        국군간호사관학교「14-17교육과정」개정을 위한 군사학 교육체계 기초 연구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to build a military science education system for `14 - `17 academic curriculums after reviewing both theoretical and training subjects and course objectives of military science subjects of AFNA. Methods : Educational needs of 35 experts in cadet education and military science were analyzed after studying the related literatures. Educational needs were reviewed by six senior experts after analyzing series of three Delphi survey. Results : The objectives of military science in AFNA were concluded into three categories: Acquisition of basic military knowledge as nursing officers, equipment of fundamental combat skill as nursing officers, and understanding of nursing subjects in military circumstances. As a result, the proposed courses included five theoretical studies for degree, two equivalent credit subjects, and 12 military training courses. Conclusion : This study established a theoretical framework of developing military science by reflecting both actual needs from field army and clinical needs; consequently, provided fundamental data for `14-`17 curriculum revision.

        간호사관생도의 성지식, 성태도, 양성평등의식과 성적 자율성의 관계

        Purpose : This study explores the status and the relationships among sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, awareness of gender equality and sexual autonomy of cadets. Methods : The study was conducted at a military academy in Korea from September to October 2014; total of 314 data were analyzed. Results : Cadets had rather high sexual knowledge as scores were 80.90, while their sexual attitude was considered relatively know with score of 35.84. The results of awareness of gender equality and sexual autonomy was 79.11 and 53.72, respectively, demonstrating relatively high identifications. These variables hints differences among grade, religion, and gender; they are significantly correlated to each other. According to the research, awareness of gender equality, sexual attitude, and sexual knowledge explains 16.2% of sexual autonomy status. Conclusion : In order to establish cadets` healthy perception on sexuality and have correct awareness of gender equality and sexual autonomy, an effective education shall be recommended.

        간호사관생도들의 정신전력 수준 분석

        Purpose : This study was conducted to evaluate the level of spiritual combat power and analyse the difference in the level of the generic characteristics. Methods : The tool for this study was accomplished by a remodified version of ``The Spiritual Combat Power Assessment Tool`` developed by the National Defense University. Using the modified tool, the data were collected from all cadets(N=286) at the AFNA in 2011. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and reliability analysis were used most frequently using SPSS 12.0. Results : The mean score of the subcomponents of the spiritual combat power components(Belief, discipline, morale, Solidarity) range between 3.07 and 4.21 out of 5. The results from the cadets were mostly positive, but each component showed significantly difference. The current study also confirmed the significant correlations between each component and its subcomponents. Conclusion : In order to improve the level of the spiritual combat power of cadets, the study proposed the five practical methods. This study also has a great significance in the aspect of establishing a theoretical foundation related the cadets` spiritual combat power for the future studies.

        국군간호사관학교 순환직 교수의 핵심 교수역량 분석

        Purpose: The purposes of this study were to 1) draw the core teaching competency for rotating faculties according to procedures of teaching at AFNA, 2) identify the difference of perception level between faculties and cadets and 3) evaluate educational needs for teaching competency. Methods: Behavior event interview(BEI) was conducted by distinguished rotating faculties. And then criteria and items were developed after core competence was examined at each procedure. After verifying the content validity, the data was collected from the whole rotating faculties(n=20) and cadets(n=286). Results: 34 teaching competency criteria and detail items which developed by each procedure verified the validity and reliability. There were the differences in the perception level between faculties and cadets. Also in each group the difference of importance and current level was significant. There were various education needs in general areas; Plan, Do, See procedures for faculties and cadets. Conclusion: The findings of this study demonstrate that the core teaching competency which was developed in this study will be useful for job training for new professors. This study also has a great significance in the aspect of presenting practical directions on preparing and monitoring of learner-centered teaching.

        수요자 요구에 근거한 국군간호사관학교 훈육프로그램 개발

        Purpose : A purpose of this study was to examine the demands of discipline program and develop the program suitable to cadets. Methods : This study was conducted in methodological study with the analysis and the design steps of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation(ADDIE) among instructional design models. First, on the analysis step, in order to examine the necessity of the discipline program, focused group interview of 16 novice nursing officers and 8 experienced nursing officers who were in charge of disciplinary action was conducted. Secondly, on the design step, analysis of discipline programs of 4-military academy including Armed Forces Nursing Academy (AFNA) was held. Then, content validity of the program was verified with six of current officers. Results : The developed discipline program suggested 19-specific programs and management methods. And the guiding course for discipline program and 4 extra programs were added to the original. Conclusion : This study has a great significance in the aspect of presenting diverse characteristics and practical needs to the discipline program at AFNA.

