The human semen ejaculated in a form of liquid state, coagulates immediately after ejaculation, and then liquefies again. However, the mechanisms of neither coagulation and liquefaction of semen have not been explained clearly so far, and very limited numbers of report are available, although the spermatology and andrology made rapid progress. This clinical study has been undertaken to investigate the liquefaction phenomena and practicability of the results might be applied to fertility and infertility problems. As a preliminary study, in this report the liquefaction time of various semen groups is measured and analysed. The following results are obtained: 1. An average liquefaction time of semen of a total of 60 subjects: 25 minutes. 2. An average liquefaction time of semen according to sperm count: 1) Normospermia group (20 cases): 34 minutes. 2) Oligospermia group (20 cases): 21 minutes. 3) Azoospermia group (20 cases): 20 minutes. 3. An average liquefaction time of semen according to abstinence period: 1) Less than 3 days group (30 cases): 22 minutes. 2) More then 5 days group (30 cases): 28 minutes. In conclusion: 1. The liquefaction time of semen of the normospermia group is longer than oligospermia group or azoosermia group. 2. The liquefaction time of semen may not be greatly influenced by the various factors such as abstinence period, semen volume, semen pH, age of the subjects and so on. 3. In routine semen analyses, it is recommended to begin the analysis at least 25 minutes after the ejaculation. 4. Further studies are required in conjunction with practical application of liquefaction mechanism in infertility and fertility control.

풍수지리학의 적용이 점점 다양화되고 있는 현대에서, 점차 소외되고 있는 음택풍수에 대한 요구도 필요하다고 본다. 그러므로 현장에서 적용되어지는 이론을 정립하고 사례지를 대상으로 분석하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 『인자수지(人子須知)』와 『조선의 풍수』에서 분류하는 용·혈·사·수(龍·穴·砂·水)에 맞춰 이론적인 정립을 한다. 이러한 형식논리를 따라서 하는 이유는 좌향론(坐向論)의 역사가 길지 않고 현재에도 여러 의견들이 분분하여 체계적인 논증이 이루어지지 않아 풍수지리적 분석에서는 미흡하기 때문이다. 그리고 형국론(形局論) 또한 개인적인 관법이나 학파에 따라 동일 형태를 명명하는데도 천차만별로 나타나기 때문에 학술적인 관점에서는 활용하기 적절치 않다. 좌향론이 풍수지리 항목에서 한자리를 차지하게 된 것이 청대에 『지리오결(地理五訣)』에서 용혈사수와 동격으로 다루어진 이후이며, 현대에 이르러 용·혈·사·수·향의 다섯 항목으로 일반화되었다. 그러므로 좌향론과 형국론은 배제하였으나, 그 중 좌향론은 수구(水口)에 의해서 결정되므로 수법편의 세부항목으로 첨부하여 분석을 하였다. 본 고에서는 음택풍수를 대상으로 하고, 형기론(形氣論)적인 부분을 근간으로 하여 광평군(廣平君) 이능묘(李能墓)에 대한 분석을 시도한다. 이능묘는 풍수지리적인 분석을 시도하기에 적절한 조건을 갖추고 있으므로 연구의 필요성이 있다고 보았다. 이에 이능묘에 대한 풍수지리적 분석을 『인자수지』의 용·혈·사·수의 네 개 항목으로 분석하여 명당의 부합정도에 대해 판단한다. In modern times, where the application of feng shui geography is becoming more diverse, it is also necessary to demand for Eumtaek feng shui, which is gradually being alienated. It is intended to establish a theory and analyze it on the case paper. In this paper, theoretical establishment is made according to the (Yong, Huel, Sa, Su), which are classified in (InjaSuji) and (Pungsu of Joseon). In this paper, the analysis of Lee Neung-myo in Gwangpyeong-gun is attempted based on Eumtaek Pungsu and based on the Hyeongse. It was considered necessary to study this tomb because it has appropriate conditions for attempting feng shui analysis. Accordingly, the geomantic analysis of the tomb of Yi Neung is analyzed into four items: 龍·血·砂·水 of Injasuji, and the Size, precious, vulgar Stream of Myeongdang is judged.
임실군 보건의료원의 갱년기장애 극복 프로그램에 참여한 갱년기장애 여성의 치료 결과 분석

Objectives: This study has been conducted on public health purposes for people with Menopausal disorders in rural areas. Methods: From February, 2017 to June, 2017, we performed the Korean Medicine in the “Menopausal Disorder Overcoming Program" conducted by the department of Health service, Imsil-Gun bogun Hospital. Menopausal women who participated were treated with acupuncture, moxibustion, Jaeumganghwa-tang for 20 weeks. Of the 34 patients, 16 patients were excluded due to absence of treatment at least once. And 18 treatment outcomes were analyzed. Results: The KI results showed that the average score decreased in 7 out of 11 questions after treatment. The results of BDI, the mean scores of the 17 questions except the 4 questions of the 21 questions after the treatment decreased. 12, 16, and BDI total score were statistically significantly reduced before and after treatment. Conclusions: The results of the Korean Medicine treatment seemed to be effective in alleviating facial flushing, insomnia, depressive symptoms and other symptoms in menopausal disorders.
실측과 CFD해석을 이용한 완주 화암사의 미기후 특성에 대한 연구

There have been carrying many studies to investigate the underlying causes of weathering damage to wood at Buddhist temple buildings, including all their wooden buildings. But the methods of their studies were not carried on the view point of the micro climatic changes such as temperature and humidity, which were the underlying causes of weathering damage. So this study aims to identify the characteristics of air flow inside Hwaamsa Temple site, which is built on a mountain, and whose buildings are different physical levels with their pillars of varying heights. To carry out this study the field measurement of factors (temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction) were measured and their data were analyzed with the computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Based on the results of measuring changes data in temperature and humidity as two inside locations and five locations outside of the temple. As the result the inside temperature and humidity in the Geungnakjeon was evenly distributed, whereas that of the outside was unevenly distributed depending on the location. To a great extent, the speed of wind affects humidity. In the case that the Myeongbujeon in the temple were demolished, there has been a 20-30% increase in the wind speed near the Geungnakjeon Such an increase in the wind speed is thought to affect factors such as the wooden material by stabilizing changes in humidity near the temple.
