Double-injection molding can inject two different materials or two colors in the same mold and process. If this injection process use, product has ability because the base part maintain strength and specified part can inject soft-material. It makes the cost down by single operation automatically for saving wages. In this paper, we designed double-injection mold for automobile remote control to inject secondary using this part as insert after inject external appearance of product. CAE analysis was progressed gate location and runner size as variable and analysis result is reflected in mold design process. As a result, it could solved badness that is generated at the conventional mold. Additionally, cost is downed by reducing loss of runner as well as could omit painting process because surface of finished product is improved through new mold.

Gas assisted injection molding is required a nitrogen supplying device to control gas for molding. This injection technology is applied that gas being into the mold after plasticized melt fill up. It is a technology that has various advantages such as reduce the material cost as well as improvement in product quality and productivity. Furthermore, sink mark could be removed out, cycle time is reduced, and strength has improved through this technology. Gas assisted injection molding has many advantages as aforementioned but should consider to jetting prior to actual application in process. Also, corrected mold construction in mold manufacturing process in order to prevent from occur fingering phenomenon. This is enable to reduces mechanical strength and cause of bad surface on products. This study purpose is to get to the root cause of fingering phenomenon. Melt temperature and mold temperature are very important factors at gas assisted injection molding. Gas pressure is influenced by temperature. Using gas assisted injection molding processing method, we can expect to improve process and greatly helpful for correction of mold in the field.

In this paper, using by rapid heating and cooling systems for injection molding and temperatures to changes. In the process of molding temperature and pressure inside the mold was found. In addition, the tensile strength of test specimens were molded. And The mechanical properties of injection molded parts were identified on mold temperature. Copper could withstand more tensile force than NAK. Therefore, it can be concluded that materials with high heat conductivity must be used in thin walled products.

It can reduce the production cost by single automatic operations. In this paper, we designed double shot injection mold for automobile remote control To inject secondary part, this part is used as an insert after external appearance of product is injected. CAE analysis was progressed gate location and runner size as variables. The analysis result is reflected in mold design process. As a result, it could solve problems which are generated in the conventional mold. Additionally, cost can be downed by reducing runner weight. As well as it could omit painting process because the surface of finished product is improved through new mold.

A Thin wall injection molding is generally defined as a product having a thickness lesser than 1 ㎜ or having a ratio between flow length and wall thickness more than 100:1. The typical applications are laser disks like CD and DVD, connectors for electric devices, IC card and so forth. Besides, for manufacturing mobile information equipments like laptop computers and cell phone cases, thin wall has been studied considering molding formability and strength in many aspects.

In this paper, the rubber behavior was calculated for obtaining the optimal process condition which is for producing a transformer with a given performance. This study was carried out using the computer simulation of injection mold filling and packing simulations. In order to remove the crack of product, proper locations of the runner and cooling system configurations could be determined. Based on these results, the transformer is developed by injection molding and guidelines of part design, mold design and processing conditions are established. Finally, the cast savings, cycle time reduce and improvement of productivity will be obtained.
