        드라이버 구매에 대한 소비자의 구매동기요인

        This study was aimed at examining closely the differences between demo-graphic characteristics and consumers` ones about participating in golf and the effects they have on the interrelation, centering on the interrelation between consumers` purchasing factors and their behavior after purchase and making decision for repurchasing behavior of consumers in Korea. Based on the results of data analysis, conclusions were drawn with the following two aspects. First, in the analysis of purchasing motive factors according to demographic variables, `price factor` did not exhibit significant differences, but there were statistically significant differences in `performance factor` according to `sex and age`, `subject matter factor` according to `sex and occupation`, `design/color tone factor` according to `age`, `famous brand factor` in `monthly income`, `product fashion factor` according to `career`, `fellows and relatives inducement factor` according to `sex, martial status, and monthly income`, `salesman inducement factor` according to jobs in `martial status and monthly income`, `prior use experence factor` according to `sex, martial status, and age`, `advertisement factor` according to `sex and residence`, `famous players factor` according `age`, and `A/S and free gifts factor` according to `career`. Second, in the analysis of purchasing motive factors according to consumers` characteristics about golf, `price factor` did not show any significant differences, but there were statistically significant differences in `performance factor` and `subject matter factor` according to `career and average bat`, `design/color factor` in `field rounding frequency`, “famous brand factor` according to `career`, `product fashion factor` in `the frequency of using golf practice ranges`. `fellows and relatives inducement factor` and `salesman inducement factor` according to `average bat, the frequency of using golf practice ranges, and field rounding frequency`, `prior use experence factor` according to `career, average bat, and field rounding frequency`, `advertisement factor` according to the frequency of using golf practice ranges`, and `famous players factor` and `A/S and free gifts factor` according to `average bat`.

        고인슐린혈증 백서에서 단백식이 신장 Kallikrein에 미치는 효과

        To evaluate whether the effect of dietary protein on renal kallikrein is mediated by insulin or not, renal levels and urinary excretion of tissue kallikrein and relative kallikrein synthesis rate were measured in hyperinsulinemic rats fed 9% or 5% protein diet for 2weeks. Urinary excretion of active kallikrein was persistently increased in 50% protein fed hyperinsulinemic (HI) rats compared to 9% protein fed HI rats. Renal tissue kallikrein levels were higher in 9% protein fed HI rats versus 50% protein fed HI rats. Relative kallikrein synthesis rate in kidney was higher in 9% protein fed HI rats versus 50% protein fed HI rats. These results indicate that hyperinsulinemia does not eliminate the effect of high dietary protein on active kallikrein excretion but does eliminate the effect on prokallikrein excretion and that insulin stimulates kallikrein synthesis, more during protein deprivation. The dats show a dissociation between the effect of insulin and dietary protein on renal kallikrein and suggest that their effects are not commonly mediated.

        음식물 쓰레기로부터 Protease를 생산하는 B. amyloliquefaciens JH-35의 분리 및 특성

        BACKGROUND: Recent studies have described the importance of microbes and enzymes that can compost food waste. This study was carried out to improve production of protease of isolated microbes from food waste. METHODS AND RESULTS: Seven bacteria isolated from various sources were screened for protease production by adding skim milk into the agar medium. About 7 microbes producing protease were tested, and strain JH-35 showed the highest protease activity among them. The strain was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens JH-35 based on morphological, cultural, physiological characteristics and 16S rRNA. In the fermentation experiment, the assay B. amyloliquefaciens JH-35 showed the highest protease activity in the condition of 1% glucose, 1.5% yeast extract and 0.2% K<sub>2</sub>HPO<sub>4</sub>. The optimal condition of culture with temperature 35℃, initial pH of 7 and shaking speed of 200 rpm and 24 hr. CONCLUSION: The protease of the B. amyloliquefaciens JH-35 had its activity at pH 7 and the optimal culture time was 24 hr. Also, B. amyloliquefaciens JH-35 was high salt tolerance. Our results suggest that B. amyloliquefaciens JH-35 from food waste may have the potential to degrade protein and carbohydrate in food waste.
