WASP which is used to plan generation expansion has disadvantages that can't manage environmental factors and regional supply-demand planning. But with the effectuation of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and Kyoto Protocol, it is expected that reducing greenhouse gases affects power system in its long-term generation expansion planning. Therefore national countermeasures is needed. This paper formulates a mathematical model considering CO2 emission constraints and Emission Trading that will be enforced. This model is based on the ORIRES which was made by ESI, Russia and manages generation expansion planning. And this mathematical model is verified by studying a case system.
새로운‘설교학 운동’(the New Homiletics)에 대한 미래지향적 고찰

This paper focuses on the consideration of The New Homiletics, which began around North America in the 1970s, which emerged as a substitute for traditional preaching that has sustained the 300 years history of the West, and its future prospects. To this end, we will first look at the rationale behind the emergence of the new preaching movement through the philosophical, theological, and theological backgrounds of The New Homiletics. Consideration of this background is the most necessary work for understanding the development of modern homiletics. And by looking at the development process before and after that around the 1970s, when the New Homiletics emerged in earnest, we try to get a clear picture of The New Homiletics. Looking at this process of change will be an important foundation for predicting how the sermon will change in the future. Finally, by giving the outlook for the future of The New Homiletics, Its specific direction is first: sermons seeking aesthetic perspectives, sermons in harmony with tradition and new things, sermons confirming the essential characteristics of the gospel, sermons considering the online situation, and sermons in accepting the characteristics of the local church. it will suggest the right direction for modern homiletic.

For a long time, Biblical preaching have been recognized by the preachers as the most basic form of preaching and as the same norms to be followed. This was a claim that was generally accepted until relatively recently, but in recent years there have been questions about the correlation between biblical preaching and gospel preaching. It is that a biblical preaching may not necessarily be an gospel preaching. In other words, the premise that a faithful preaching in the text of the Bible will deliver the gospel may not be established. For this reason, a deeper study and examination of the nature of the biblical preaching and gospel preaching is needed, and the purpose of this dissertation is to find the possibility of Bible-based gospel preaching through clear analysis and study of these two preachings. In addition, by presenting specific guidelines for gospel preaching, the purpose of which is to ensure that preachings are the ultimate means of gospel transmission.

Wien Automatic System Planning Package (WASP) which is used to draw out generation expansion planning applies Dynamic Programming in Korea power system panning. While this package has an advantage that computes annual capacity, it has a disadvantage that can't consider environmental constraints. With the effectuation of the Kyoto Protocol in February, 2005, it is expected that CO2 emission has a severe effect on Korean power system. Therefore, as the most important issue, the generation expansion planning considering environmental constraints is rising in power system. This paper develops a mathematic model including not only generation expansion planning but transmission planning and considering regional supply-demand and environmental constraints, especially CO2 emission, and verifies propriety through the case study.

Consumption of fossil fuel has been increasing steadily, and it has seriously affected environment. Due to this situation. UN established UNFCC (United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change), and since Feb. 2005, Kyoto Protocol has come into effect for UNFCC obligation. In Korean power system. coal and oil thermal generation emitting large CO2 form about 46% of total generation. Moreover since electricity demand has been increasing continuously, various alternatives should be designed to comply with Kyoto Protocol. In this paper, we analyze changes of each GENCO's generation pattern and resource planning under CO2 emission constraints. For this analysis, we incorporate CO2 emission constraints and the emission trading mechanism into the conventional OPF model.

Along with Fred Craddock, Eugene Lowry has been one of the major homileticians who have enormously influenced the New Homiletic of North America. Both homileticians has proposed each homiletical option for the New Homiletic. The purpose of this study is to explore Eugene L. Lowry’s creative and insightful homiletical method, “homiletical plot.” In other words, Lowry"s proposed form of sermon is a discussion about the meaningful contributions and effects that have been brought on by the flow of North America"s New Homiletic. His sermon, in particular, is a theory that has developed with a close connection to the New Homiletic, Fred B. Craddock, Narrative, and Jazz Music. It would be a meaningful approach to look at how the sermon methodology he has argued in the development of contemporary homiletic has changed in relation to the development of communications. Through this approach, the main objective is to look at the concrete process and emphasis of change in Lowry"s narrative preaching methodology and evaluate its meaning and value from the perspective of modern homiletic.
