A numerical study was conducted to predict the vibration of spacer grid and flow characteristic of the Partial nuclear fuel assembly. In the steady state analysis, we had studied the pressure drop and velocity distribution in the computational domain. Also we had analysis the pressure vibration at the spring of spacer grids in the unsteady state analysis. The frequency and load of the spring and dimple in numerical analysis solution will be compared with experiment results. Based on the analysis results, this numerical method will be applied to predict the trend of the flow characteristic by angle of the mixing vane and mass flow rate.
