        양지면 전원주택단지 프로젝트 계획

        This plan of rural housing-development is to present a new orientation for the residential culture that can meet the shifting demands of modern people as their attitudes toward naturalistic life. In this plan, sites of possible, a new housing complex is designed to supplement the site partition problem of existing housing complex by using attractiveness that the site has as a residence environment in housing planning. The conclusion can be summarized as follows. 1. Currently, most residential developments on slopes are planned with excessive slope cutting or filling on existing natural slopes rather than utilizing existing contours. In consideration of this, this proposed plan uses the existing contours of the slope to the maximum capacity in site planning. 2. The majority of the home site buyers are between the ages 30's to 50's of middle to high level incomes. Reflecting the financial needs of these families, home construction was planned by using building methods that require lower costs. 3. Reflected open-space furtherance maximum at design of community equipment for party's offer to sale in lots persons, from site purchase recognition of construction to in package sale in lots way select. 4. Considered to preserve existing natural-food life in way financial world stroke maximum, and accomplish creation with existing vegetation. Also, did planting considering privacy, and considered vegetation's environment adaptation degree because using midland style vegetation. 5. Garden wished to offer an opportunity that can make by oneself directly depending on each fondness and character to tenants. If is this intuition, wished to design, and maintained spur of housing development because housing development uses maximum natural history style comparing with other power jars all. Also, because considering people who move in housing-development, designed, and tried to make housing-development that want to live most offering the convenience.

        형태주제 분석을 통한 마을마당의 설계특성 -서울시의 사례-

        In this study, design characteristics of Village Parks in Seoul are investigated through an analysis of structuring themes expressed in spatial design. The goals and objectives of this study are: to emphasize the significance of design themes; and to demonstrate an approach to the design of landscapes through an analysis of structuring themes. For conducting this study, geometric forms and naturalistic forms were examined first. That is, the following 15 structuring themes were examined, as guiding themes: the 90$^{\circ}$rectangular theme; the 45$^{\circ}$/90$^{\circ}$angular theme; the 30$^{\circ}$/60$^{\circ}$ angular theme; circles on circle; concentric circles and radii; arcs and tangents; circle segments; the ellipse; the spiral; the meander; the free ellipse and scallops; the free spiral; the irregular polygon; the organic edge; and clustering and fragmentation. Forty five Village Parks in Seoul, built between 1996 and 1997, were analyzed through these 15 structuring themes. An analysis of Village Parks was conducted by the following two categories: land shape and structuring themes; and design directions and structuring themes. The research results are as follows; 1) Geometric forms are more frequently applied than naturalistic forms. 2) Regardless of land shape, geometric forms derived from simple primary shapes, the square and the circle, are frequently used. And the meander and the irregular polygon among naturalistic forms are frequently used. 3) Regarding design directions and structuring themes, design concepts, symbolic meanings and spatial forms are, to some degree, integrated. 4) The spiral is not applied among geometric forms. And the meander and the irregular polygon, as naturalistic forms, are frequently utilized. Research findings obtained from this study could be used in the designing of future Village Parks. For a profound study, future, research is needed in two-dimensional plans and three-dimensional elements of Village Parks.

      • 지역 교통계획과정의 개관

        지역교통계획과정에서 중요한 요소의 하나는 교통계획과 실행을 위한 관할구역 판단에서의 일관성인데 각 관할기관이 그 관할구역의 범위 안에서만 교통시설에 대한 권한을 갖는다. 계획과정에서 그러한 일관성을 획득하기 위해서는 MPO들이 협력, 계속성, 종합의 3C(cooperation, continuing, cooperative)와 종합적이고 일관성 있는 교통계획과정(요구되긴 하나 연방정책이나 프로그램에 의해 꼭 제약받지는 않는)을 갖는 것이 필수 불가결하다. MPO들은 도시화 지역을 위한 교통계획과 프로그램을 개발하는데 있어 주와 지역도시들, 관계기관들과 협력적이어야 한다. 이 교통계획과정은 지역도시와 군들의 종합적으로 계획된 개발과 일관성 있는 계획과 프로그램들로 결과되어 진다. 이 협력적인 교통의사결정과정은 멤버인 관할기관이 그 자격을 위한 지역교통이슈와 계획교통개선을 하기 위한 포럼을 제공한다. 각 도시와 군의 레벨에서, 계획 부서의 교통계획가들이 지역자본시설계획(Capital Facility Plan, CFP)과 지역 교통개선프로그램(Transportation Improvement Program, TIP)을 통해 계획과정을 수행하는데 반해, 공공사업(Public Works)부서의 교통기술자들은 예측되는 혹은 예상되는 교통수요를 맞추는 시설을 설계하고 건설하는 일을 하도록 되어 있다. MPO 스태프들은 지역도시와 군들에 지역맥락과 연방정책 및 프로그램들의 가이드 내에서 종합적이고 일관성 있는 교통자료와 정보를 제공하도록 되어 있다. MPO들은 특히 지역교통수요분석과 예측에서 그러한 전문성이 없는 도시와 군들에 기술적 조력을 제공하도록 되어 있다. MPO의 지역교통계획에 대한 원칙과 가이드는 도시들, 군들, 다른 기관들의 참여(상향식 계획과정인 공공참여를 포함하여)에 의해 개발되어진다. 모든 참여자들은 지역교통 계획에서 지역 목적과 목표를 달성하기 위해 함께 일하게 된다. This is to introduce and overview regional transportation planning processes in the southwest region of the State of Washington, USA. First, significant roles of Growth Management Act (GMA) of the State of Washington in transportation planning are examined. Major functions and roles of Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) as an MPO in the southwest region of the State of Washington, are reviewed mainly from the regional transportation planning perspectives by examining regional transportation planning programs and coordination among the state and local cities and counties. Finally, processes and roles of Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) are discussed. Regional transportation planning processes in a case of the southwest region of the State of Washington may be considered as a reference in regional transportation planning efforts in Korea.

