지금 국내에서의 저압 차단기는 장기사용 및 노후로 인한 고장이 중가하고 차단성능 오동작 가능성이 검중되지 않은 상태에서 일률적, 영구적으로 사용되고 있다. 따라서 배선용차단기, 누전차단기가 노후로 인한 오동작 발생이 증가하고 있으며 이것은 전기재해의 원인이 되고 있다. 열화 요인으로는 전기적, 열적, 화학적, 기계적, 생물학적 요인 등 다양한 요인들이 있다. 본 연구에서는 저압차단기의 주요 고장모드를 결정하고, 열화 인자 규명에 따라 옥외폭로시험방법 및 실내촉진시험방법 설계를 통해서 수명 향상 차단기 신뢰성 평가 기법을 개발하고자 한다.

이 연구의 목적은 성견의 발치와에 식립된 implants에 새로운 골 형성을 유도할 목적으로 사용한 흡수성막의 골유도재생술을 평가하고자 하였다. 성견의 제 3소구치를 발거하고 cylindrial HA-coated implants를 식립하였다. 실험군에는 흡수성막인 $GUIDOR^{(R)}$ 를 덮어 보호를 하고, 대조군은 막으로 보호하지 않았다. 성견은 1, 2, 4개월에 차례로 희생하였으며, 치유과정 및 골형성 정도의 평가를 위해 임상적, 방사선학적, 그리고 조직학적 관찰을 통한 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 치유리간 동안에 실험군의 흡수성막의 안정성과 조직의 만족할 만한 치유능력을 볼 수 있었다. 2. 술후 4개월 정도에서 막이 완전한 흡수를 볼 수 있었다. 3. 미숙골이 정상적인 충판의 성숙골로 바뀌는데 약 4개월의 시간이 필요하였다. 4. 대조군에 비하여 실험군에서 더 많은 골형성을 관찰할 수 있었다. 5. 흡수성막이 implant 매식에 유용하게 이용될 수 있으리라 평가한다. The aim of this study was to evaluate bone promotion of bioreabsorbable guided tissue regeneration for generating new bone adjacent to osseointegrated implants in dogs. Third premolars were extracted in dgo mandibles. Cylindrical HA-coated implants were placed into extracted sockets in dogs. And test sites were protected by $GUIDOR^{(R)}$ matrix barrier. But control sites were not protected by membrances. The sites were examined clinically, radiologically, and histologically after 1, 2, and 4 months to assess bone regeneration. The results obtained were as foolows : 1. There were the good healing and the stability of $GUIDOR^{(R)}$ matrix barrier in experimental site during the healing period. 2. Complete resorption of $GUIDOR^{(R)}$ matrix barrier was clinically observed about 4 months postoperatively. 3. The woven bone changed to mature bone with a normal cortical plate and mature, resting periosteum after 4 months. 4. In experimental site, there was a significantly greater bone promtion than observed in control site. 5. $GUIDOR^{(R)}$ matrix barrier was useful for the preparation of immediate dental implants.

Submucosal type cleft palate is subdivision of the cleft palate. It is very difficult to find submucosal cleft, because when we exam submucosal type cleft palate patients, it seems to be normal. But in fact, there are abnormal union of palatal muscles of submucosal type cleft palate patients. Because of late detection, the treatment - for example, the operation or the speech therapy - for the submucosal type cleft palate patient usually becomes late. Some patients visited our hospital due to speech disorder nevertheless normal intraoral appearance. After precise intraoral examination, we found out submucosal cleft palate. We evaluated the speech before and after surgery of these patients. In this study, we want to find the objective characteristics of submucosal type cleft palate patients, comparing with the normal and the complete cleft palate patients. Experimental groups were 10 submucosal type cleft palate patients and 10 complete cleft palate patients who got the operation in our hospital. And, the controls were 10 normal person. The sentence patterns using in this study were simple 5 vowels. Using CSL program we evaluated the Formant, Bandwidth. We analized the spectral characteristics of speech signals of 3 groups, before and after the operation. In most cases, the formant scores were higher in experimental groups (complete cleft palate group and submucosal type cleft palate group) than controls. There were small differences when speeching /a/, /i/, /e/ between experimental groups and control groups, large differences when speeching /o/, /u/. After surgery the formant scores were decreased in experimental groups (complete cleft palate group and submucosal type cleft palate group). In bandwidth scores, there were no significant differences between experimental groups and controls.

