        유지기 림프부종환자에서 MLD가 부종과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study examined the effects of manual lymph drainage (MLD) on edema and the quality of life (QOL) of lymphedema patients in the maintenance phase. Method: Forty five lymphedema patients, who had completed intensive decongestive therapy, were enrolled in this study. All subjects were assigned randomly to two groups: Experimental (MLD) group (n=23) and control (self-MLD) group (n=22). MLD by a specialist was applied with a comfortable pressure for 40~60 minutes in the experimental group and self-MLD was carried out by the control group 5 times a week for 2 weeks. The % edema and a SF-36 questionnaire were used to measure the decrease in edema and the QOL. A paired t-test was used to compare the period, and an independent T-test was used to compare experiment and control groups. Result: The % edema was significantly lower in the experimental group after MLD (p<0.05). The physical, vitality, and mental health scores of the experimental group was significantly higher than those of the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: TMLD by a specialist in the maintenance phase is effective in reducing the % edema and enhancing the QOL of lymphedema patients. Further studies will be needed to determine if there are differences in the effects of many types of treatment methods in the lymphedema treatment.

        레이먼드 월리엄스의 이데올로기와 아도르노

          Raymond Williams"s fundamental notion, "culture is ordinary," has been very influential to cultural studies. His idea is that literary works are treated under the illusion that they are superior to any other forms of culture, although literature is nothing but a part of culture. His attack against the values of taste and sensibility for assessing literary works has resulted in attributing to popular culture including film, TV, and advertising, the same value as high culture had. Despite the positive result of reconsidering the underestimated value of popular culture, he missed the fact that popular culture is not created by ordinary people themselves but rather by culture industry, which tries to produce as much profit as possible out of it.<BR>  Theodor Adorno, however, differentiates -culture from culture industry which tries to standardize culture in order to facilitate mass production. Standardization, according to him, brings the destruction of autonomy, spontaneity, and criticism that culture used to possess. As a result, culture industry, a distorted form of culture, manipulates people into doing and enjoying things that they would not like unless they were misled. For him, culture is like a work of art which resists against the status quo and unveils the reality distorted by the dominant ideology. in this sense, popular culture is not ordinary any more because that culture has already been distorted by standardization, and culture, which is not affected by it, is the place where we can see the truth.

        표준화된 `대학한문교육입문` 교재 편찬의 방향과 구성에 대한 제언

        본고는 현재 대학의 한문교육이 당면한 문제를 해결하는 방안 중 하나로 `대학한문교육입문` 교재 편찬의 필요성을 주장하고 그 방향과 구성에 대해 논한 것이다. `대학한문교육입문`의 성격은 “전문가들이 집필하고 규범성을 갖추며, 한문교육과 학부 강의 및 학생들의 자기주도학습이 가능한 교재로, 그 구성은 `이론`과 `詩文選`의 유기적인 체제를 지닌 것”으로 규정할 수 있다. 이 교재가 기존의 교재와 다른 점은 크게 세 가지로 요약할 수 있는데, 첫째 교수자 중심의 강독 교재 성격이 아니라 학습자 중심의 자기주도학습을 적극 고려한다는 것, 둘째 사범대학 한문교육과의 기본이수과목에 충실한다는 것, 셋째 이론과 실제(즉 詩文選)의 유기적인 관계를 고려한다는 것이다. 본고에서는 `대학한문교육입문`의 목차를 이론 부문과 詩文選 부문으로 나누어 각각 제시하였으며, 이론 부문 중 `문법-도치`를 통해 구체적인 내용을 구안하였다. `대학한문교육입문` 편찬 관련해서 추가 논의할 사항이 적지 않고, 또 다양한 관련 교재 편찬도 필요할 것으로 사료되는 바, 본고의 논의가 학계의 공론을 형성하는데 일정한 보탬이 되기를 바란다. As one of the ways to solve the problems faced by the current college Classical Chinese education, this paper insists on the necessity of publishing the textbook tentatively named “Introduction to College Classical Chinese Education” and discusses its direction and constituent. This textbook can be characterized as follows: it would not only be written by professionals in the field, have a certain norms, but also be available at undergraduate lectures and students` self-directed learning. It needs to have an organic structure between the theoretical section and the poetry/prose selection section in its constituent. This textbook mainly differs from the existing textbooks in three ways. Firstly, it actively pursues not the teacher centered, reading material publication, but the learner-centered, self-directed learning textbook publication. Secondly, the textbook is faithful to the basic required courses in the Classical Chinese language education department of the college of education. Thirdly, it considers the close relationship between theory and practice(i.e. a selection of poetry and prose). In the table of contents in the textbook, we divide the theoretical section and the poetry/prose selection section. In the `grammar` part under the theoretical section, we devise the concrete contents of `inversion` as a representative example. There still remains additional matters surrounding its publication. I hope that this discussion could provide a certain contribution to the formation of academic public opinion.

