        원영의(元泳義)의 『몽학한문초계(蒙學漢文初階)』 연구

        이 논문은 근대 초기의 한학자이자 교육가인 元泳義가 편찬한 『蒙學漢文初階』의 구성과 내용, 그리고 특징 등을 분석함을 목적으로 삼았다. 원영의는 省齋 柳重敎를 스승으로 삼아 위정척사 사상의 일부를 흡수하였다. 그는 한성사범학교의 속성과에서 근대 교과를 학습하고, 졸업 후에는 관립 소학교의 교원과 사범학교의 교원을 지내면서 아동교육의 중요성을 자각하였다. 그리하여 민족정신을 바탕으로 전통적 도덕교육과 근대적 교과교육의 장점을 흡수하여 『蒙學漢文初階』를 편찬하였다. 전체 213과로 구성된 이 책은 특별한 주제 구분 없이 우화를 통한 비유와 대화법 그리고 다양한 인물들을 등장시켜 아동의 학습에 대한 흥미와 이해도를 고양시키고자 하였다. 내용은 전통의 도덕관념에서 충효 보다는 붕우, 장유, 형제 등의 관계에 비중을 두었다. 부자 관계의 경우는 `효` 보다는 `親`의 관념을 강조하였고, 군신의 관계는 거의 언급하지 않았다. 그 대신 가족·사회· 국가에 대한 `愛`를 강조하였다. 또 아동에게 기초적인 생활예절을 익히게 하는 한편 일상에서 흔히 접하는 다양한 동물과 식물, 자연현상 등을 예로 삼아 아이들에게 기초적인 물리·화학·박물·습자·작문· 역사 등을 가르쳤다. This paper is the analysis of Chinese characters species on the Korean traditional elementary textbook, 『Monghak-hanmun-chogye(蒙學漢文初階)』. The common features on the textbook are as follows: The issue of `Wijung Chuksa(defending orthodoxy and rejecting heterodoxy)` in the Philosophy of Myeonam Choi Ik-Hyun Won,Young-ui is teacher in Seong-Jae Lyu, Jung-kyo and absorb part of the Wijung Chuksa(defending orthodoxy and rejecting heterodoxy) ideas. He finished the modern curriculum in Han-seong college of Education. After graduation, he take up teaching elementary school and a college of Education. In there, he realized the importance of children`s education. First of all, he compiled a textbook, 『Monghak-hanmunchogye(蒙學漢文初階)』 which based on the national spirit, reflecting the traditional sense of morality and absorbing the benefits of modern education course. It is composed of 213 subjects and did not distinguish between the topic in particular. To enhance the understanding of the child, this book is using metaphor through a parable, conversational method and various characters. The book is emphasis on the description of the human relationships which a network of friends, old and young and brothers and sisters rather than traditional morality sense of filial piety. In a father-son relationship, it is emphasis on `Chin(親)` rather than `Hyo(孝)`, and it is not mentioned about a lord and vassal relationship. Instead, it is emphasis on `Ae(愛)` about family, society and nation. The basic necessities to children taught etiquette, a plant name, an animal name and natural phenomenon commonly seen in everyday life. Also it contains an explanation of basic physics and chemistry phenomenon, penmanship, composition, and history.

        개화기 한문교재의 편찬 의식과 현재적 시사 -원영의(元泳義)의 한문교재 편찬을 중심으로-

        This paper mainly study on suggestions for the current and the compilation consciousness of chinese writing textbook in the time of enlightenment. It is a special time of our history between Korea and Japan during the Japanese Colonial Period. The Cho-seon government demanded that defend itself and independence from Japan and the rest of the world by protecting the sovereignty and self-reliance. Won Young-ui, he met the needs of the times best. He graduated from the country`s first Western school which is Han-seong school and worked as a teacher there. He recognized that education was the foundation of national development and that education was more important to children. He published three textbooks for children. The textbook did not force conservative Confucianism and a conservative view of the world. The textbook introduced basic ethics and various Western studies. For example, hygiene, health, physics, chemistry, biology, astronomy, world history, world geography and etc. He tried to broaden his students` knowledge through his textbooks. But also he tried to build up his sense of self and self esteem for his student. His attempt is in the face of the present situation facing us. The economic crisis facing the nation, the diplomatic crisis, and the domestic political turmoil are not entirely different from the past. We are still struggling to avoid the power struggle between nations that boast the power of nations and economies. Under these circumstances, We who are engaged in research should seek the power of learning as a power source to overcome the realities of the crisis and move forward for the future.