        지각된 부모의 학업지원, 성취기대, 일상통제가 학업성취 수준에 따라 자기결정성 동기에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 지각된 부모의 학업지원, 성취기대, 일상통제가 자녀의 자기결정성 동기에 영향을 미칠 때 자녀의 학업성취 수준이 조절변인으로 작용하는지를 확인하는 것이다. 부모는 자녀가 자기결정성을 형성하는데 영향을 미치는 주요한 요인이며, 이때 자녀의 성취수준은 자율성, 유능성 및 관계성에 영향을 미치는 주요한 조절변인이 될 수 있다. 즉, 자녀의 성취수준에 따라 부모의 학업지원, 성취기대, 일상통제가 자녀의 자기결정성에 미치는 영향이 달라질 수 있는 것이다. 이를 확인하기 위해 한국교육개발연구원의 한국교육종단연구(Korean Education Longitudinal Survey) 자료를 가지고 학업성취 수준에 따른 조절효과를 다집단 분석을 통해 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 학업성취 수준에 따라 지각된 부모의 학업지원, 성취기대, 일상통제가 자녀의 자기결정성 동기유형에 차별적으로 영향을 미침을 확인하였다. 구체적으로 상위 집단은 부모의 학업지원이 자기결정성 동기에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 반면, 성취기대와 일상통제는 자녀의 자기결정성 동기에 부정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 하위 집단은 부모의 학업지원, 성취기대, 일상통제 모두가 자녀의 자기결정성에 상대적으로 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 또한, 전체적으로 이들 변인들이 자기결정성을 설명하는 정도에 있어서는 상위 집단이 하위 집단보다 더 많은 설명력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 학생의 성취수준에 따라 부모 관여가 자녀의 자기결정성에 미치는 영향의 패턴과 정도가 달라지며, 자녀의 자기결정적 학업행동 지원을 위해서는 이들의 학업성취 정도를 고려하여 부모 관여가 이루어져야 함을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderating effect of academic achievement level on perceived parental academic support, achievement expectation and daily control that affect children`s self-determination in learning. Parents serve as a core factor in forming children`s self-determination. In that course, the academic achievement level can be a moderating variable by affecting children`s autonomy, competence and relatedness with parents. That is, the influence of the parental involvement on student`s self-determination could be varied by children`s achievement. Using the second year data of Korean Education Longitudinal Survey, we performed a multi-group analysis to examine the moderating effect of the academic achievement level. As a result, perceived parental academic support, achievement expectation and daily control were found to have differential effects on children`s self-determination according to their academic achievement level. Concretely, as for the high-achieving group of students, parental academic support influenced positively self-determination, but, perceived parental academic expectation and daily control had negative impacts on children`s self-determination, whereas parental academic support, academic expectation and daily control had a relatively positive influence in the low-achieving group. In addition, these factors of parental involvement explained children`s self-determination in the high-achieving group more than the low-achieving group. Conclusively, it is suggested that the patterns and degrees of influence of parent`s involvement on children`s self-determination depend on children`s achievement level and, thus, parents need to consider their children`s academic achievement level in deciding their involvement for children`s self-determined learning.

        국군간호사관학교 입학전형 요소와 생도 교육성적

        Purpose: This study was conducted to explore the correlation between the factors of admission process and academic achievement of Korea Armed Forces Nursing Academy (KAFNA). Methods: The participants of the study were 159 cadets who entered the KAFNA in 2014 and 2015 and graduated from the '14-'17 curriculum. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson correction coefficient. Results: The total score of the admission examination and the College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT) score were significantly related to the total score of academic achievement. In addition, the score of the secondary admissions examination, the score of physical examination and interview were significantly correlated with the total score of academic achievement. There was not a significant difference between academic tract of high school and academic achievement of KAFNA. The primary admissions examination score and academic score in high school of the admission factors were not related to the total academic achievement score, degree education score, and extracurricular score. Conclusion: In conclusion, it is necessary to redefine the composition, proportion, allocation of the factors of admission process of KAFNA.
