Q10 더미를 이용한 어린이용 안전장치 동적 성능 평가

Recently, Child safety has become one of the issue with Q10 dummy representing large child. The objective of this paper was to evaluate performance of three child restraints system (backless booster, high-back booster and without booster) by changing D-ring location in the rear seat. Sled tests were carried out with a Q 10 in 64km/h frontal impact. Before the dynamic sled tests, we assessed dummy positioning with difference in CRS types and height adjustment positions. Dynamic sled test results indicated that there is different performance of CRS types and belt routing. These test results will use as base line data for development CRS safety performance for Q 10.
Q-dummy series를 이용한 어린이용 좌석 안전성능 비교

One of the most effective measures to protect in crash accident is to use child restraints system (CRS). The objective of this paper was to evaluate injury of Q dummy series. Sled test conducted with Q1.5, Q3, Q6 and Q10 dummy under CRS(Child Restraints System) by using vehicle pulse of EuroNCAP 64kph ODB. Q1.5 and Q3 were contented with EuroNCAP injury criteria and AIS 3+ 50% injury probability proposed by EEVC. Q6 and Q10 showed high injury risk for head and neck AIS 3+ 50% injury probability proposed by EPOCh in high-back booster. High-back booster seats shows high risk injury more than adult seat belt in Q10.
ICT 활용 역량이 실시간기업(RTE)역량과 공급사슬 성과에 미치는 영향

Many companies make considerable efforts in implementing supply chain management systems to increase their competitiveness. In particular, there are significant investments in their ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and supply chain. However, considerable diversity exists in how well firms have been able to assimilate ICT and leverage the business value of it. In addition, studies on supply chains, particularly Real Time Enterprise (RTE) competence, which is cited for rapid information sharing and dynamic capabilities for each role in the supply chain, are insufficient. The purpose of this paper is to explore and evaluate effect of ICT utilization capabilities, including ‘ICT internal cooperative capabilities’ and ‘ICT operational flexibility capabilities’, on RTE capabilities (flexibility, visibility and prediction) and supply chain performance. To validate the research model proposed in the study, survey was conducted on companies using ICT along the supply chain of manufacturing industries. 216 data were used, SPSS and AMOS were used for the analysis methods. Study results showed that ICT internal collaboration capabilities affect agility, one of RTE capabilities, but not visibility and prediction, and ICT operational flexibility capabilities have affected all three RTE capacities. And, RTE capabilities had a huge impact on supply chain performance as expected. In this paper, it has been found that the ICT capabilities in manufacturing are an important factor in improving RTE capabilities that are important in the supply chain and improving the performance of the supply chain.
퍼지 추론을 이용한 주차지원 시스템의 경로추종 운동제어

A parking-assist system is defined that a driver adjusts vehicle velocity through brake pedal operation and parking-assist system controls the motion of the vehicle to follow a collision-free path. In this study, a motion control algorithm using Fuzzy inference is proposed to track a maneuvering clothoid parallel path. Simulations are performed under SIMULINK environments using MATLAB and CarSim for a vehicle model. As the vehicle model in MATLAB a bicycle model is used including lateral dynamics. The simulation results show that the path tracking performance is satisfactory under various driving and initial conditions.
자동차 정면충돌에서 자동차 영구 변형량에 따른 승객 상해 추정

The estimation of occupant injury risk at crash accident is one of the most important assessments for the vehicle crashworthiness performance. The design of safety devices such as occupant restraining system also depend on the kinematics of occupant and its injury risk. The real world in-depth accident investigation provides detailed and realistic information of vehicle damage and occupant injury as well as the accident conditions. This paper introduces a statistical analysis of NASS/CDS database and domestic accident data to correlate speed change, vehicle damage extend, and occupant injury at frontal crash. The maximum crush extend shows a linear relationship with the effective impact speed. The injury risks of the occupant with and without restraining were also respectively quantified with the crush extend. This result can be effectively used for the emergent rescue of crash victims with automatic crash notification system.

Various driver assistance systems have been developed to help avoid obstacles in front of vehicles. Some systems, called Evasive Steering Assist(ESA), utilize chassis control systems to improve the vehicle’s steering response to avoid collision. However, rapid evasive steering makes the vehicle unstable and causes secondary accidents. Therefore, the Evasive Steering Assist system needs to sense the vehicles stability and perform appropriate control to prevent the vehicle from becoming unstable. In this study, we propose an Evasive Steering Assist system based on vehicle lateral slip estimation. The proposed system controls the Electronically Controlled Suspension(ECS) of the vehicle based on environmental sensors and estimated slip information to improve cornering performance and lateral stability. The system’s performance is verified through experiments with a test vehicle equipped with ECS in various scenarios, including emergency lane changes.
공공디자인 참여를 위한 기업 CSR 사업 유형에 관한 연구

본 연구는 공공디자인 진흥 종합계획에서 제시하는 공공디자인의 방향에서 정의하는 변화의 시사점을 확인하고, 지자체의 공공디자인 사례와 기업에서 진행되었던 공공디자인 CSR 사업 사례를 중심으로 비교하여 유형화 하였다. 우선 2012년부터 2019년까지 한국공예디자인문화진흥원에서 발간한 대한민국 공공디자인 대상 사례를 중심으로 지자체 진행되었던 공공디자인 사업의 사례를 도시재생형, 문화가치형, 안전추구형 3가지로 유형화할 수 있었다. 기업의 공공디자인 CSR 유형은 2012년부터 2020년까지 전국경제인연합회 및 한국사회복지협의회에서 발간한 사회공헌백서의 내용을 제시한 100대 기업 418개의 CSR 사업을 유형별로 정량 분석하였다. 각자의 영역으로 생각하였던 공공기관 사업과 기업의 공공디자인 CSR 사업 부분에서 특히 국민의 삶을 위한 활동을 한다는 공통점을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 기업 공공디자인 CSR 사업 유형화를 통해 기업의 공공디자인 CSR 사업 저변 확대를 유도하고, 공공기관에서 관리하는 공공디자인 사업이 민간으로 확장되어 공공의 가치와 문화 기반을 확대하고자 하는 목적을 둔다. This study identified the implications of changes defined in the direction of public design proposed by the Public Design Promotion Plan and compared them with the cases of public design CSR projects conducted by local governments and companies. First of all, three cases of public design projects, which were carried out by local governments from 2012 to 2019, were categorized into urban regeneration, cultural value, and safety pursuit. The CSR type of the company’s public design quantitatively analyzed 418 CSR projects of the top 100 companies that presented the contents of the white paper on social contribution published by the Federation of Korean Industries and the Korean Social Welfare Council from 2012 to 2020. In terms of public institution projects and public design CSR projects, which were thought to be their respective areas, we could see that they were engaged in activities for the lives of the people. Through this study, the purpose of the project is to induce the expansion of the base of the CSR project in public design through the typification of the CSR project in corporate public design, and to expand the public value and cultural foundation to the private sector.
