AlN 분말을 이용한 방열 Sheet의 제조와 그 특성

In this paper, heat-releasing sheets made of AlN powder and acryl binder as thermoset were prepared using tape casting method. The crystal structure and morphology, the thermal properties as nonvolatile solid content and thermal conductivity, and the surface resistance of heat-releasing sheet were measured by using X-ray diffractometer, field emission-scanning electron microscopy, thermo gravimetric analyzer and laser flash instrument, and surface resistance meter. It was proved that thermal conductivity is greatly affected by the content of binder in heat-releasing sheet. Superior thermal conductivity above 3.5 W/mK and suface resistance were obtained at heat-releasing sheet with above 90% of AlN powder.
Sol-gel법에 의한 $Y_{2-x}SiO_{5}:Ce_{x}^{3+}$ 형광체 제조와 그 특성

Sol-gel법에 의하여 $Y_{2-x}SiO_5:Ce_x^{3+}$ (x=0.002∼0.04) 형광체를 제조하고 발광특성을 평가하였다. 800$^{\circ}$C에서 하소하였을 때는 무정형의 결정상이 나타났지만 1000$^{\circ}$C 이상에서는 $X_2$ type의 $Y_2SiO_5$ 결정상을 얻었다. 230∼360nm에서 형광체 모체의 광흡수가 일어났으며 300∼400nm에서 Ce 첨가로 인한 형광체의 광흡수가 관찰되었다. 436nm에서 최대의 발광 spectrum을 나타내었으며 $Ce^{3+}$ 함량을 0.025mol 첨가 시 $Y_{2-x}SiO_5:Ce_x^{3+}$ 형광체는 최대의 cathodoluminescence 특성과 CIE1931색 좌표 상에서 x=0.161, y=0.124의 색을 나타내었다. $Y_{2-x}SiO_5:Ce_x^{3+}$(x=0.002∼0.04) phosphors were prepared by sol-gel process, amorphous crystal phase was observed in calcining dry gel at 800$^{\circ}$C, but pure $X_2$ type of type $Y_2SiO_5$ phase appeared from heat treatment above 1000$^{\circ}$C. Light absorption of tye $Y_2SiO_5$ host lattice occurred at 230∼360nm, and light absorption of the $Y_{2-x}SiO_5:Ce_x^{3+}$ phosphors was observed at 300∼400nm in adding $Ce^{3+}$. $Y_{2-x}SiO_5:Ce_x^{3+}$ phosphors showed maximum emission shoulder at 436nm. Maximum CL intensities of $Y_{2-x}SiO_5:Ce_x^{3+}$ were observed in adding 0.025 $Ce^{3+}$ and the phosphor showed x=0.161, y=0.124 in color coordinate of CIE1931.
자기 Tape의 전자 변환 특성에 대한 자성분의 Size와 그 특성의 영향

In order to investigate the influence of the magnetic particle size and its properties on the particulate magnetic material, we evaluated the dispersion of magnetic particles and the electromagnetic properties in magnetic tape made from the magnetic paints by use of each magnetic particles witch were different from particle size and its properties. The dispersion of magnetic particles depends on the surface chemical properties rather than particle size. As particle size is smaller, the packing ratio of magnetic particle and the magnetic flux density in tape increase. The output levels in playing back of tape increase in wide frequency range from 315 ㎐ to 10 ㎑ and the noises decrease. It is very important to choose the size, the shape, the surface chemical properties and the magnetic properties of the magnetic particle in producing the high quality magnetic tape.
도포형 자기기록 매체의 자성층에서 자성체의 배향거동과 배향상태에 따른 Tape 특성의 변화

We have observed the orientation behavior of acicular iron oxides in magnetic layer of the particular magnetic tape after magnetic paint was coated on polyester film. As results of the static orientation, orientation of iron oxides come to the maximum at the front and the back of orientation magnets, but it was a litter lower at the back than at the front, and it slowly decreases and come to the constant level after passing through the orientation magnets. In case of edge portion to be futher away from center in the coated film, the orientation of iron oxides in magnetic layer come to worse than that of the center. We think it is owing to the shape and the magnetic magnitude of orientation magnets.<br/> The results of the dynamic orientation are as follows. As the orientation of iron oxides in the particulated magnetic tape is higher, the output properties of tape come to better than ever. And the orientation of iron oxides can be changed by drying condition, as result, the output properties of tape can be also. Therefore we think the considrations of the design of orientation magnets and the control of drying condition are needed to improve output properties of the particulated magnetic tape.
