변압기 잔류자속 측정에 관한 연구

In previous studies to obtain the residual magnetic flux of the transformer using the leakage magnetic flux, a transfer function was used. The transfer function was consisted with the leakage magnetic flux measured outside the transformer and the residual magnetic flux measured at the moment passing through the two ± residual points. In this study, a method of calculating the ratio of the maximum operating leakage flux to the residual leakage flux was proposed The advantage of this method is to avoid the uncertainty of the transfer function due to current noise. Then, the noise of the sensor was measured to investigate the effect of the drift of the noise on the measurement results. Comparing the residual leakage magnetic flux density with 80nT of the drift noise, 66 times or more at a distance of 10 mm and 5 times or more at a distance of 100 mm were obtained. 100mm was the maximum measurement distance to obtain the residual magnetic flux. 누설자속으로 변압기의 잔류자속을 구하는 기존의 연구에서는 전달함수를 이용하였다. 전달함수는 변압기의 ±의 두 잔류 점을 지나는 순간에 측정한 잔류자속과 동일한 순간에 변압기 밖에서 구한 누설자속으로 구하였다. 본 연구에서는 전달함수를 구하지 않고 동작 최대의 누설자속과 잔류자속에 의한 누설자속의 비를 계산하여 잔류자속을 구하는 방법이 가능함을 확인하였다. 이 방법의 장점은 전류잡음으로 인한 전달함수의 불확정성을 피하는 것이다. 그리고 센서의 잡음을 측정하여 잡음의 드리프트가 측정결과에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 잔류 누설 자속밀도를 센서의 드리프트인 80nT와 비교하면 거리 10mm에서는 약 66배, 100mm에서는 5배 이상이었다. 측정거리 100mm는 본 연구에서 얻어진 잔류자속을 구하기 위한 최대 측정 거리였다.

질문을 활용한 플립러닝 수업의 학습효과 -<사고와 표현> 교과목을 중심으로-

This researcher considered the learning effect of flipped learning classes using questions using <Thinking and Expression 2>, an essential liberal arts subject at J University. Studies have found the following implications: First, as a result of the survey after the class, I was able to confirm that flipped learning using questions has good educational effect. Learners were helped understand the lecture by generating questions and answering quizzes, and it was good to have a high-dimensional cognitive experience, the reflection paper said. Second, it was found that answering the quiz had more learning effect than generating the question when using the question to flipped learning. The learners complained that it was difficult to concentrate on the lecture because of the burden of creating questions or being negligent when creating questions. In the future, when flipped learning using questions as a tool, learners need to be reminded of the learning effects of question generation or come up with ways to ease the burden of question generation. In addition, the government should devise incentives to create questions in conjunction with online lectures. This is because learners can focus more on pre-learning and eventually improve the learning effect of flipped learning. Third, looking at learners’ questions written in the pre-learning task, they found that they were reasoning for the concept of ‘overview writing’ from various perspectives. This suggested that learners’ proliferation of question generation activities could help them grasp the concept of “overview weaving,” which is the core of the writing process. 본 연구자는 J대학 필수 교양 교과목인 <사고와 표현2>를 대상 삼아 질문을 활용한플립러닝 수업의 학습효과를 고찰했다. 연구 결과 다음과 같은 시사점을 발견할 수 있었다. 첫째, 수업을 마치고 설문을 받은 결과 질문을 활용한 플립러닝이 교육효과가좋음을 확인할 수 있었다. 학습자들은 질문을 생성하고 퀴즈에 답변하면서 강의 이해에 도움을 받았고, 고차원적 인지 경험을 할 수 있어서 좋았다고 성찰지에서 밝혔다. 둘째, 질문을 활용해 플립러닝을 할 경우에 질문을 생성하는 것보다 퀴즈에답변하는 것이 학습효과를 더 낸 것으로 확인되었다. 일부 학습자들은 질문 생성을 할 때 소홀했다거나, 질문을 생성해야 한다는 부담감 때문에 강의에 집중하기가 어려웠다고 토로했다. 앞으로 질문을 도구 삼아 플립러닝을 할 때에는 학습자들에게 질문 생성 행위의 학습 효과를 일깨우거나, 질문 생성 행위의 부담감을경감할 수 있는 방안을 마련할 필요가 있겠다. 또 온라인 강의와 연계해 질문 생성을 하도록 유인책을 강구해야 한다. 그래야 학습자가 사전학습에 더욱 집중하게 되고, 결국 플립러닝의 학습효과를 증진할 수 있기 때문이다. 셋째. 사전 학습 과제로 작성한 학습자들의 질문을 살핀 결과, 학습자들은 다양한 관점에서 ‘개요 작성’의 개념을 사유하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이는 학습자들의 확산적 질문 생성 활동이 글쓰기 과정의 중핵이라 할 수 있는 ‘개요 짜기’의 개념을 파악하는데 도움을 줄 수 있음을 시사했다.

Congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries is a rare congenital heart anomaly, in isolation, has no hemodynamic consequences. It is usually associated with one or more of a variety of intracardiac lesions, ventricular septal defect, valvular or subvalvular pulmonary stenosis, and deformity of the systemic atrioventricular valve with insufficiency. This report describes a successful two stage operation for congenitally corrected transposition, [SLL] type, with ventricular septal defect, pulmonary atresia, persistent ductus arteriosus, and atrial septal defect. A 9 years old patient underwent modified Blalock-Taussig operation because of severe pulmonary hypoplasia. 2 years later a corrective operation, direct closure of ASD and PDA, VSD closure with Dacron patch, Enlargement of left pulmonary artery with pericardial patch and Relief of ROTO with Rastelli procedure could be successfully performed without complication.

