본 연구에서는 의료 관광객들이 방한하여 의료관광을 경험하고자 할 때 어떠한 속성들을 중요하게 인지하는지 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 1차적으로 전문가입장에서의 상품 선호 속성을 규명하고자 심층면담법을 활용하였고, 도출된 선호 속성들이 의료관광객들의 선호도와는 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 설문조사를 실시하여 비교분석하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 의료관광관련 집단간의 의료관광상품 속성에 대한 인식이 어떻게 다른지를 보여 준다 본 연구는 향후 이 결과는 의료관광상품 개발시 상품을 만드는 중앙정부기관, 지방정부기관, 의료민간기관, 학술기관, 홍보기관 등 관련 기관들이 서로 긴밀한 협력 네트워크를 구축하여 서로 협업을 할 필요성이 있음을 알려준다. 먼저, 현재 병원에서 의료관광을 담당하는 실무담당자를 대상으로 심층면담을 실시한 결과, 한국 의료관광의 상품선호 속성으로 ``의료기술의 질``이 가장 중요한 것으로서 나타났으며, 그 다음으로 ``비용``, ``고객서비스``, ``접근성`` 순으로 나타났다. 다음으로 중요하게 여기는 의료서비스는 ``언어소통``, ``전용코디네이터``, ``1:1 서비스``, ``비자발급 및 연장``으로 나타났으며, 그 외에 ``식단``, ``One-Stop-Service``, ``병원직원의 서비스마인드``, ``픽업서비스``, ``교통수단 및 숙박시절 제공``, ``출입국 간소화``의 의견이 도출되었다. 이를 토대로 의료관광에 관심이 있는 일본인 의료관광객에게 설문조사한 결과, 가장 선호하는 의료상품은 ``한방치료상품``, ``성형미용상품``, ``요양상품``순으로 나타났으며, 의료관광 목적으로 ``비용``, ``차별화된 의료서비스``, ``진료 및 완쾌시간``을 주요하게 고려하는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구는 의료관광 상품 속성을 일본인 관광객을 통해 최초로 파악한 데 대해 의의가 있고 그 속성들이 의료관광 담당자와 의료관광객 간에 인식의 차가 있는지를 분석하였으므로 향후 다른 연구에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 여겨진다. Medical tourism staff of medical institutions indicated ``quality of medical skills`` is the most important attribute among attributes of a medical tourism product, followed by ``cost,`` ``customer service,`` ``coordinating,`` ``one to one service,`` ``visa issue and extension.`` In addition, ``meal menu,`` ``one-stop service,`` ``service mind of medical staff,`` ``pick-up service,`` ``transportation and accommodation,`` ``easy documentation for immigration`` were also shown as important attributes. Japanese tourists responded that the most preferred medical tourism products are ``Korean traditional medicine products,`` ``plastic surgery,`` ``rest and recuperation``. Main purposes of medical tourism which were perceived included ``cost,`` ``differentiated medical service,`` ``time for medical treatment and recovery.`` As a result, this study indicate preferred attributes of medical tourism products and compared them between medical staff and medical tourists. The results provide a significant implication of a need to cooperate among medical tourism stakeholders through intimate networking to understand characteristics of medical tourists and medical tourism attributes.
주제공원에서 마케팅 노력의 효과성을 측정하기 위한 마케팅 감사에 대한 탐색적 연구

Objectives of this study were to develop an instrument called Index of Park Marketing Excellence(IPME) and apply it to a theme park. The IPME was designed to identify strengths and weaknesses of a theme park by analyzing differences and similarities in perceptions among manager, employee, and customer groups. The IPME consisted of 29 items for manager group, 59 items for employee group, and 20 items for customer group. A survey was conducted to the three sample groups, respectively. Results of this study showed differences of perceptions toward general marketing strategies and policies between manager and employee groups, internal marketing between manager and employee groups. and service quality between employee and customer groups. This study also includes results of analyses on expectation and performance perceived by customer group, and importance-performance perceived by employee group.
주5일 근무제도 도입에 따른 여가 및 관광활동의 변화 추정

The purpose of this study was to analyze current leisure and tourism trends and to assess how leisure activities would change when a five-day workweek system is totally initiated. Three specific objectives were involved in this study. First, the changes in types and demands of leisure and types of tourism were examined. Second, the expected advantages of the system were analyzed. Third, strategies to establish five-working day system were suggested. According to results of comparisons among three occupation groups, all three groups responded that they would more actively participate in leisure and tourism activities after than before introduction of the system. An introduction of the system was expected to provide positive benefits to a civil servant group rather than the other groups. Meanwhile, middle and small firm employee groups indicated a high level of preference for physical exercise facilities, which require less participation cost. Additionally, middle and small firm employee groups responded that they would perceive a higher level of adverse effects as a result of introduction of the system than the other groups.
한국관광상품에 대한 지불의사가격 추정을 통해 가치 측정 및 관광자 특성 분석

This study attempted to assess the amount of WTP to gain admission to a cave called Daegumgul where it was newly opened to the public in June 2007. This study was undertaken nine months ahead of the opening to estimate the admission price of the cave through the contingent valuation method (CVM). In addition, this study identified characteristics of cave tourists, their belief in value, their motivation to make a cave tourism, intention to revisit and satisfaction level. Among many findings of this study, some interesting results are as follows. The admission price was estimated in a range form 7,090 won to 9,874 won. As compared to an actual admission price, the estimated price was a little bit lower. Thus this gap indicates the difference of a price estimated on the basis of theoretical analysis and a price decided by policy makers. Those who more frequently had visited to caves, were affected by mass communication vehicles, and indicated a higher level of intention to join a cave event, showed a higher level of the WTP amount. Results of this study are expected to be used for establishing cave tourism-related policies.

This study assessed the effects of Japanese tourists` perceptions of advertising attributes of Hallyu celebrities` on developing company`s image, reliance, and customer loyalty. The survey was undertaken using respondents who visited Lotte Hotel & Resort in Seoul from August, 15 to September, 14 in 2008. A total of 520 questionnaires were collected and used for data analyses. Using Structural Equation Model(SEM) method, the following results were generated. First, it was concluded that `reliability` and `expertise` had statistically significant effects on creating the entire firms` image characteristics including `social responsibility`, `investor confidence`, and `marketing activities`. However, `attractiveness`, the other Hallyu celebrities` attribute, did not contribute any statistical significance to creating firm`s image. Second, it was revealed that the `social responsibility` as one of firm`s image attributes had the significant effect on creating firm`s reliance, while `investor confidence` and `marketing activities` did not show any influences. Third, it was discovered that the firm`s reliance had the significant effect on reinforcing customer loyalty. Fourth, it was found that the `social responsibility` as one of firm`s image attributes had the great influence on creating customer loyalty, whereas company`s reliance acted as a mediating variable between the variables.

The number of elderly populations in South Korea has increased by nearly 3 million in the last 10 years in 2020. This increasing trend is expected to continue. The increase in elderly population leads to an increase in the number of elderly drivers which also increases the risk of traffic accidents every year. Traffic accidents involving elderly pedestrians are increasing as well. However, Korean society has yet to recognize the seriousness of elderly-related traffic accidents. Recently, municipal governments have implemented various policies, such as voluntary return of licenses, for elderly drivers, but they have not been able to take proper measures. Pohang City is also conducting voluntary return of driver’s licenses to senior citizens aged 65 or older, but their effectiveness is low. Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, where Pohang belongs, is already super-aged with an aging rate of more than 20 percent. Therefore, it is essential to manage elderly people who are vulnerable to traffic accidents.
