스포츠사회학 : 한국 프로야구 선수의 인지된 역할특성과 운동기능에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 Grusky(1963)의 "경기위치의 중심성은 핵심적 역할특성의 획득에 영향을 미치고, 핵심적 역할기능의 획득은 지도자 충원의 가능성에 영향을 미친다."는 명제에 바탕을 두고, 첫째, 한국 프로 야구 조직에서 경기위치에 대한 역할특성과 운동기능의 상대적 중요를 평가하고, 둘째, 한국 프로야구 조직에 있어 사회적 차별에 대한 역할특성과 운동기능의 상대적인 영향력을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다.본 연구에서는 현재 한국프로야구위원회(KBO)에 소속한 선수 중에서 서울과 인천을 연고지로 하고 있는 팀에서 활동하고 있는 1군 경기에 참가하고 있는 선수(n=100)를 전집 하였다. 이중 실제 분석 인원은 77명이었다.본 연구에서 사용한 설문지는 김우성(1988)의 연구에서 사용한 설문 문항을 기초로 하여 설문지를 작성하였다. 질문지의 작성은 피험자에게 각 경기위치에 대해 훈련, 의존도 독특성, 급료 위광 등의 역할특성과 운동기능을 자신이 판단한 상대적 중요도에 따라 1에서 9까지 9단계로 평가하도록 하였다. 자료 분석을 위하여 본 연구에서 사용한 통계분석 기법은 상관관계분석과 중다회귀분석이다.본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.첫째, 야구경기에 있어 경기위치는 선정된 역할특성과 운동기능에 따라 상위서열그룹(투수, 포수, 유격수), 중위 서열그룹(일루수, 이루수, 삼루수), 그리고 하위서열그룹(외야수)으로 삼분할 수 있다.둘째, 인지된 역할특성과 운동기능 중에서 인지된 보수와 위광에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 요인은 운동기능이다. The purpose of this study, through an examination of patterns of social differentiation among playing position within Korean professional baseball organizations, was to assess the relative weighting of selected role attributes and skills and to examine the relative effects of selected role attributes and skills.In order to test the aforementioned purposes, 77 data were gathered and analysed. And the statistical methods were Pearsons correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis.Under the basis of these methods, the follow findings are summarized:First, the playing position of baseball can be divided into three parts: high ranking group(pitcher, catcher, short-stop), middle ranking group(first base, second base, third base), and low ranking group(outfielders).Second, the athletic skills is the most influencing variable on the perceived salary and prestige.

스포츠 사회학 : 중, 고등학생의 사회인구학적 변인이 스포츠 가치관에 미치는 영향

대학생, 교사집단 등이 스포츠 가치관에 미치는 영향과 관한 연구 논문은 다수 발표된 바 있으나 인생 주기에 있어서 성격형성기 및 과도기로서 매우 중요한 시기인 중·고등학생 집단에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 스포츠가 바람직한 기능을 수행하면서 중·고등학생의 스포츠 참가가 가치관에 커다란 영향을 미친다는 선행연구에 기초하여 그들의 스포츠에 대한 가치가 내포하고 있는 가치 및 역할의 관점을 재조명하고 건전 청소년 스포츠 프로그램의 구성 및 보급을 위한 기초 자료로 활용하고 궁극적으로 미래사회의 역군을 양성하는 데 그 목적이 있다.본 연구는 서울시 소재 중·고등학교에 재학중인 남녀 학생을 연구 대상으로 유층 집락 무선 표집법 (stratified cluster random sampling method)을 이용, 총 880명을 추출하였다.본 연구에서 사용한 설문지 신뢰도 분석 결과, 하위 척도별 신뢰도 계수는 α = .5315~.8711로서 정치적 가치를 제외한 모든 변인에서 비교적 높게 나타났다. 이는 <중·고등학생의 사회인구학적 특성이 스포츠가치관에 미치는 영향>에 관한 설문지의 신뢰성이 높다는 것을 시사해 주고 있다.자료 분석을 위하여 본 연구에서 사용한 통계분석은 t 검증, 일원변량분석이었다.이러한 연구 목적과 연구 방법을 기초로 하여 얻어진 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다.첫째, 중·고등학생의 성은 스포츠 가치관에 영향을 미친다.둘째, 중·고등학생의 가계 소득수준은 스포츠 가치관에 영향을 미친다.셋째, 중·고등학생 부모의 교육수준은 스포츠 가치관에 영향을 미친다. The purpose of this study is to investigate influences on the views of value in sport based on the background of socio-demography of middle and high school studentsConcretely, the purpose of this study is to investigate influences of middle and high school students’ socio-demography background on the views of value in sport of subordinate variables, that is theoretical value of sport, aesthetic value of sport, economical of sport, social value of sport, political value of sport, religious value of sport based on the background of socio-demography of middle and high school students of subordinate variables, that is independent variables the sex, income, academic career of parents of middle and high school students To perform this study, 734 middle and high school students were represented in Seoul. Analysis of the da的 was done by analysis of t-test, oneway ANOVA, using the statistical package.A questionnaire designed for this study is based on Allport(1960), Lee(1981)’s study with the purpose of examining the influences on the views of value in sport.Based upon the result of the study, the following conclusions appear warranted :First, the background of sex influences on the views of value in sportSecond, the background of income influences on the views of value in sportThird, the background of academic career of parents influences on the views of value in sport