        콘크리트충전 각형기둥-H형강보 접합부의 변형능력에 관한 실험적 연구

        T-스티프너로 보강한 모멘트 접합부의 실대형 실험이 수행되었다. 극심한 반복하중하에서 접합부의 변형모멘트 저항능력을 높이기 위해서 T-스티프너의 수직 및 수평요소로 보강하였다. 본 연구에서는 모두 5개의 실험체에 대한 실험을 수행하였는데, 접합부를 구성함에 있어서 CFT기둥 (${\boxe}-500{\times}500{\times}12$)과 H형강보 ($H-506{\times}201{\times}11{\times}19$)를 사용하였다. 접합부의 변형능력을 향상시키기 위해 RBS 상세(Dog-bone)와 수평요소 홀(HEH) 상세를 조합했다. 실험결과 RBS와 HEH 상세를 가진 실험체는, VE가 취성파단한 실험체를 제외하면, 모두 우수한 내진성능을 보였다. 또한, 모든 접합부의 최대내력은, 보의 실제의 항복하중을 사용한 값으로 구한 전소성모멘트를 적어도 15%에서 많게는 36%정도로 상회하였다. A test program was conducted on full-scale steel moment connections constructed using a T-stiffener. In the T-stiffener connection, the beam-to-column connection was reinforced with the horizontal and vertical element of the T-stiffener to resist moment under severe cyclic loads. A total of five specimens were tested in this study together with a concrete-filled tubular(CFT) column(${\sqsubset}-500{\times}500{\times}12$) and a steel beam($H-506{\times}201{\times}11{\times}19$). For the specimens, the T-stiffener was combined with RBS (also known as "Dog-bone") detail or Horizontal Element Hole(HEH) detail constructed to enhance deformation capacity. The test program showed excellent seismic performance for specimens constructed with an RBS or an HEH. except the specimens had brittle failure of VE. The test results also showed that the connections all developed maximum moments at the face of the column. Such moments were at least 15% and as much as 36% larger than the plastic moment capacity of the beam. based on the actual yield stress of the beam steel.

        Draft genome sequence of lytic bacteriophage CF1 infecting Citrobacter freundii isolates

        본 연구에서는 돼지 축사 근처 하수 오물에서 분리된 그람 음성균이자 항생제 내성을 쉽게 획득하여 병원성을 띄는 균주인 Citrobacter freundii를 host로 하는 박테리오파지의 유전체 분석을 수행하였다. 본 박테리오파지는 G + C 비율이 42.65%이며, 50,339 bp로 구성된 유전체 DNA를 지니고 있었다. 이러한 유전체 DNA에서 89개의 단백질 코딩 유전자가 확인 되었으며, 이 중 55개의 유전자는 BLASTP 분석으로부터 기능을 가지고 있다고 추정되었다. 또한 RNA는 확인되지 않았다. Citrobacter freundii is a facultative anaerobic and a Gram-negative bacterium of Enterobacteriaceae family, and is an opportunistic pathogen. Bacteriophages infecting C. freundii can be an effective treatment for C. freundii infections. Here, the complete genomic sequence is announced for a lytic bacteriophage CF1 infecting C. freundii isolates.

        여지반사식과 광투과식 매연측정기의 매연도 상관계수에 관한 연구

        Recently, The air pollution problems become hot issues as the production of the diesel automotive increases. The ministry of environment has enforced a precise inspection law to decrease the vehicle emission. In this circumstances, the smoke measurement is somewhat complicated by the use of the different type smoke meters. Although the paper filtration type opacimeter has been used for measuring smoke widely but currently the light extinction type is being used for precise inspection law. These two type opacimeters are different in their measuring principles on each other. So, for the time being the regulation standards can be confused by these two type opacimeters. In this article, The correlation factor between these two type opacimeters is studied by using engine dynamometer and vehicle test. The result of the dynamometer test shows the light extinction type is more sensitive than the filtration type by 1.47 times. But the relation factor by the vehicle test achieved 1.37 value, which is lower than that of the dynamometer test. In the future study the more precise research is needed to estimate the relation factor on vehicle test.

