The molecular structural properties of amylopectins of Chunmabyeo(Japonica), Yongmunbyeo(Indica × Japonica) and Mahatma(Indica) rice were investigated. The intrinsic viscosity of Chunmabyeo, Yongmunbyeo and Mahatma amylopectin were 148.3 ㎖/g, 156.6 ㎖/g and 167.5 ㎖/g, and β-amylolysis limit(%) were 54.6, 55.4 and 52.9 respectively. Average unit chain length(CL ̄) and average inner chain length(ICL ̄) of Mahatma amylopectin were longer than other varieties. Elution profiles by Sephadex G-50 chromatography of debranched amylopectins with β-amylase showed two peaks (void volume, DP ̄3) and the elution profiles of debranched amylopectins with pullulanase showed three peaks(void volume, DP ̄35-45, DP ̄10-20). The ratio of Peak III (DP ̄10-20) to Peak II (DP ̄35-45) of Chunmbyeo, Yongmunbyeo a nd Mahatma amylopectin were 3.9, 3.4 and 3.3, respectively.
강우 유출수와 연계된 LID 저류활용 시스템에서의 물리탐사를 이용한 지반영향 평가 연구

도심지에서는 도시개발 결과로 건축물, 도로, 인도 등 모든 구조물이 불투수층으로 구성되어있다. 이러한 불투수 구조물이 증가하면서 강우시 지반으로 직접 침투하는 수량이 감소하고 있으며, 대부분의 우수가 배수관을 통해 하천으로 바로 배수되고 있다. 때문에 도심지역의 물순환이 비정상적으로 형성되어 가고 있다. 최근에는 이러한 물순환의 문제가 도시화에 미치는 영향 및 도시 지역내 LID(저 영향기법)을 이용한 저감 효율에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 LID에 대한 효율성을 모니터링 하거나 증명할 수 있는 특별한 기법이 없다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 LID 시스템이 적용된 투수성 도로하부에서 우수가 유입 될 경우 지반영향 및 변위 확인을 위해 물리탐사(전기비저항 탐사 기법)를 수행하였다. 계절 및 우천 상황에 따른 지반변화를 파악하기 위해 전기비저항 탐사를 모니터링 방식으로 수행하였으며, 이 자료를 통해 우수 유입에 따른 지반 영향 및 변위에 대하여 확인 하고자 한다.

As a basic study to revitalize housing services, this study surveyed apartment residents (n=726) to determine consumer awareness and the intention to use experts related to housing services. Statistical analysis was performed to test for significant differences. The results were as follows. First, the use rate of individual residential services was mostly over 70%, but the use rate of bathroom emergency pagers was approximately 50%, and the satisfaction level was low. Second, the overall satisfaction with apartment housing services was positive, and the group aware of personal information and data management had significantly higher satisfaction. Third, satisfaction with residential service A/S was positive, and significant differences were confirmed depending on the time of move-in and whether personal information and data management had been recognized. Fourth, in terms of personal information and data safety awareness, all respondents except those in their 20s and those aware of information management believed that data management was unsafe. Fifth, regarding the importance of security and convenience, most respondents valued security, and significant differences were confirmed depending on gender, residential area, and awareness of information management. Sixth, the intention (demand) to use experts related to housing services was high, and significant differences could also be confirmed depending on the time of moving in and whether or not they were aware of information management. The results obtained in this study provide basic data for revitalizing housing services in the future.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the anti-microbial and physical properties of antifungal cement mortars as the basic data for the development of antifungal cement mortars and concrete. The main experimental variables were the types and amount of antifungal agents. And it is tested for the properties of anti-microbial, flow value, compressive and flexural strength of antifungal cement mortars. According to the experimental results, cement mortars containing antifungal agent showed the strong anti-microbial activities compared with general cement mortars. And CI-100 as antifungal agent showed the highest inhibitory effects against tested microorganism. Also, antifungal cement mortars showed the higher or equality for physical properties of general cement mortars.
