The purpose of this study was carried out on the subject of resident welfare facilities of five apartment houses located in the metropolitan area in order to analyze the construction and repair costs of the selected cases. Classification system for construction cost was set into six construction works of floor, dry wall, ceiling, windows and doors, sanitation, and electrics. After investigating the execution particulars for selected cases, they were resorted according to the construction cost classification set by this study for analysis. The results of this study are as follows : 1) the mean construction cost for each subject case was evaluated at 466,270 thousand won. The mean construction cost for six kinds of construction work was evaluated at 123,121 (dry wall), 107,063 (ceiling), 88,945 (electrics), 88,136 (floor), 38,063 (windows and doors) and 20,301 (sanitation) thousand won. 2) the mean repair cost for each subject case was evaluated at 301,944 thousand won. The mean repair cost for six kinds of construction work was evaluated at 106,730 (dry wall), 72,177 (floor), 52,986 (electrics), 27,570 (sanitation), 22.721 (ceiling) and 19,760 thousand won (windows and doors).
Furosemide 및 Hydrochlorothiazide가 家兎 賢皮質의 Na-K-ATPase 活性에 미치는 影響
金寶年,劉寬熙,朴海根 충남대학교 자연과학연구소 1984 忠南科學硏究誌 Vol.11 No.2
The furosemide and hydrochlorothiazide are well known diuretics that inhibit the sodium active reabsorption in the renal tubules. Therefore it was suggested that they had a effect on the Na-K-ATPase activity, but the reports of these drugs on the Na-K-ATPase activity are rare. Author attempted to investigate the action of furosemide and hydrochlorothiazide on the Na-K-ATPase activity in the rabbit renal cortical homogenate. The results were summarized as follows: 1. The control values of Na-K-ATPase activity in the renal cortical homogenate were 1.80±0.27μM pi/10 min/㎎ protein in experimental group of furosemide and 1.58±0.29μM pi/10 min/㎎ protein in that of hydrochlorothiazide. 2. Furosemide tended to increase the Na-K-ATPase activity but was not statistically significant. From the above results, it was suggested that furosemide and hydrochlorothiazide had a diuretic action without the influence of Na-K-ATPase activity.
