Corneille, actif et responsable face aux interventions de Dieu en Ac 10,1-48

이방인 코르넬리우스가 베드로 사도를 통하여 복음을 듣고 예수 그리스도에 대한 믿음을 가지게 되는 것을 전하는 사도행전 10장 1-48절은, 주의 깊게 읽어 보면 실상 코르넬리우스보다는 베드로가 어떻게 변화하는지를 부각시키고 있다. 베드로는 이방인의 구원을 위해서 하느님이 취한 주도권을 처음에는 이해하지 못하고 여기에 대립하는 입장에 서 있다가, 점차 하느님의 계획을 이해하고 그 실현에 협력하기 때문이다. 그런데 코르넬리우스는 하느님의 명에 따라 베드로와 만나는 과정에서 수동적으로 머무르지 않고, 적극적인 자세로 행동한다. 그리고 그 결과 베드로의 변화에 기여한다. 본 논문의 목적은 코르넬리우스의 이 행동과 기여를 밝히는 데 있다. 설화비평과 역사비평을 활용한 본 논문의 연구는 코르넬리우스가 자신이 본 환시를 해석하고 그 해석에 따라 주체적으로 행동하며, 결과적으로 베드로가 하느님의 계획을 이해하는 것을 도와주는 모습을 보여 준다. In Acts 10,1-48, Cornelius, who is a gentile, leads to have faith in Jesus Christ after he hears the Gospel through Peter the Apostle. If you read it closely, the one who changes indeed in Acts 10,1-48 is rather Peter than Cornelius, because the story highlights Peter who does not at first understand God’s plan for the salvation of gentiles and even opposes it but later comprehends God’s plan and cooperates with it. It is Cornelius who carries out God’s order actively, not passively, and contributes, as a result, for Peter’s change in Acts 10. The purpose of the article is to reveal this Cornelius’ acts and contributions. The result of this study, using the two methods of Narrative Criticism and Historical Criticism, shows that how Cornelius, after interpreting the vision for him, acts actively according to this interpretation and how he consequently helps Peter understand God’s plan.