지적해외원조모형에 관한 연구

해외원조의 전반적인 변화는 새로운 환경과 진취적 발상에 부합하는 해외원조모형의 정립이 요구되고, 범지구 차원의 지속가능한 발전 모색의 계기가 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 해외원조모형 및 지적해외원조 추진 과정을 검토하여 향후 효과적이고 효율적인 지적해외원조 참여를 위한 지적해외원조모형을 정립하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 연구범위는 해외원조 및 모형에 한정하고, 조사방법은 문헌조사와 인터넷 조사를 통하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 접근방법은 서술적 접근방법과 시계열적 접근방법을 병용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같은 견지에서 도출하였다. 첫째, 원조모형의 접근은 원조모형의 개념, 구성요소, 선행연구 및 접근 틀 차원에서 검토하였다. 둘째, 해외원조의 결정요인 및 현황은 결정요인, 원조규모 및 유형, 원조관리체계, 원조인프라, 원조모형의 진화 차원에서 검토하였다. 셋째, 지적해외원조모형의 설계는 해외원조의 한계, 지적해외원조모형의 전제조건, 바람직한 지적해외원조모형 관점에서 언급하였다. The general change of foreign aid has been emerged form the necessity of aid model design under riding new environment and progressive thinking and endowed with the motivation for global sustainable development. For that reason, the purpose of this study is to suggest the cadastral model of foreign aid that reinforce the effective and efficient participation of foreign aid in future by examining foreign aid model and promotion process of cadastral foreign aid. To achieve the research objective, the research range was limited to foreign aid and model, a data through the reference of literature and internet investigation was collected as the research method, and a descriptive access and time series access method was applied. Conclusion of the study is as follows; First, the approach of aid model was reviewed in terms of the conception and components of it, the preceding research, and the approach framework. Second, the determinants of foreign aid and its status was applied as a viewpoint the determinants, the size and type of aid, aid management system, aid infra-structure, and the evolution of aid model. Finally, the design of cadastral model for foreign aid was referred to the limitation of foreign aid, the precondition of aid model, and the desirable cadastral model of foreign aid.

지적공부 등록사항 확장 방향성에 관한 연구 - 의무 및 제한사항 등록을 중심으로 -

1910년대 근대적 지적제도가 창설된 이후 100여 년간 새로운 기술의 도입과 사회발전에 따른 요구사항을 수용하기 위한 부분적 보완은 이루어졌지만 지적공부에서 등록 관리하고 있는 등록사항을 확장하기 위한 방향성 설정에 관한 부분에 대해서는 거의 논의가 이루어지지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 국제측량사 연명(FIG) 7분과위원회에서 미래 지적제도 발전방향으로 제시한 지적 2014(Cadastre 2014)의 내용 중 첫번째 선언문의 내용을 바탕으로 현재의 권리 관점의 지적공부 등록사항을 의무 및 제한사항으로 확대하여 등록하는 방안을 제안하였으며, 이에 대한 지적공부 등록사항 확장 방향성으로 법률적 확장성과 지하 및 지상 공간 객체로의 확장에 관한 기술적 확장성, 마지막으로 토지와 관련된 정보 공시를 위한 플랫폼 역할을 기능적 확장성으로 제시하였다. 또한 확장 방향성을 고려하여 지적공부 등록사항 확대를 적용할 수 있는 분야로 환경 분야와 안전관리 분야에 대한 적용을 검토하였다. Since the creation of modern cadastral system in 1910's the cadastral system has been modified to comply with a new technical development and diverse requirements. However, the discussion on the directions for extension of cadastral records has been rarely addressed. In this paper it is proposed that the direction of extension cadastral records from the current a right focused perspective to an obligation and restrictions perspective based on the FIG Commission 7's Cadastre 2014 which is a future vision of cadastral system development. As the extension directions, a legal and technical perspective and functional extension for a role for land information publicity platform has been presented. Considering the extension directions an environment and disaster management field has been reviewed for an applicable fields.

고려인 극작가 김해운 희곡에 재현된 디아스포라 - <동북선>을 중심으로 -

Kim Hae-woon lived in Primorye, Russia, when he created "Northeast Line", but he reveals his identity as a Goryeoin in his work. Seven of the 18 songs written in Korean and contained in the work are widely known Korean folk songs. I even tried to elicit sympathy from the Korean audience by rewriting our folk songs according to the time. In addition, the background of the work was made as the northernmost border area of North Korea, and he also mentions his hometown, Busan, in his work. In addition, it directly deals with the reality of the colonial country by accusing the atrocities of Japanese imperialism and Japanese frontman and ending with Koreans fighting in solidarity. This researcher paid attention to this national consciousness revealed in "Northeast Line", and considered the diaspora reproduced in the work. In addition, it was intended to investigate the meaning of the diaspora reproduced by Kim Hae-woon in his work and the intention of playwriting. Since the artist is a migrant status, it was judged that the literary value of the work could be properly identified only by considering the diaspora reproduced in the work. Through the study, it was confirmed that Kim Hae-woon dramatized and sang the hardships and adversities experienced by his compatriots under the colonial rule with a diaspora consciousness in his representative work "Northeast Line". It was intended to empathize with the diaspora audience by capturing the anecdotes and songs that our compatriots of the time would experience. Through this, it can be said that it not only comforted and encouraged compatriots struggling in foreign lands, but also presented zeitgeist required of their compatriots of the time. This aspect of the work seems to have drawn a favorable response from compatriots and established itself as a representative work of the artist for a long time. The diaspora embodied in "Northeast Line" is the result of Kim Hae-woon's efforts to protect his identity as a migrant writer even though he lives in another country.