This is a case report of the mandibular prognathism with anterior open bite of 22 year-old male, which was corrected by simultaneous mobilization of both the maxilla and mandible and postoperative orthodontic treatment. The esthetic and functional problems were corrected by Obwegeser Ⅱ method and LeFort Ⅰ osteotomy and genioplasty.
UL 1699의 탄화경로 시험방법에 의한 AFCI 성능시험

UL 1699 규정에서 제시된 다양한 시험방법을 분류하고, 시험방법 중의 하나인 carbonized path arc clearing time test의 시험설비를 구축하였으며, 시험방법 및 절차에 대해 소개하였다. 또한 국내에서 개발되어진 cord 타입 AFCI를 대상으로 시험을 실시하였으며 시험결과 국내에서 개발되어진 cord 타입의 AFCI는 부하전류 3[A]에서도 아크고장을 검출하며 모든 시험전류에서 적합하게 아크를 차단하는 것을 알 수 있었다.
구강점막 결손부위의 자가피부이식 및 점막이식후의 생착과정에 관한 비교 실험적 연구

N/A Full thickness skin graft (0.7mm thick) and full thickness mucosal graft were transplanted to the defect of buccal mucosa (8x12mm) in adult rabbits. The healing process of skin graft and mucosal graft were observed histologically. The obtained results were as follows; l. In the initial stage, the epithelium and connective tissue of the graft and recipient area showed inflammatory responses. Characteristic features were dilated capillary congested with blood elements, migration of leukocytes. The epithelium of the graft had partially degenerated. Three days after transplantation, the proliferation of fibroblast and collagenous fiber at dermis layer was revealed. 2. Seven days after transplantation, in both sites, inflammatory cell infiltration and edema was decreased. The contact area of skin graft was more broader than that of mucosal graft. 3. 14 days after transplantation, in both sites, the epithelium of the graft area was approaching a preoperative structural character. The thickness had increased, cellular and intercellular character was normal. The size of mucosal graft was decreased in 20% of original one. 4. 21 days after transplantation, the connective tissue consisted of many collagen bundles, few cells and dense wavy bundles, the character of epithelium had approached the normal in structure and maturity at both sites.
UL 1699기반 아크차단기(AFCI) 시험용 아크발생장치 개발

본 연구에서는 주택의 전기배선에서 발생할 수 있는 아크사고를 모의할 수 있는 장치를 개발하였다. 개발 제작된 전원장치, 직렬아크발생장치, 병렬아크발생장치, 탄화경로아크발생장치는 UL1699에서 제시하는 시험방법 및 국내환경에서 발생되는 아크사고를 모의 할 수 있으며 AFCI 성능시험 및 시험기준 개발을 위해 활용될 것이다.

본 논문에서는 IEC 60364에서 제시하고 있는 접지계통(TT접지계통, TN-S 접지계통 및 TN-C)의 누전차단기 동작특성 및 보호도체의 임피던스변화에 따른 Loop Impedance 특성분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 Loop Impedance의 경우 저항성분과 인턱턴스성분에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 접지계통별 전류?전압특성은 TN-S 접지계통 및 TN-C 접지계통의 경우 사고전류가 높고 접촉전압이 낮은 특성을 나타낸 반면 TT 접지계통의 경우 사고전류는 낮고 접촉전압이 높게 나타남을 확인하였다. This paper describes the analysis of loop impedance characteristics by impedance alteration of protective conductors and operating characteristics of electric leakage circuit breaker by each earth systems(TT system, TN-S system and TN-C system) in IEC 60364. As a result, loop Impedance was affected by resistance & inductance. The current& voltage characteristics about earth system were identified that the TN-S system was high fault current & low touch voltage. TN-C system was almost same the TN-S system but TT system was low fault current & high touch voltage.
