The purpose of this study is to suggest a plan for the development of the objet-oriented spiritual education in Korean military. For this, the entire spiritual education system is examined according to the concept of educaional process. Firstly, the roll and goals of spiritual education is discussed in comparison with foreign military cases. The external variables influencing on the spiritual education, education strategy, teaching-media, leaders' interest or intention about the spiritual education, administration of education, and infra-system for the spiritual education and studies are discussed. As a result of the discussion, diverse ideas for the development of spiritual education are suggested. First, the spiritual education system have to be constructed according to the identification and core values of Korean military. Second, it is needed a change from 'against what" concept to 'against what + for what' concept. Third, the field of the spiritual education have to expand beyond the current domain. Fourth, the teaching-media have to be changed according to the characteristics of the new generation and the development of science. As the most important idea of this paper, establishing an institute for the spritual education is strongly recommended.
고속액체 크로마토그라프법을 이용한 제제중 Aclatonium Napadisilate 의 정량 및 함량균일성에 관한 연구

A convenient high performance liquid chromatographic method was established for the quantitative determination and content uniformity test of aclatonium napadisilate preparation. This method was more simple to make the sample solution for injection, and easy to determine the content in the preparation. Aclatonium napadisilate was chromatographed using a Lichrosorb-NH₂ column (4㎜ × 25 ㎝, and acetonitrile-water mixture (83:17) as an eluent at a flow rate of 1.8 ㎖/min. RI-detector response was linear over a range of 0.5∼2.0% aclatonium napadisilate under above conditions. Reproducibility studies gave relative standard deviation of 1.29%.

The antibody to hepatitis B surface antigen (anti-HBs) seropositivity rate after 3 doses of hepatitis B virus (HBV) vaccination during infancy period is known to be higher than 90%. However, a considerable number of vaccines do not form protective anti-HBs or chronologic decrease of anti-HBs. We retrospectively collected data of HBV serologic test results in 20,738 individuals from 2000 to 2015. After exclusion criteria were applied, 19,072 individuals were included. We analyzed the anti-HBs seropositivity rate, anti-HBs disappearance rate, anti-HBs positive seroconversion rate after receiving a booster vaccine, and the difference in anti-HBs positivity between the 2 groups; group A (born before 2005, while both recombinant vaccines and plasma-derived vaccines were used) and group B (born after 2005, when only recombinant vaccines were used by national regulation). The anti-HBs seropositivity rate was 55.8%, but there was a significant difference in the rate of seropositivity for anti-HBs between the group A and B (53.0% vs. 78.1%, P < 0.001). There was no significant age-adjusted difference in the mean seropositivity rate between the 2 groups (P = 0.058). In addition, the anti-HBs positivity rate was significantly lower in the group A as compared with the group B during infancy (83.1% vs. 92.1%, P < 0.001). A total of 1,106 anti-HBs-positive subjects underwent serologic tests more than twice. Of these, 217 subjects (19.6%) showed anti-HBs disappearance. After booster vaccinations, 87.4% (83/95) achieved seroconversion from seronegative to seropositive. Our results highlight the importance of lifelong protection against HBV and the possible necessity of booster vaccination after adolescent period.
(SrㆍCa)TiO₃세라믹의 유전완화 특성에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 ( ?? )TiO₃+ 0.6[mol%]Nb₂O??(0.05≤x ≤0.2)을 기본 조성식으로 하는 세라믹을 1350[℃], 환원분위기(N₂)에서 소결하여 제작하였으며, 소결된 시편의 양면에 금속산화물(CuO)을 도포하여 1100[℃]에서 2시간동안 열처리함으로서 Cu를 입계로 침투시켰다. 표면으로부터 열확산 시켜 형성한 제2상에 의해 유전율이 크게 증가하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 시편은 온도의 함수로서 주파수 증가에 따라 유전완화 현상을 나타내었으며, 완화 주파수는 10??[Hz] 이상이었다. 또한 결정립의 비저항이 증가함에 딸 완화주파수는 감소를 나타내었다.

In this study, the dielectric properties of epoxy composites used for transformers are studied. the dielectric permittivity and loss of specimen are measured at the temperature range of 20[℃]∼150[℃] about frequency 30[㎐], 1[㎑] and 30[㎑] respectively from a serise of experiments. Consequently, observed higher values of dielectric permittivity and loss in filled epoxy composites are attributed to MWS polarization effect. Also, glass transition temperature was shifted to higher temperature and value of dielectric permittivity and loss were decreased due to 2nd curing
