피부 사상균증 환자에서 Trichophytin에 대한 피부 면역 반응

Background: The cell mediate immunity is of importance or the development of host resistance to dermatophytic infection. Objective: The aim of this study was to estimate the clinical usefulness of purified trichophytin and to correlate cell mediate immunity to the clinical parameters of dermatophytosis, i. e. duration of infection, localization of infection and the type of dermatophyte involved. Methods: For evaluation of cell mediate immunity in dermatophytosis, cutaneous immune reaction was measured in 102 patients with dermatophytosis (75 patient with chronic dermatophytosis and 27 patients with non-chronic dermatophytosis) by means of intradermal injection of purified trichophytin extracted from Trichophyton(T.) mentagrophytes. Results: The results are sumarized as fellows: Patients with chronic dermatophytosis were positive in 10.7% of cases, while 51.9% of the patients with non-chronic dermatophytosis showed positive delayed cutaneous reactions (p<0.05). Of the dermatophytes isolated, 81.4% of the patients were chronically inflected by T. rubrum Delayed cutaneous reactions occured in infections with T. rubrum in only 17.1% of cases, but this difference was not statistically significant (p=0.06). Of the patients with tinea cruris, delayed cutaneous reactions were registered in 50%, but only in 15.1% those with tines unguium (p<0.05). The significant difference in the rate of positivity in delayed reactions was not shown between the patients group with nail infection(15.1%) and the patients group without nail infection (28.6%). The rate of positivity in immediate and delayed reactions of the patients group in the multiple lesions (50%, 13.2%, respectively) was higher than that of the patients group in the single lesion (46.9%,26.6%, respectively). Conclusion: The present study reinforced the hypothesis that susceptibility to chronic dermatophytosis is related to a lack of cell mediate immunity to the infectious agents and clinically, purified trichophytin is good far the evaluation of host sensitization to dermatophyte antigens as well as cell mediate immunity in dermatophytosis. 한국의 거세미류중에서 숯검은밤나방이 과연 우점종인가를 밝히고 그 가해기간 및 가해기의 유충령기를 조사하였다. 년의 조사결과 숯검은밤나방유충이 봄철에 채집된 거세미류중 약 이상을 차지하며 밭작물의 피해초기에는 대부분이 령충으로 가해기간은 약 개월이 됨을 알 수 있었다. 이 해충의 영명을 'dark grey cutworm'으로 명명하였다. This work was carried out to study field biology of Agrotis tekienis B. in Korea for two years (1979 and 1980), The species was found to be the dominant species among cutworms giving damage to young Plants in Spring with making up approximately or more of cutworms collected at Suweon and Jeonju from March to early June. During April and May which is the most critical period as far as plant damage by cutworms is concerned, those of A. tokionis larvae collected were at 5th and 6th instar. A. tokionis larvae enter a summer diapause from late May to early July and Agrotis ipsilon became the dominant species. It is also suggested that A. tokionis larvae be called as the 'dark grey cutworm', based upon its larval body color.

The electro-hydrostatic actuator (EHA) recently has been used in flight control fields for aircraft because of its benefits of minimizing oil leakage and weight, improving safety, and etc. while independently operating the hydraulic power source and eliminating complex hydraulic piping. The aircraft of which EHA is installed inside, has the thermal management issue of EHA, because of its limited cooling source as compared with the aircraft which installs the traditional central hydraulic system. So, the thermal analysis model which predicts the thermal characteristics of EHA, is required to resolve this thermal management issue. In this study, an oil circulation circuit inside the hydraulic power module comprised of hydraulic pump and electrical motor for EHA was applied. This is for the purpose of developing the internal rotary group of hydraulic power module, which operates under the conditions of high rotation speed and hydraulic pressure. After formulating an appropriate thermal analysis model, the thermal analysis results with oil cooled or no oil cooled hydraulic control module were compared and reviewed, for the purpose of predicting the thermal characteristics of EHA.
