        항공 우주 해상 : 선내 수집데이터를 활용하는 선박 및 육상 서비스를 위한 선박용 어플리케이션 시스템 설계 및 구현

        본 논문에서는 선내에서 수집되는 데이터를 이용하는 선박과 육상의 어플리케이션 서비스의 효율적인 데이터 통합관리를 위한 선박용 어플리케이션 시스템을 설계하고 모듈을 구현하였다. 선박용 어플리케이션 시스템은 선내 수집 데이터를 활용하는 선박과 육상의 서비스를 지원하고 개별 장비간 원활한 연동 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 IALA에서 논의되고 있는 데이터 공유 시스템 모델과 ISO 16425의 XML 구조를 적용하였으며, 시스템 운영을 위한 공통 모듈과 데이터 수집 및 통합관리를 위한 윈도우 서비스, 관리를 위한 웹서비스 모듈을 구현하였다. In this study, has designed the ship application system for efficient data integration management of onboard ship and shore application/service utilizing data collected onboard ship, and has implemented the module. In order to supports onboard ship and shore service utilizing onboard ship collected data and provide a easy to access among individual devices, the ship application system applied the XML structure of ISO 16425 and the data sharing system model discussed in IALA, and the common module for system operation, a windows service for data collection/integral management, and web service module for management has been implemented.

        두경부 편팡상피세포암 세포주에서 세포주기 조절인자의 활성 및 이상:후두편평상피세포암에서 종양억제 유전자 CDKN2 유전자 발현이상

        Background: Cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitors are family of molecules that regulate the cell cycle. The CDKN2, a CDK4 inhibitor, also called p16, has been implicated in human tumorigenesis. The CDKN2, inhibits the cyclin/CDK complexes which regulate the transition from G1 to S phase of cell cycle. There is a previous repot that homozygous deletion of CDKN2 region on chromosome 9p21 was detected frequently in astrocytoma, glioma and osteosarcoma, less frequently in lung cancer, leukemia and ovarian cancer, but not detected in colon cancer and neuroblastoma. However, little is known about the relationship between CDKN2 and laryngeal cancer. Therefore this study was initiated to investigate the role of CDKN2 in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma development. Materials and methods: We used 5 human laryngeal carcinoma cell lines whether they have deletion or losses of CDKN2 gene expression by DNA-PCR or RT-PCR, respectively. We examined 8 fresh frozen human laryngeal cancer tissues to detect the loss of heterozygosity(LOH) of CDKN2 PCR was performed by using micosatellite markers of short arm of human chromosome 9 (D9S126, D9S144, D9S156, D9S161, D9S162,D9S166, D9S166, D9S171,D9S200 and D9SIFNA).For informative cases, allelic loss was scored of the signal of one allele was significantly decreased in tumor DNA when compared to eh same allele in normal DNA. Results: the CDKN2 DNA deletion was observed in 3 cell lines. The CDKN2 mRNA expression was observed in only one cell line, which was very weak. LOH was detected in 7 cases(87.5%) Conclusion: These results suggest that CDKN2 plays a role in the carcinogenesis of human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

        비부비동 반정성 유두종의 전산화 단층촬영상과 자기공명영상의 분석

        Background: Computed tomography (CT) is commonly used to evaluate the degree of sinus involvement in case of inverted papilloma (IP). However, CT cannot differentiate tumor from adjacent inflammatory mucosa or retained secretions. By contrast, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has been reported to be useful in distinguishing IP from paranasal sinusitis. This study investigated whether preoperative assessment with MRI and CT accurately predict the extent of IP. Materials and methods: CT and MRI were retrospectively reviewed in 9 case of IP. Patients were categorized into staged based on CT and MRI findings according to the staging system proposed by Krouse. The involvement of IP in each sinus was also assessed. Results: Differentiation of IP from inflammatory disease may be more successful in routine case where the inflammatory mucosa has low signal intensity on T1-weighted images and very high signal intensity on T2-weighted images. CT imaging could not differentiate tumor from adjacent inflammatory mucosa or retained secretions. Conclusion: Preoperative MRI of IP can predict the location and extent of the tumor involvement in the paranasal sinuses and sometimes predicts malignant changes.