        인간 문제에 대한 두 가지 시각: 베일리와 인치볼드

        Joanna Baillie has been regarded as the best woman playwright in the Romantic period by many contemporary critics and as a radical by some recent critics. My argument, however, is that she may be the best woman playwright, but she was not a radical. When she is compared with Elizabeth Inchbald, this view appears to become quite convincing. For my argument, I will compare Baillie’s De Monfort and Inchbald’s Every One Has His Fault. Baillie believes that human sufferings occur when human beings are under control of passions and unable to think rationally. Accordingly, she seems to claim that De Monfort, who had harbored a deep hatred against Rezenvelt since he was a child, killed him not because he was a wicked person, but because passion prevented him from thinking rationally. In her eyes, De Monfort is not an offender but a victim of his crime. Consequently, the same logic could apply to the corrupt aristocrats and exempt them from any accusations because what is to blame is not themselves but their passions. On the other hand, in Inchbald’s drama, an aristocrat like Norland is not treated with as much hospitality. Everyone in this drama has some sort of fault but he seems to have the most serious fault among the characters. He disclaims her daughter just because she got married against his will and eventually this lead Irwin, his son-in-law, in desperate poverty, to become a robber. He is also tyrannical enough to order Mrs. Ramble to get married to a man he choose against her will. These situations suggest that human sufferings derive from social and political faults, not from individual. In the post-revolutionary society where playwrights were under tremendous censorship against any subversive messages, Inchbald cleverly expressed her radical views in this play.

        企劃主題(기획주제) : 한국어 교육에서의 한자,한자어 교육의 위상 정립과 방안 연구의 필요성한국어 교육에서의 한자 어휘 교육을 위한 성취기준 개발

        국문초록본고에서는 외국어로서의 한국어 교육에서 한자 어휘 교육이 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있도록, 학습 내용 및 그 수준과 범위의 실질적인 근거를 제시하기 위해 성취기준을 개발하였다. 영역은 한자, 한자어, 한자성어 3개로 나누었고 급별은 기본과 심화로 구분하였다. 일반적인 성취기준의 개발 원리에 입각하여 진술하였고 영역 간에는 일정한 연계를, 급별 간에는 일정한 위계를 가질 수 있도록 하였다. 성취기준의 내용이 실제적인 교수·학습 및 평가의 지침으로 기능할 수 있고 아울러 교재에서 성취기준이 구현될 수 있도록 하였다. 교육과정, 성취기준 등은 고정불변의 것이 아니다. 대상 학생, 교수·학습 현장의 특성 등에 따라서 적절한 변화, 재구성이 필요할 것이다. 본고의 논의가 추후 완정하게 개발될 성취기준에 일조할 수 있기를 기대한다. This study has the purpose of developing achievement standards for Sino-Korean Vocabulary learning in Korean Language education. The development is designed for suggesting practical contents, levels and range of Sino-Korean vocabulary learning. The achievement standards we develope are divided into three sections: ``Chinese Characters``, ``Sino-Korean words(Hanjaeo)``, ``Sino-Korean idioms(Hanja-seongeo)``, and each section has two grades: basic and enrichment. Based on general principle of development on achievement standards, we make certain each section has linkage with other sections, and each achievement level its own hierarchy. In this achievement standards, we take into account that the contents of the achievement standards not only can be functioned as practical teaching, learning, and assessment standards, but also can be implemented in textbooks in a substantial way. National curriculum, however, is not set in stone, let alone this proposal. Any achievement standards from any curriculum are required to be adjusted appropriately according to different target student groups, teachers and learning environment. We anticipated this proposal could contribute to a complete development of the achievement standards in the future.