        CFT 기둥-H형강보 엔드플레이트 접합부의 보-패널존 강도비에 따른 내진성능 평가

        This paper presents the results of cyclic seismic performance in relation to beam-panel zone strength ratio of CFT Column to H-beam steel moment connections. Each test specimen consisted of $H-350{\times}175{\times}7{\times}11$ beam(SS400) and ${\boxe}-250{\times}250{\times}9$, ${\boxe}-250{\times}250{\times}12$ column(SPSR400). Main parameter is a column panel zone strength relative to beam strength. Energy absorption capacity available in the specimens ranged from 5.2 to 12.7(tm). If panel zone strength relative to beam strength is too strong or weak, the energy absorption capacity tended to be inferior. About steel moment-resisting frame, the test results of this experiment seem to support the investigation that permitting panel zone yielding shall be more advantageous to enhancing total seismic performance. 본 논문은 CFT기둥-H형강보 철골 모멘트 접합부의 보-패널존 강도비에 의한 내진거동을 평가하였다. 보에 대한 패널존의 상대강도를 주요변수로 하였다. 각 실험체는 $H-350{\times}175{\times}7{\times}11$ 보(SS400)와 ${\boxe}-250{\times}250{\times}9$, ${\boxe}-250{\times}250{\times}12$ 기둥(SPSR400)으로 제작되었다. 실험체의 에너지 흡수량은 5.2~12.7(tm)의 분포를 나타냈다. 패널존이 보에 비해 너무 강하거나 약하면, 에너지 흡수능력이 열등했다. 철골 모멘트 저항골조에 있어서 본 실험의 결과는 패널존의 항복을 허용하는 것이 내진거동에 유리함을 나타내고 있다.

        Draft genome sequence of lytic bacteriophage CP3 infecting anaerobic bacterial pathogen Clostridium perfringens

        Clostridium perfringens는 그람 양성, 막대 모양, 혐기성, 포자 형성을 하는 병원균으로서 Clostridiaceae과에 속한다. C. perfringens는 인간의 장관과 척추동물 내에서 식중독을 포함하는 질병을 유발한다. 높은 특이성으로 목표 세균을 죽이는 박테리오파지는 병원세균을 제어하는 방법들 중 하나로 여겨져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 C. perfringens를 감염시킬 수 있는 박테리오 파지 CP3의 유전체 염기서열 초안을 보고한다. 본 박테리오파지의 G + C 비율은 34.0%이며, 52,068 bp로 구성된 유전체 DNA를 지니고 있었다. 이 유전체는 74개의 단백질 유전자를 포함하고 있었으며, RNA는 확인되지 않았다. Clostridium perfringens is a Gram-positive, rod-shaped, anaerobic, spore-forming pathogenic bacterium, which belongs to the Clostridiaceae family. C. perfringens causes diseases including food poisoning in vertebrates and intestinal tract of humans. Bacteriophages that can kill target bacteria specifically have been considered as one of control methods for bacterial pathogens. Here, we report a draft genome sequence of the bacteriophage CP3 effective to C. perfringens. The phage genome comprises 52,068 bp with a G + C content of 34.0%. The draft genome has 74 protein-coding genes, 29 of which have predicted functions from BLASTp analysis. Others are conserved proteins with unknown functions. No RNAs were found in the genome.

        3차원 위빙 대용착 지능 용접캐리지 개발 및 적용

        In shipbuilding industry, welding position are usually flat and vertical position at the erection stage. Application of SAW and EGW for these positions makes it possible to achieve enhanced productivity and high quality. But owing to their large size and weight it is difficult to apply these techniques in short and narrow regions. To overcome this problem, our company developed light weight and compact size 4-axis welding carriage which perform 3D weaving. The purpose of this study is to explain the development and application of intelligent welding carriage using 3D weaving pattern that can fill a large amount of welds and thereby making it possible to achieve high quality of welding. This study shows 3D weaving pattern, development of weaving database, and skill of adaptive control response for the variable gap. Also, it shows the results of procedure qualification test for the AH-grade steel when applied to the intelligent welding carriage.
