Nano-pulse plasma technology has great potential as the process simplicity, high efficiency and low energy consumption for SO<sub>2</sub> removal. The research on the gas-to-particle conversion is required to achieve higher efficiency of SO<sub>2</sub> gas removal. Thus, we studied the effect of the relative humidity, NH<sub>3</sub> concentration and applied voltage of the nano-pulse plasma system in the gas to particle conversion of SO<sub>2</sub>. The particles from the conversions were increased from 10 to 100 nm in diameter as relative humidity, NH<sub>3</sub> concentration, applied voltage increases. With these results, nano-pulse plasma system can be used to more efficient removal of SO<sub>2</sub> gas by controlling above parameters.

Penetration of gas molecules through the α-cage of A-zeolite was studied theoretically. Total potential energies of the gas penetrating the system were calculated by means of CNDO/2 MO theory with the 8-R window model. Potential curves for the Na^+-8R with H₂ and CO molecules indicated high possibilities of their penetration and those for the K^+- and Ca^(2+)-8R illustrated the difficulties of their going through the plane. Cation position was flexible as spring to allow intruding molecules but required certain amount of activation energies according to the cation gas molecule interaction. The dislocation of the cations within the 8-R window due to the foreign gas penetration were visualized by the variation of distance between cation to O_(16) atom and the extent of the dislocation of cations and their characteristics were very dependent on the constituents of the gas molecule.

Lumbar interbody fusion (LIF) is an excellent treatment option for a number of lumbar diseases. LIF can be performed through posterior, transforaminal, anterior, and lateral or oblique approaches. Each technique has its own pearls and pitfalls. Through LIF, segmental stabilization, neural decompression, and deformity correction can be achieved. Minimally invasive surgery has recently gained popularity and each LIF procedure can be performed using minimally invasive techniques to reduce surgery-related complications and improve early postoperative recovery. Despite advances in surgical technology, surgery-related complications after LIF, such as pseudoarthrosis, have not yet been overcome. Although autogenous iliac crest bone graft is the gold standard for spinal fusion, other bone substitutes are available to enhance fusion rate and reduce complications associated with bone harvest. This article reviews the surgical procedures and characteristics of each LIF and the osteobiologics utilized in LIF based on the available evidence.

Satellite Air-defence Warning System receives the aircraft/ballistic track information and air defense control command obtained from Master Control & Reporting Center (MCRC) and Air Missile Defence Cell (AMD Cell) Systems. It consists of terminal and control system to propagate track information and air defense control command control via the military satellite communications. In this paper, there were described track information, air defense control command, the frame structure of modem to transmit a voice information and modulation/demodulator design, network synchronization methods via the satellite network.

Changed the business environment, private sector focuses on the performance management, so to manage the performance he uses BSC that overcomes the limitation of financial indicators. Also, it is getting emphasized to evaluate the performance about services that the public sector provides and obliged for the public sector to be responsible for managing and improving its performance as the private sector has been doing. But lacks of knowledge and experience on performance management and evaluation are blocking the public sector from introducing and implementing new performance management systems. To solve those problems, this study has derived general guidelines and KPIs that public sector should keep in mind when BSC is introduced new management system. This study focused on the public hospital which is the performance management and evaluation system of Government administration.

