농촌마을 공동사업 운영상 야기되는 갈등에 대한 인식 연구

본 연구의 목적은 농촌마을 공동사업에서 발생하는 갈등의 양상을 이해하기 위한 것으로 농촌 관련 분야에서 있는 사람들의 갈등에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. 설문조사는 전국적으로 운영되는 농촌마을과 관련된 교육프로그랩에 참가한 농업인과 비농업인으로 구성된 사람들을 대상으로 실시되었다. 설문조사의 내용은 농촌마을에서 나타나는 갈등 인자에 대한 내용을 담고 있으며, 일반 농업인들이 인지하고 있는 세부항목으로 구성되었다. 데이터는 2007년 10월 15 일에서 23일 사이에 수집되었다. 240개의 수집된 표본 중에서 유효표본수는 206개 이며, 통계분석은 빈도분석, T-test는 SPSS 14.0 에 의해 시행되었다. 연구결과에 의하면 농업인은 사업상 동업에 대해 부정적인 인식을 가지고 있었다. 농업인들은 동업하는 사람과의 갈등 때문에 사업상 동업을 기피하려는 경향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그들은 농촌에서 나타나는 공동사업이 동업이라고 인식하지 않기 때문에 농촌마을 공동사업 운영 중에 갈등을 직면하게 될 것을 우려하였다. 갈등은 마을 지도자와 마을 사람들 사이에서 주로 존재한다. 갈등의 주요 원인은 마을에 대한 관심사의 부족과 공동체 의식의 통일성 부족, 사업의 이득을 공유하는 방법의 결여 등이다. 농촌체험마을에서 마을주민들은 공동사업을 운영하는 중에 발생할 수 있는 갈등양상에 대해 이해하는 것이 요구된다. The purpose of this study is to understand the conflicts that occurred in the rural village's joint management project. This study examined the perception of conflicts among people working in agricultural related fields. A questionnaire survey was given to collected data from people who participated in nation-wide resrvice training course programs. The content of the questionnaire consisted of the factors of conflict in a rural village and the details recognized by general farmers. The data was collected from October 15 to 23, 2007. 206 samples were used for final analysis from a total of 240 samples. Frequency analysis and T-test between variables were conducted by SPSS 14.0. The results suggest that farmers have a negative perception of the business partnership. Proposal for business partnerships should be avoided because of the conflicts between partners. Accordingly, as farmers don't recognize that their joint project is a business partnership, the likehood of a conflict in the agricultural joint business operation and management is contained. Conflicts mainly exist between a village leader and villagers. The main reasons for conflicts are a lack of interest and lack of communal homogeneity, and lack of methodology to share the benefit of business. It will be necessary to understand the aspects of future conflicts in order to manage joint projects ill agricultural experience villages.

It was to adjust the luminance of light by the rotation angle of the polarizes and analyzer. The luminance value L_(max), L_(min) of Contrast Sensitivity could be obtained from the rotation angle B m of the average luminance(L_m), the rotation angle(θ_(max), θ_(min)) of the maximum and the minimum`s amplitude. 망막에서 암순응 함수의 Decay parameter 연구

The adaptation for a right source on the retina consists of the light - dark adaptation` s two curves for a time by the rod - cone receptor. We obtained the adaptation for a time to measure the threshold intensities, it was two decay curves by the center of a rod - cone break. It could be represented the dark adaptation by a exponential decay function consisting of T_(min). a_r, a_c. T_(0(r)). T_(0(c)), t_b, t_c$quot; s parameters. The curves of a t_b below and a t_b above showed the adaptation sensitivity of the cone and the rod. The exponential decay function was well applied to the dark adaptation in difference retinal positions, in contrally fixated fields, in luminous, as age etc. It could be used the decay parameter as the index because of representing the properties of the dark adaptation` s function.

경찰관 채용시험제도 개정안에 관한 고찰

경찰공무원은 공공의 안녕과 질서 유지를 주요 임무로 하는 특정직 공무원으로 일반 공무원과는 다른 특수성(위험성, 돌발성, 기동성 등)을 지니고 있어 채용제도에서도 특징을 가지고 있다. 조직의 성공적 운영 여부는 조직 구성원의 자질에 의존할 수밖에 없으므로, 우수한 경찰공무원의 선발은 향후 치안서비스의 품질을 향상시키는데 기여할 것이다. 우리나라의 경찰공무원 채용제도에서도 면접이 강화되는 등 우수한 경찰공무원을 채용하려는 노력은 계속해서 이루어지고 있다. 경찰내부에서도 채용제도에 관한 많은 연구와 논의가 있었을 것이며, 이번에 변경된 경찰 채용시험제도는 그러한 노력의 한 결과일 것이다. 현행의 경찰채용시험의 여러 문제점과 한계를 극복하기 위하여 응시에 있어서의 학력 제한 폐지, 필기시험 비중 축소, 체력 및 면접 비중 확대, 경찰관 직무적격성검사(PMAT) 도입 등을 통한 적성검사 구성체계 개선, 채용심사관 및 채용심사위원회 도입을 통한 적격성 심사시스템 강화, 수사Ⅰ 과목의 폐지와 한국사 과목의 추가를 통한 필기시험 과목 개편, 범인 제압능력 제고를 위한 자격증 가산점이 인정되는 무도 종목의 확대 등은 치안현장에서의 실질적으로 요구되어지는 능력과 실제 업무에서 중요시되는 적격성을 효과적으로 평가하여 우수하고 수준높은 인적 자원을 채용할 수 있다는 점에서 의미를 지니고 있으며, 학력 제한 폐지와 외부전문가들을 참여시킨 면접심사를 통하여 공정성과 형평성을 확보할 수 있을 것이다. 변경될「경찰관 채용시험제도 선진화」 방안은 40여 년간 지속되어왔던 필기위주의 채용시험제도를 대폭 개선했다는 점에서 큰 의미가 있지만, 경찰이 주장하는 선진화를 이루기 위해서는 이후로도 지속적인 제도 개선 노력이 필요할 것이다. 변경된 경찰채용시험제도에서 보여지는 한계를 개선하기 위한 방안으로 평가방법의 다양화, 면접비율의 강화, PMAT의 활용방안, 면접시험과 신원조사의 현실화, 필기시험과목의 개선을 제시하였다. Police officials who preserve public peace and good order as a major task as the specific position government employees have features in an employment system since they have a peculiarity other than the general government employees. The success of the organizational systems depends on qualities of the members. Therefore selecting the superior police officers will contribute to improving the public security service in the future. The organization exerts great efforts continuously to hire excellent police officers by strengthening the interview in our country's recruitment system. There are a lot of research and debate, and the recruitment system altered in this time is the result of such efforts. In order to overcome limitations of the current recruitment system, they abolish the academic background, reduce the importance of the written test, place more importance on the physical strength and interview and introduce the PMAT(PoliceMan Aptitude Test). With the introduction of PMAT(PoliceMan Aptitude Test), the systems of aptitude tests and the eligibility screening are enhanced through the introduction of the selection committee. Also, the written test is reorganized by doing away with the police investigation subject and adding Korean history study. The expansion of the martial arts that is required for extra points has the meaning in that we can employ high standard of human resources by effectively evaluating the practical work skill and competence. Fairness will be able to be ensured through the interview which involving the outside experts and abolition of academic background. Measures for advancing police selection system are significant in that it greatly improved the recruitment system focused on written test that had existed for over 40 years. However, efforts will be made to achieve the advancement police officers claim. The organization suggest diversification of evaluation methods, strengthening the interview rate, utilization of PMAT, interviews and background checks on realization and improvement of the written test subjects.
