본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 부동산중개법인의 실태를 조사ㆍ분석하고, 이를 토대로 문제점을 도출하며, 도출된 문제점에 대한 해결방향을 제시함으로써 부동산중개법인에 대한 발전방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 연구대상을 부동산중개법인으로 한정하고, 시간적 범위는 1983년부터 현재까지로 하며, 공간적 범위는 우리나라로 한정하였다. 연구방법으로서 접근방법은 제도적 접근방법을 사용하고, 조사방법은 문헌조사법, 설문조사법, 인터넷조사법을 병행하였으며, 분석방법으로는 기술적(記述的) 분석방법을 사용하였다. 분석 결과 부동산중개법인의 운영상의 문제점으로는 첫째, 부동산중개법인에 대한 업무영역이 협소하고 둘째, 부동산중개법인과 일반 중개사무소에 대한 수수료체계가 동일하며 셋째, 부동산중개법인의 설립을 위한 대표를 공인중개사로 규제함으로써 법인 설립이 활성화되지 못하고 있다. 넷째, 한국공인중개사협회는 부동산중개법인의 회원에게 만족할 만한 서비스를 제공하지 못하고 있으며 다섯째, 부동산중개법인을 위한 거래절차가 단순한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 문제점을 토대로 부동산중개법인에 대한 발전방향을 제시하면 첫째, 부동산중개법인에 대한 업무영역의 확대 둘째, 부동산중개법인을 위한 부 동산중개수수료체계의 개선 셋째, 부동산중개법인의 활성화를 위한 법인설립의 규정 완화 넷째, 부동산중개법인을 위한 협회의 설립 운영 다섯째, 부동산중개법인에 대한 거래절차의 개선으로 나타났다.

Phytosociological characteristics on Quercus acutissima forests distribution in Daechong-dam basin survey has been carried out using Z.-M. School’s methodology and numerical-classification analyses. A total of 43 phytosociological releves were sampled. Syntaxa were described as Oplismenus un dulatifolius-Quercus acutissima community(typicum subcommunity, Phryma leptostachya var. asiatica subcommunity, Ulmus davidiana var. japonica subcommunity), Quercus acutissima community and Quercus variabilis-Quercus acutissima community (typicum subcommunity, Castanea crenata subcommunity). The above three plant communities were classified with species composition reflecting local environmental characteristics of mountain topographies, inclination degrees, and rock exposure rates. Conclusively, those communities were recognized as secondary vegetation affected by high intensity and frequency of human impacts as they inhabited in southward hill lands and low lying grounds in mountains adjacent to human settlements and arable lands. Quercus acutissima community was classified as rural type syntax based on their inlandward distribution and species composition differences from urban forests. Afforest process and natural succession were discussed in relation with habitat environmental elements of Quercus acutissima forest in the survey area.
알레르기 비염 치료제로서 녹차, 구아바잎, 장미꽃잎 추출 복합물의 효과: 무작위 이중맹검 시험

Background: Allergic rhinitis causes itching, sneezing, profuse watery rhinorrhea, and nasal congestion. There is no medication to cure allergic rhinitis so far except for allergen immunotherapy which can be performed in limited patients. Therefore, people with allergic rhinitis cannot be away from their medication for their lives once the condition developed. BENDU381, a nutraceutical composed of extracts from green tea (Camellia sinensis), guajava leaves (Psidium guajava), and rose petals (Rosa hybrida), was proved to improve allergic inflammation through several in vitro and in vivo trials. Objective: This study was performed to evaluate the therapeutic effect of BENDU381 on allergic rhinitis. Method: Sixty three patients with perennial allergic rhinitis were received two capsules of BENDU381 (200 mg/capsule) or placebo, twice every day, for four weeks. Nasal symptom score and quality of life (QoL) related with rhinitis were monitored to evaluate the effect of BENDU381 on allergic rhinitis. Result: BENDU381 showed significant improvements in symptoms related with allergic rhinitis (itching, sneezing, and watery rhinorrhea) over placebo. In addition, BENDU381 reduced skin reactivity to sensitized perennial allergens. QoL related with rhinitis also remarkably improved with the treatment of BENDU381. Conclusion: BENDU381 was proved to be helpful in relieving rhinitis symptoms and improving QoL without noticeable side effects. (Korean J Asthma Allergy Clin Immunol 2009;29:89-95)
대청댐 유역 굴참나무림의 군락분류학 및 군락생태학적 연구

Syntaxonomy and Synecology on Quercus variabilis forests in Daecheong-dam basin was carried out using the methods of Braun-Blanquet phytosociology. 6 syntaxa classified as species compositions described were Quercus variabilis community, Platycarya strobilacea-Quercus variabilis community(typicum subcommunity, dictamnus dasycarpus subcommunity), Quercetum variabili-serratae, Zelkova serrata-Quercus variabilis community and Dendranthema boreale-Quercus variabilis community. All syntaxa were shown habitat environmental conditions including steep inclination of more than 30°, high rock exposure rate of more than 50% and South-facing slope. These communities excepting Dendranthema boreale-Quercus variabilis community classified as natural vegetation were identified as low emergence rate of annual plants and species compositions composed native species, so it was confirmed that relatively natural succession were proceeding well. Quercetum variabili-serratae and Dendranthema boreale-Quercus variabilis community distributed forested hillslope of open water edge were representative Quercus variabilis syntaxa in Daecheong-dam basin.
솔잎 추출물이 삽입된 마그네슘-층상규산염 샌드위치 나노입자의 합성과 피부 상재균에 대한 항균 특성에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 마그네슘-층상규산염(MgP) 층간에 솔잎 추출물(PLE)이 삽입되어 겹겹이 쌓여있는 샌드위치 구조의 나노입자(PLE/MgP)를 one-pot으로 합성하였다. XRD 분석을 통해 팔면체와 사면체 구조로 MgP가 성공적으로 합성되었으며, PLE가 층간에 삽입되어 MgP 간의 층간거리(d-spacing)가 벌어진 것을 확인하였다. HR-TEM을 통해 모폴로지 변화를 관찰하였으며, 열중량분석법을 통해 PLE가 MgP 대비 10%까지 함유된 것을 확인하였다. 최소저해농도(MIC) 및 최소 사멸농도(MBC) 분석을 통해 피부 상재균에 대한 항균 활성을 검토한 결과 MgP 또는 PLE보다 PLE/MgP의 항균 활성이 더욱 향상된 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 본 연구에서 개발한 PLE/MgP 유/무기 복합 소재가 화장품 소재, 의료용 소재 등의 다양한 분야에 적용 가능함을 확인하였다. In this study, we synthesized the pine leaf extract intercalated layered Mg-phyllosilicate nanoparticles (PLE/MgP) via one-pot synthesis. MgP was successfully synthesized with the octahedral and tetrahedral structure by XRD analysis and a gap of interlayer distance (d-spacing) between MgP sheets by the intercalation of PLE was confirmed. As a result of the investigation of antimicrobial activity against cutaneous microorganisms by the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and bactericidal concentration (MBC) analyses, the antimicrobial activity of PLE/MgP was more improved than that of MgP or PLE. The prepared sandwich-structured PLE/MgP organic/inorganic hybrid materials will be useful in the field of numerous applications containing cosmetic and biomedical materials.
