Studies on the biodisposition of beta-nicotyrine by lung and liver microsomes was examined in order to provide a better understanding of its fate in this tissue. beta-nicotyrine (100$\mu$M) was incubated with microsomes (1 mg/ml) prepared from New Zealand White rabbits. The rate of oxidation observed in lung microsomal incubations was 1.7 nmoles $\beta$-nicotyrine oxidized mg$^{-1}$ min$^{-1}$ compared with 2.7 nmoles $\beta$-nicotyrine oxidized mg$^{-1}$ min$^{-1}$ by the liver microsomal preparation. However, when these rates were expressed as a function of cytochrome P-450 content, the specific activity of the metabolic oxidation catalyzed by lung (8.3 nmoles $\beta$-nicotyrine oxidized nmole cytochrome P-450$^{-1}$ min$^{-1}$) was approxiamtely 4 times greater than liver microsomes (2.3 nmoles $\beta$-nicotyrine oxidized nmole cytochrome P-450$^{-1}$ min$^{-1}$). Isozyme studies on the oxidation of $\beta$-nicotyrine employed several methods of altering activities of specific isozymes present in pulmonary microsomes, including the use of the isozyme 2 and 6 specific inhibitor $\alpa$-methyl ABT, metabolic inhibitor(MI) complex formation. The results of this inhibition study would appear to indicate the $\beta$-nicotyrine is metabolized predominantly by pulmonary isozyme 5.

The three-dimensional structures of piroxicam crystallized from two different solvents, toluene and toluene/hexane mixture respectively, are proved identical: $C_{15}H_{13}N_3O_4S,\;M\;=\;331.35$, monoclinic, a = 7.128(1), b = 15.146(2), c = 13.956(2) ${\AA},\;{\beta}=\;97.33(1)^{\circ},\;V\;=\;1494.37{\AA}^{3},\;Dx\;=\;1.472\;g/cm^{3},\;Z\;=\;4,\;space\;group\;P2_{1}/c,\;Mo\;K{\alpha}(\lambda=\;0.71073\;{\AA})$, F(000) = 688, T = 295 K, R = 0.0611 for 1993 unique observed reflections. The thiazine ring exhibits a half chair conformation. An amide group is involved in an intramolecular hydrogen bond to the hydroxy group, O(17)-H(17)${\cdots}O(15){\AA}$. The molecule is planar within 2 ${\AA}$ with the interplanar angle $127.9(4)^{\circ}$ between pyridine and benzene rings. A molecular chain parallel to [011] is formed by two intermolecular hydrogen bonds N(16)-H(6)${\cdots}O(11)$ and C(6)-H(6)${\cdots}O(11)$, and the molecular chains are held together by van der Waals forces.
Omeprazol과 $\beta$-Cyclodextrin, Hydroxypropyl-$\beta$-Cyclodextrin의 포접화합물에 대한 적혈구 손상 및 변이원성시험 연구

Inclusion complex of omeprazol with $\beta$-Cyclodextrin and Hydroxypropyl-$\beta$-Cyclodextrin were prepared by coprecipitation and freeze-drying method respectively. Effects of these inclusion complex on RBCs were monitored with a spectrophotometer by the method of Kahan et al. and the mutagenic activity based on the Ames plate incorporation test in the presence and absence of liver microsomal enzyme(S9 fraction) using Salmonella typhimurium TA98 and TA100. The RBCs hemolysis and mutagenic activity of these complex were not detected.
가스크로마토그라피에 의한 Permethrin과 Fenitrothion의 分離 定量에 관한 硏究

A application of gas chromatography for the determination of permethrin and fenitrothion in insecticidal preparations was investigated with 3% SE-30 on Chromosorb AW column, Recovery of permethrin and fenitrothion from mixed artificial preparations was 99.8% and 100.5% respectively. Also reproducibility tests showed very good. There was no interference with insecticidal preparation containing emulsifying agents and other ingredients. It was considered that gas chromatography with 3% SE-30 column could be greatly applied to the analysis of permethrin and fenitrothion in insecticidal preparations.

본 연구는 조선시대의 대표적인 역사서들을 비교분석의 방법으로 평가함으로써 각 역사서의 이해와 활용을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 연구대상문헌으로는 「東國通鑑」, 「東史綱目」, 「海東繹史」를 선정하였다. 문헌연구와 실사를 통하여 개별 역사서의 저자, 편찬목적, 편찬과정, 체제를 살펴본 다음, 연구대상문헌의 기술길이와 기술방법을 비교하고 기준문헌과 연구대상문헌의 역사체계 및 내용을 비교 분석하여 각 연구대상문헌의 성격을 규명하였다. 그리고 그러한 사항들을 종합하여 각 연구대상문헌을 평가하였다. 세 역사서를 비교분석하여 평가해 본 결과 세 역사서는 각기 독특한 성격과 특징을 가지고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러므로 이 세 역사서를 상호보완하여 연구한다면 우리나라 역사의 객관적 인식에 많은 도움이 될 것으로 추정된다. 본 연구에서 제시한 조선시대 역사서들의 비교를 통한 성격규명과 평가의 결과는 문헌에 대한 기본적인 정보를 제공해 주며, 여러 특성과 가치를 종합적으로 규명해 내어 대상 문헌에 대한 올바른 이해와 지식을 습득하는데 도움을 줄 수 있으며 우리나라 역사 연구에 유용한 정보원으로 활용될 수 있다.