본 연구는 치매 문제해결을 위한 스포츠정책 요인에 대해서 가중치를 도출하고, 정책요인의 우선순위를 산정하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 Kim, Kim, & Park(2018a)이 연구한 치매 문제해결을 위한 스포츠정책요인들을 활용하여 우선순위 산정을 실시하였다. 이에 따른 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 집단구분 요인 계층2의 가중치는 R&D 대상별 요인, 정책 대상별 요인 순으로 산정되어 R&D 대상을 먼저 고려해야 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 계층2와 계층3의 가중치를 활용한 하위요인 변환가중치는 매개 연구별 요인, 치매 관련 대상자별 요인, 치매증상 수준별 요인, 치매 관련 장소별 요인 순으로 산정되어 매개 연구별 요인을 먼저 고려해야 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 계층1 중 집단구분 요인을 제외한 3가지 요인 간의 가중치는 정책개발 요인, 연구개발 요인, 인프라 구축 요인 순으로 산정되어 정책개발 요인을 먼저 고려해야 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 계층1과 계층2, 계층3의 가중치를 활용한 하위요인 변환가중치는 서비스전달체계 요인, 하드웨어 인프라 요인, 법안관련 요인, 휴먼웨어 인프라 요인, 심동적 영역 요인, 인식개선 요인, 치매로 인한 이환요인, 콘텐츠웨어 인프라 요인, 기초자료조사 요인, 정책과정 요인, 예산관련 요인, 전문인력양성 요인, 스포츠 프로그램 개발 요인, 용기구 개발 요인, 치매발병 위험 요인, 라이프웨어 인프라 요인 순으로 산정되어 서비스전달체계 요인을 먼저 고려해야 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구결과는 치매 문제해결을 위한 스포츠정책 개발 및 적용에 도움이 될 것이다. The purpose of this study is to draw weight of sports policy factors priorities to solve related to dementia problem through AHP which policy has to be implemented with priority in the future. To this end, estimation of priorities was conducted using sports policy factors to solve related to dementia problem studied by Kim, Kim & Park(2018a). The analysis results are as follows. First, weights of group classification factor were calculated in order of R&D-specific subjects and policy-specific subjects factors. The sub-factor transformation weights using the weights of the hierarchy 2 and the hierarchy 3 were calculated in the order of mediated research, dementia related subjects, dementia symptom by level, and dementia related places factors. Second, weights of the three factors excluding the group classification factor were calculated in the order of policy development, R&D, and infrastructure factor. The sub-factor transformation weights using the weights of hierarchy 1, hierarchy 2, and hierarchy 3 were calculated in order of service delivery system, hard-ware infrastructure, law-related, human-ware infrastructure, psychomotor domains, awareness enhancement, causes of dementia, contents-ware infrastructure, base data survey, policy process, related budget, expert training course, relevant sports program development, development of sports equipment, risk factors for dementia, life-ware infrastructure factors. The results of this study will give a help to the development and application of sports policy for solving of the issues related to dementia.
