The optimization of the high shrinking process has been performed for the high performance wiping cloth having excellent performance, which is based on the microfiber composed of the nylon and polyester in the TFT-LCD industry. To satisfy the required performance as an industrial wiping cloth in the TFT-LCD area, the wiper has excellent dust removal ability. Oil and water absorbing performance has a less dust particle generated by the solvent and the anti-scratch property on the surface of LCD product. These requirements could be achieved by high shrinking treatment for a microfiber knitted fabric to the selected best conditions. In this study, 10% of benzyl alcohol concentration and $110{\sim}120^{\circ}C$ of heating temperature were selected as the best treatment condition through the experiment considering all the related parameters such as temperature, concentration of agent and used fiber type. Then, Shrinking, SEM, and tensile strength performance were analyzed and compared with that commercialized products, being widely used in TFT-LCD area.

To obtain high performance microfiber knit wiping cloth used for manufacturing electronic devices benzyl alcohol pretreatment method was optimized. WAXD patterns of the PET, nylon and nylon/polyester filament fibers pretreated with benzyl alcohol showed stronger crystalline peak than 50d/14f fibers. Some properties including wiping efficiency of the wiping cloths made of 75d/36f filament fibers of nylon/PET(N/P) and the ones made of 50d/14f fibers were tested and compared. Results showed that water absorption rate of the former was higher than that of the latter. The former showed excellent removing efficiency of approximately 90% compared to 60% for the latter. Air particle counter analysis revealed that the former has less residue content than the latter.

장기간 비스포스포네이트를 복용한 환자에게서 다양한 증례의 비전형적 대퇴골 골절의 발생이 보고되어 왔으나 대퇴골 이외의 부위에서 비전형적 골절은 보고된 증례가 많지 않았다. 저자들은 장기간 비스포스포네이트를 복용한 환자에게서 외상 없이 경골 간부의 전외측 부위에서 발생한 비전형적 골절 양상의 부전골절을 경험하여 국내에서 처음으로 이의 치료 결과를 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. Atypical femoral fracture related to a long-term bisphosphonate therapy has commonly been reported; however, a fracture at the site other than the femur has rarely been reported to date. Herein, we report a case of a patient on long-term bisphosphonate therapy who presented atypical tibial insufficiency fracture at the anterolateral aspect of diaphysis, without trauma. We, for the first time in Korea, present this case with a literature review.
