자를 대상으로 한 실증연구 결과로 조직지원인식의 하위차원인 정서적 지원은 조직시민행동의 하위차원인 이타행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 수단적 지원은 이타행동과 순응행동 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 교환이데올로기의 조절역할은 수단적 지원과 조직시민행동의 하위차원인 순응행동의 관계에서만 교환이데올로기가 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. A research model was established according to the literature reviews in the field of perceived organizational support (Witt,1991; Ladd & Henry, 2000; Eisenberger et al., 1986, 2001)<BR> Questionnaire survey was administered by the researcher in 4 companies. Out of 330 responses, only 298 were used as the final set of data for analysis.<BR> This study attempts to show some impact that perceived organizational support might have on organizational citizenship behaviors and consequently to observe any moderating effect of exchange ideology on the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behaviors.<BR> The results of study showed emotional support had a positive effects on altruistic behavior only. Emotional support did not have any significant effect on compliant behavior.<BR> Instrumental support had a positive effects on the two dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior such as altruistic behavior and compliant behavior.<BR> The moderating effect of exchange ideology was significant only for the relationship between instrumental support and compliant behavior.

In order to measure the MPD with 8-methoxypsoralen, we selected 49 Korean healthy male vlunteers without phototoxic or photosensitive dermatoses. They were divided to 3 groups (Immediate; group 1, 1 hour; group 2, 2 hours', group 3) according to the waiting time, intervals of application of photosensitizer a,nd UVA:irradiation. The reaults were summarized as follows: 1. MPDs of group 1 had no clinical significance. 2, MPDs of group 2 were more than those of group '3 independently of application methods of photosensitizer. 3. In the cases of topical application of 8-MOP, MPDs of group 3 according to reading interval (24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours after UVA irradiation) were 3. 4- 2. 9 J/cm, 1, 9-l. 5 J/cm' and l. 7+1, 2/cm, respectively. 4 In the cases of oral administration of 8-MOP, MPDs of group 3 according to reading; interval as topical application of 8-MOP were 7. 1.-2. 3 J/cm, 4. 4+1. 1 J/ cm and 4. 2+-l. 2 J/cm, respectively. 5 MPL)s accarding to the skin types as follows; (waiting time; 2 hours, read- ing interval; 48 hours) a. In the case of topical application of 8-MOP, MPDs of the skin type ]Il, 1V and V were 0. 9-+0. 5 J/cm, 1. 8 - 1. 1 J/cm' and 3. 0+ l. 3 J/cm respectively. b. 고용불안성이 조직시민행동과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향: 심리적 계약 파기의 매개효과 검증

본 연구는 고용불안정성이 조직시민행동과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향과 이들 선행변수와 결과변수의 관계에 있어서 심리적 계약이 파기되었다는 인식이 매개역할을 하는 지를 대규모 조직적 변화가 일어난 조직의 종업원 306명을 대상으로 실증적으로 연구하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 고용불안정성이 조직시민행동의 두 가지 하위 차원인 이타행동과 순응행동에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 고용불안정성은 조직몰입의 두 가지 하위차원인 정서적 몰입과 계속적 몰입에도 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 고용불안정성과 조직시만행동의 하위차원. 고용불안정성과 조직몰입의 하위차원에 심리적 계약의 파기 인식이 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 고용불안정성이 어떠한 심리적 과정을 거쳐 조직시민행동과 조직몰입과 같은 사회 교환적 결과 변수를 형성하는 지에 관한 통찰을 제공하며, 실무자들에게 고용불안정성의 잠재 비용(hidden cost)을 감소시키기 위한 전략적 노력이 필요하다는 것을 제안한다. The purpose of this study was threefold : (1) to examine the effect of job insecurity on organizational citizenship behavior, (2) and to examine the effect of job insecurity on organizational commihnent, (3) and to examine the effect of psychological contract violation as a mediator in the relationships between job insecurity and consequences. The results of study showed job insecurity has a negative effects on the two dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior such as altruistic behavior and compliant behavior. And, job insecurity had a negative effects on the two components of organizational commihnent such as affective commihnent and continuous commitment. Finally, psychological contract violation either partially or completely mediated the relationships between job insecurity and organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment. For practitioners, this study offers valuables insight into the hidden costs of job insecurity and may provide some hope for mitigating these effects.

A lg year-old female patient with pityriasis lichenoides et varioliforrnis acuta (PLEVA) was been treated with PUVA, At first, she was treated with tetracycline for 8 weeks with improvement somewhat. But 2 months later, her skin lesions aggravated slowly. So, we tried to treated her with PUVA and then she was cleared completely. The initial dose of UVA was 5 J/cm The UVA dosage increased by 10g of the previous exposure and increased to the maximum dose, 15 J/cm The patient exposed to UVA R times per week. 12 times after the PUVA therapy, the skin lesions begin to improve and completely improved at 21 times of Pl.JVA therapy. She was followed up every week and there was no side effect except hyperpigrnentation till 24 months. The total dose during treatment is 210 J/cm.