        창덕궁의 조경적 특성 연구

        본 논문은 창덕궁의 조경적 특성에 관한 연구이다. 연구를 수행하기 위하여 현지답사를 위하여 실시하였으며 관련 문헌, 기록, 사진, 도면, 그림 등을 활용한 문헌연구의 방법을 이용하였다. 창덕궁은 기품있고 우미한 여성적 특성을 지닌 궁궐이다. 창덕궁의 외부공간 가운데 특히 창덕궁 후원은 조경학적 관점에서 관심을 갖게 되는 공간이다. 창덕궁 후원에서는 인간의 의지보다는 자연의 힘을 소중히 여겨 이를 공간구성에 반영하고 최소한으로 자연에 손을 대는 공간구성 기법을 발견할 수 있다. 자연지형의 조건을 최대한 활용하여 자연에 대한 사랑을 구현한 창덕궁 후원은 전형적인 한국의 정원미를 보여주는 대표적인 공간이다.

        수인선 소래역사 신축설계안

        Sorae Station on the Suin Line is going to be located in Nonhyun -dong, Namdong -gu, Inchon Metropolitan City. In the author's design, the history, symbolism, culture, and scenery of the site are symbolically expressed within the site through architecture and landscape architecture. The specific goals and objectives of this design are : 1) to achieve the integration of architecture and landscape architecture ; 2) to achieve the harmony between the site and surrounding environments ; and 3) to achieve symbolism of the history of the Sorae Station. The station, composed of entrance areas, various types of plazas, resting places, sculpture gardens, outdoor cafes and performance platforms, would be a characteristic station building and an open space and a pleasant environment for people to gather.

        남산2호터널 조형물 설계

        The Second Namsan Tunnel required renovation. The landscape design was conducted as part of the comprehensive programs for renovation. The landscape design covered site analysis, design development, a working drawing and a maintenance plan. In May of 2001, the Second Namsan Tunnel was renovated and reopened to traffic. The tunnel was recreated as a new type of tunnel with function and beauty. The entrance and retaining wall of the tunnel has public character. Users are greatly affected by the entrance and retaining walls along roads. The landscape architect had to find new materials and methods to improve the environment and to combine artwork with the entrance and walls of the tunnel. The surface of the tunnel entrance and retaining walls are artistically treated with ceramic tiles and paint. Various regional characteristics and cultural meaning are symbolically expressed. Or the tunnel entrance from the Joong-gu side, entitled "Glory of the Future", the hibiscus symbolizes the bright and glorious future of Korea. On the retaining walls, entitled "Hope", the promising Joong-gu is symbolized through image of Korean magpies, mountains, rocks, roses, winds and nature. As for the tunnel entrance from the Yongsan-gu side, entitled "Vivid Spirit", pine trees symbolize the Koreans′strong will and an enterprising spirit. On the retaining walls, entitled "Lively Motions", Yongsan-gu is symbolized through image of pigeons, mountains, rocks, roses, winds and clear skys. The entrance and retaining wall of the Second Namsan Tunnel, whose surfaces are treated with tiles and paint with artistic value, would create an atmosphere using large-scale wall paintings. In this artwork, users would perceive a unique sense of place through the symbolic images of the vertical planes of the tunnel.

        유세포분석기를 이용한 혈소판 활성화 표지자 참고치 산정

        배경 : 유세포분석기를 이용한 혈소판기능 검사시 도움을 주고자 혈소판 활성화 표지자와 백혈구-혈소판 응집의 참고치를 산정하였다. 방법 : 헌혈 지원자 30명을 대상으로 희석된 전혈에 20 MADP 혹은 100 M TRAP를 첨가하지 않은 기저상태 혹은 첨가한 활성화상태 모두 PAC1 혹은 CD62P 항체로 염색하였고,백혈구-혈소판 응집은 전혈에 CD41a, CD14, CD45 항체를 동시에 반응시킨 후 유세포분석기를 이용하여 각 표지자의 양성률(%)을 구하였다. 결과 : PAC1및 CD62P의 참고치는 기저상태에서 0.1-12.5%,0.0-4.7%, 20 M ADP 투여 후 65.3-92.4%와 39.0-75.7%, 100M TRAP 투여 후 68.1-93.1%와 60.5-91.2%였으며, 백혈구-혈소판 응집 2.8-23.6%, 과립구-혈소판 5.3-34.2%, 림프구-혈소판 응집 4.9-21.6%였다.
