Liver is an oragan which has various functions. For this functions in liver disease change variously, many methods of examination of them are invented. Each liver disease impairs these functions diversly rather than uniformly, thus it is possible to differentiate each disease by using various methods of testing it. Liver has high reproductive capacity and despite partial impairment of its function localized disease may not show any abnormality in liver function test due to compensation of remaining intact tissue of the liver. Thus the result of liver function test should be interpreted under adequate clinical investigation with other test, not depending on the liver function test only. This thesis deals with the composition, distribution in living body and clinical significance of liberating enzyme, GOT, GPT, and LDH which are included in serum enzyme that show abnormality in liver disease.
삼각형 돌출부의 크기 및 경사각이 전단파괴 형상 특성에 미치는 영향

Most of previous studies have insufficiently investigated the shear behavior and fracturing characteristics, experimentally in respect to the change of size of tooth-shaped surface asperity such as length and slope angle in a broad range. This study investigates the influence of the length and slope angle of a tooth-shaped surface asperity on the fracturing characteristics and the interface shear strength by using direct shear test apparatus. A total of 36 interface direct shear tests were conducted by changing the three types of slope angle of surface asperity, four type of length, and three types of normal stress. The shape of fractured surface after the test was quantified by using a three-dimensional surface roughness measurement apparatus. Through the experimental test results, the characteristics of fractured shape of surface asperity according to the normal stress were investigated. In addition, fractured length and height were quantified at each slope angle of surface asperity under a certain normal stress condition. 기존의 연구에서 삼각형 돌출부의 크기 즉 돌출부 길이 및 돌출부 경사각 변화에 따른 전단거동 및 파괴 형상 특성에 대한 광범위한 실험적 연구는 부족하였다. 본 연구에서는 직접전단시험기를 사용하여 삼각형 돌출부의 전단거동에 있어서 돌출부의 길이 및 경사각 특성이 표면 돌출부의 파괴 형상 특성에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 돌출부 길이는 4가지로 변환하였고, 수직응력은 3가지로, 그리고 돌출부 경사각은 3개의 각도로 변환하면서 총 36회의 시험을 수행하였다. 시험을 수행한 시편은 3차원 형상측정기를 사용하여 파괴 형상 특성을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 이러한 시험을 통하여, 수직응력 변화에 따른 돌출부의 파괴 형상 특성을 조사하였다. 또한 각각의 경사각에서 돌출부의 길이를 변화시켜 시험을 수행함으로써, 특정 수직응력 하에서 돌출부가 파괴되는 길이 및 높이를 정의하였다.

Eosinophilic enteritis is characterized by marked submucosal edema and massive infiltration of eosinophiles throughout the entire intestinal wall. The etiology of this disease is not clear until now, although some authors insisted that some gastrointestinal allepens, parasites or collagen diseases. Authors report the case of eosinophilic enteritis of ileum with embedded larva of Anisakis, which is thought as etiology. The patient is 47-year-old male, who was healthy, received operation due to acute abdominal pain with small bowel obstruction. He lived in Eastern sea side of Korea and liked to eat the raw cuttle fish. The specimen is segmental resected product of ileum and shows central small ulcer lesion and marked submucosal edema. On histiology examination, marked eosinophilice infiltration throughout the mucosa to serosal layer, accompanied with marked submucosal edema. The three segmented body of Anisakis larva is present in mucosa to submucosal area, which site is just correlated with small ulcer lesion on gross examination. We concluded that the possibility of Anisakiasis as etiology of eosinophilic enteritis may be high especially in the cases of sea-side inhabitants. So we think that careful seria1 sections for pathologic examination is needed in such cases.
적층형 탄소섬유 복합재료의 기계적 성질에 미치는 수분환경의 영향

This study has been investigated about the influence of moisture environment on the mechanical properties in the carbon fiber cross laminates. And it has been also investigated the effect of unit ply thickness of the carbon fiber cross laminates on the mechanical properties in distilled water of 80℃ for a certain period of time.<br/> As a results, it was found that the weight gain of water was increased with the immersion time and the bending strength and fracture toughness were decreased with the weight gain of water. And it was also shown that the bending strength and fracture toughness were decreased with the increasing of the unit ply thickness of carbon fiber cross laminates through the immersion time.
연구개발 프로젝트에서 R&D와 마케팅 기능 간 의사소통의 성과, 추동인자, 모델: 한국 제조기업에 대한 프로젝트 수준 연구

연구개발 부서와 타부서 간의 의사소통은 기업의 연구개발 및 신제품 개발 프로젝트의 성공에 매우 중요하다. 이에 관한 기존의 연구는 서로 다른 기업 간 횡단적 비교를 함으로써 기업 간 이질적 특성을 통제하기 어려웠다. 본 연구는 단일 기업의 72개 연구개발 프로젝트를 조사함으로써 이러한 약점을 극복하고자 하였다. 구체적으로는 연구개발 부서와 타부서(특히, 마케팅 및 상품기획) 간의 의사소통이 연구개발 결과의 제품적용에 긍정적 영향을 끼치는지 확인했다. 또한, 연구성과에 대한 평가기준의 변경이 이러한 의사소통을 추동하는 중요한 인자임을 확인했다. 나아가, 성공한 프로젝트의 마케팅-R&D 의사소통의 패턴을 미시적으로 분석하여 공통 개념 모델을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 단일 기업 내 프로젝트 수준의 미시자료를 통해 다부처 의사소통과 R&D성과와의 관계를 규명하였고, 의사소통의 추동인자와 연구개발 단계별 의사소통의 과정을 심층사례연구로 규명하였다는 점에서 학술적·실무적 의의가 있다. Communication between R&D and other functions is critical to the success of corporate R&D and new product development projects. Previous research on this issue, mostly firm-level cross-sectional comparisons, has weaknesses in controlling heterogeneity among firms. This study sought to overcome these weaknesses by examining 72 internal R&D projects of a single firm. Specifically, we found that communication between R&D and marketing has a positive effect on product application of R&D results. Besides, we found that the change of the evaluation criteria for the research performance is an essential factor for encouraging such communication. Furthermore, we have developed a common conceptual model of successful marketing-R&D communication. This study reconfirms the importance of marketing-R&D communication even within a relatively homogeneous setting and singles out an institutional arrangement as a possible managerial tool to strengthen that communication.
