The expansion and stable operation of electric power facilities are important factors with development of industrial facilities in modern society. In high-voltage equipment such as GIS, the insulation characteristics may be deterioated by environment-friendly gas adaption and miniaturization. There is also the possibility of accidents due to insulation breakdown due to the deterioration of power facilities. Therefore, it is necessary to extend the diagnosis system to continuously monitor the danger signals of these power equipment and to prevent accidents. Most of the internal defects in the GIS system are conductive particles, floating electrode defects, protrusion defects, and the like. In this case, a partial discharge phenomenon is accompanied. These partial discharge signals occur irregularly and various noise signals are included in the field, so it is difficult to evaluate the reliability in the development of the diagnostic system. In this paper, a study was made on equipment capable of generating a partial discharge simulated signal that can be adjusted in size and frequency to be applied to a diagnostic device by electromagnetic wave detection method. The PD simulated pulse generator consists of a user interface module, a high-voltage charging module, a pulse forming circuit, a voltage sensor and an embedded controller. In order to simulate the partial discharge phenomenon similar to the actual GIS, a discharge cell was designed and fabricated. The application of the prototype pulse generator to the commercialized PD diagnosis module confirmed that it can be used to evaluate the performance of the diagnostic device. It can be used for the development of GIS diagnosis system and performance verification for reliability evaluation.

In this paper, we presented a platform that can switch control authority of Autonomous vehicle. For this purpose, the control transition status was defined and the messages and signals were defined and embodied. In addition, in order to simulate the real vehicle confirmation situation of stable control right conversion, scenario confirmation and driving record signal for autonomous vehicle registration were constructed and confirmed. The MRM mode of the presented platform was confirmed to decelerate to a certain speed in the control switching situation or to stably stop the vehicle in the presence of obstacles.
RSL-Maker를 이용한 OGSA 서비스 설계 및 구현

현재 지역적으로 분산되어 있는 대규모 데이터와 고성능 컴퓨터 자원들을 효과적으로 활용하는 그리드 컴퓨팅 연구가 활성화 되었다. 사용자는 다양한 종류의 수많은 그리드 자원을 그리드 미들웨어인 GT3를 이용하여 일관된 방법으로 이용할 수 있으며, 사용자의 작업을 원격지에서 실행 및 제어할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 필요성 및 실현 가능한 그리드 컴퓨팅에 대한 관련연구와 GT3를 실행 및 제어하는 관련된 작업을 RSL-Maker를 사용하여 그리드를 이용하는 여러 응용분야의 사용자 누구나 그리드 컴퓨팅을 사용하게 한다. 현재 그리드는 웹의 기술과 접목한 OGSA가 발표되어 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 RSLMaker를 이용하여 GT3와 호환성 및 융통성을 통해서 보다 향상된 그리드 웹 서버 서비스를 구현했다.

Taxi drivers have a higher rate of accidents than a general driver. It can be analyzed to the aggressive driving pattern of taxi drivers compared to general drivers. If the FCW system do not take into account the driver`s driving pattern, the FCW can cause inconvenience to the driver. Therefore, in this paper, we decided the FCW operation time condition suitable for taxi driver by analyzing driving pattern of taxi driver and general driver.

Automobile industries have been requesting increase of the strength in steel to reduce car weight and to improve and car crash worthiness for vehicles. Especially, application of AHSS(Advanced High Strength Steel) and UHSS(Ultra High Strength Steel) have been increasing for car remarkably in recent years. Although, Cold rolled UHSS mainly used to car body, we tried to develop UHSS using hot rolled process to reduce the cost and the manufacturing process of hot rolled sheet for substitude cold rolled UHSS. In this study, mechanical properties and microstructure characteristics of the developed 1.2㎬ grade hot rolled UHSS was analyzed.

Autonomous parking assistance system in this paper is confined to the device that reduces the driver’s efforts by carrying through the following three steps instead of driver: searching the vacant lateral space with ultrasonic sensors, calculating parking course to empty parking lot, and steering automatically with using Electric Power Steering (EPS) system. This paper considers the development of algorithm after the first step in autonomous parking assistance system. It is developed the technique that makes parking path having continuous steering profile avoiding collisions with the surroundings found in parallel and perpendicular parking circumstances. And it is designed the technique tracking the path based on simple feedforward-feedback control. The techniques of path-planning and path-tracking are embodied on embedded MCU and tested at the real parking conditions composed of the cars and other objects like as cone, tree, wall and curbstone.