최근 들어 병원성 미생물의 저감화를 위하여 기존의 항생제 계열의 항균물질이 아닌 새로운 개념의 신소재 개발이 활발하게 진행 중에 있다. 특히, 이러한 신개념의 병원성 저감화 소재 중 인간의 장내에 존해하는 probiotics 균주의 특성을 이용하여 병원성 미생물을 예방하는 것은 보다 효과적인 방법 중의 하나가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 실험에서는 HT-29 cell을 대상으로 L. acidophilus 균체와 세포 파쇄물을 대상으로 STEC ATCC 43894의 장 상피세포 부착 억제능력을 측정하였다. 10 mg/mL의 세포 파쇄물이 존재하였을 때 $10^9cfu/mL$의 균체가 존재했을 때와 유사한 수준으로 STEC ATCC 43894의 부착 저해 효과가 관찰되었다. 하지만, L. acidophilus A4의 상등액에서는 그 저해 효과가 세포 파쇄물의 $5{\sim}10%$ 정도 수준으로 관찰되어 그 효과는 매우 적은 것으로 판단되었다. 또한, L. acidophilus A4의 세포 파쇄물이 STEC의 부착에 미치는 영향을 관찰하기 위하여 10mg/mL의 세포 파쇄물이 첨가된 배지에서 STEC의 단백질발현 양상을 확인하였다. 각 gel의 image에서 평균적으로 800개의 spot을 관찰할 수 있었으며 이중 2배 이상의 발현차이를 보이는 13개의 spot을 선발하였다. 7개의 spot은 세포파쇄물이 첨가되었을 때 발현이 증가하였으며 3개의 spot은 발현이 감소하였다. 흥미롭게도 3개의 단백질 spot은 세포파쇄물이 존재할 때만 발현되는 것을 확인하였다. 명확하지는 않지만 이러한 L. acidophilus A4의 세포 파쇄물에 존재하는 물질은 (1)STEC의 부착과 관련된 특정 단백질의 발현을 저해하거나 (2)STEC과 장상 피세포에서의 수용체 경합을 통해 부착을 억제하는 것으로 생각된다. 앞으로 이와 관련된 보다 세부적인 작용 메카니즘 연구 및 생화학적연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. Probiotics including Lactobacillus acidophilus, refer to a group of nonpathogenic organisms that protect the human host against gastrointestinal(GI) infections by pathogenic bacteria such as Shiga toxin-producing E. coli(STEC). In the study, the inhibitory effects of STEC ATCC 43894 adhesion by L. acidophilus A4 was investigated on the HT-29 epithelial cells. Specific proteins regulated by cell Iysates of L. acidophilus A4 on STEC ATCC 43894 were also characterized by proteomic analysis. Both cell mass and Iysate of L. acidophilus A4 have exhibited the profound inhibitory activity on the HT-29 cells(about 1.5 log scale reduction). Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis(2-DE) revealed seven proteins that were up-regulated by cell Iysates of L. acidophilus A4 and three proteins that were down-regulated. In addition, three protein spots were only detected in the presence of cell Iysates. These results suggest that inhibitory effects of STEC adhesion by L. acidophilus may be due to the regulation of specific protein of STEC.
BYOD 환경을 고려한 모바일 웹을 위한 세션 관리 개선 방안 연구

This paper explains a web session management system for mobile web environment with BYOD(Bring Your Own Device). This system operates by enhanced secure session token. This system consists of an unique identifier, time stamp, and encryption algorithm. The Unique identifier in this system classifies each mobile device for web security based on mobile environment with BYOD. And the Time stamp in this system that determine session effectiveness for web security. Also the Cipher algorithm in this system that protects session token information for web security. This paper analysis a security of session management system running on mobile web environment using the simulation techniques. The proposed method is more suitable than the other methods under enviroment mobile web environment with BYOD. 본 논문은 BYOD(Bring Your Own Device)를 포함한 모바일 웹 환경을 위한 웹 세션 관리 시스템에 대해서 기술한다. 이 시스템은 보안이 강화된 세션 토큰으로 운영되며, 고유 식별자, time stamp, 암호 알고리즘으로 구성된다. 시스템에서 고유 식발자는 BYOD를 포함한 모바일 환경에서 보안을 위하여 각 단말기를 구분한다. 시스템에서 time stamp는 BYOD를 포함한 모바일 환경에서 보안을 위하여 세션 유효성을 판단한다. 시스템에서 암호 알고리즘은 세션 토큰의 내부 정보를 보호한다. 본 논문은 시뮬레이션 기법을 사용해서 모바일 웹 상에서 세션 관리 시스템의 보안성을 분석한다. 제시된 방법은 기존 방법에 비하여 BYOD 환경의 모바일 웹 보안에 있어서 더 적합하다.
