산업부산물을 다량 사용한 콘크리트의 압축강도 발현 특성 검토

본 연구에서는 산업부산물을 다량으로 사용하는 콘크리트의 건설현장의 구조체 적용을 위한 기초자료를 확보하기 위해 혼화재를 다량 사용한 콘크리트의 압축강도 발현 특성을 검토하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 일반강도 영역을 대상으로 하여 단위결합재량($310{\sim}410kg/m^3$), 혼화재 치환율(70~90%), 단위수량($140{\sim}150kg/m^3$) 및 양생온도에 따른 압축강도 발현 특성을 검토하였으며, 실제 부재에서의 특성을 검토하기 위해 $2,000{\times}2,000{\times}2,000mm$ 크기의 모의부재를 제작한 후, 수화발열 특성 및 압축강도 발현 특성을 검토하였다. 검토 결과를 토대로, 본 연구에서 검토한 산업부산물을 다량 사용한 콘크리트의 경우 대기온도 평균 약 $13^{\circ}C$ 이상의 양생온도 조건에서는 재령 28일에서 24MPa 이상의 강도를 확보할 수 있는 것으로 나타나, 건설현장에서 골조용 콘크리트로 적용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. In this study, it was investigated compressive strength generation of concrete using high volume mineral admixture obtaining fundamental data for the application of concrete structure in construction field. For this, it was evaluated compressive strength with unit binder contents($310{\sim}410kg/m^3$), replacement ratio of mineral admixture(70~90%), unit water contents($140{\sim}150kg/m^3$) and curing temperature in the normal strength range. Also, after producing mock-up structure, hydration heat and compressive strength generation was evaluated to examine properties in the concrete member. In case of concrete using a large amount of industrial byproducts which was reviewed in this study, it is possible to secure compressive strength more than 24MPa at age 28days with about $13^{\circ}C$ ambient temperature of curing condition and that is considered to be applied to structure at construction site.

It was investigated fire resistance properties and mechanical properties of high strength concrete column using ECC(Engineered Cementitious Composites) permanent form by KS F 2257 Methods of fire resistance test for elements of building construction and compression test for application of precast concrete column method of high rise building in this study. As a test result, it was appeared that ECC permanent form is available as fire resistance method of high strength concrete and new precast concrete construction method for facilitating construction of high rise building.

The purpose of this study is to develop the evaluation method of repair performance for the repair method of reinforced concrete structures deteriorated due to combined deterioration,its results are summarized as the follows. After investigating and analyzing the experimental data of this study and existing research, it is proposed the evaluation method on the repair performance for the repair method of reinforced concrete structures using evaluation method of reinforcing corrosion by combined deterioration accelerated test.

In this study, it was investigated the fundamental properties of low heat concrete using high volume mineral admixture for field application of carbon emission reduction concrete. For this, it was performed an experimental study to evaluate fundamental and hydration generation properties with unit water contents of 140~150kg/㎥ and replacement ratio of 70~90% of mineral admixture. As a result, it was confirmed possibility of field application of high volume low heat concrete in the 70~80% range on the replacement ratio of mineral admixture.

Concrete structures that heat of hydration control is necessary according to construction increase of skyscraper and supersize concrete structure are increasing. Thereupon, our study group studied applying PCM (Phase Change Material) as heat of hydration reduction technology for concrete, and developed a LHB(Latent Heat Binder) as hydration heat reducing admixtures. And then, it was examined and reported fundamental properties of concrete using LHB. In this study, it is presented the fundamental data for application of concrete using the developed hydration heat reduction technology after evaluating durability of low heat concrete using LHB.
