AR-Station : 도시설계를 위한 가상현실 협업 시스템

본 논문은 도시계획과정에서 도시설계안을 행정가, 설계자, 지주, 인근거주자 등에게 제시하고 이들의 요구사항을 실시간으로 반영할 수 있는 도시설계를 위한 가상현실 협업시스템인 AR-Station을 소개한다. 본 시스템은 다양한 참여자들 간의 원활한 의사소통과 협업을 위하여 가상 도시 모델을 시각화하기 위한 Hybrid Scene Graph와 직관적인 인터랙션을 제공하기 위한 탠저블 인터페이스를 사용한다. 참여자들의 작업공간은 시스템과 참여자들 사이의 상호작용이 효율적으로 이루어지도록 반영공간과 인터랙션공간으로 구분하여 설계하고 구현하였다.

공무원노조법ㆍ교원노조법의 개정 논의에 대한 비판적 검토

우리 헌법 제33조제2항은 “공무원인 근로자는 법률이 정하는 자에 한하여 단결권·단체교섭권 및 단체행동권을 가진다.”라고 규정하고, 하위법률인 노동조합 및 노동관계조정법 제5조는 공무원과 교원의 노동조합 조직·가입 등에 관해서는 별도 법률에 의해 규율됨을 밝히고 있다. 그러나 공무원과 교원의 근로3권 보장을 위한 근거법률 제정이 한동안 지체되면서 우리나라는 ILO, OECD 등으로부터 노동탄압국이란 오명까지 얻었고 1998년에서야 노사정위원회의 ‘경제위기 극복을 위한 사회적 협약’에 따라 교원노조법(1999년)과 공무원노조법(2005년)을 제정·시행하게 되었다. 그러나 이들 법률은 공무원과 교원이 갖는 신분상의 특수성을 지나치게 강조한 나머지 노동조합 가입범위, 노동조합과 조합원의 기본권을 과도하게 제한하고 있다는 비판이 제정당시부터 있었다. 더욱이 최근 고용노동부가 규약상 해직자의 조합원 지위 인정 등을 이유로 전국공무원노동조합의 설립신고를 다시 반려하고, 대법원이 교사들의 시국선언 행위를 정치적 성격의 집단행위로 판단하면서 공무원노조법과 교원노조법에 대한 개정논의가 본격화 되기 시작하였다. 본고에서는 19대 국회에서 발의된 공무원노조법 및 교원노조법 개정법률안이 제시하고 있는 조합가입 범위 확대, 교사·공무원 등의 정치적 기본권 보장 등 쟁점사항을 검토하고, 바람직한 개정방향을 모색하고자 하였다. Article 33 Clause 2 of the Constitution of Korea specifies, “Workers who are public servants shall have the right to organize, the right to bargain collectively, and right to act collectively according to the regulations of the applicable law.” Article 5 of Labor Union and Labor Relations Adjustment Act which are lower level laws of the constitution also specifies that organization and participation of public servants and teachers are regulated by separate laws. However, the legislation of foundational laws to secure the three rights of workers of public servants and teachers is delayed and Korea was tainted with dishonor of ‘suppression of labors’ by ILO and OECD. Only after 1998 with the ‘Social Agreement to Overcome Economic Crisis,’ signed by the Korea Tripartite Commission, Operation, Etc., Of Teachers’ Trade Unions (1999) and Operation, Etc., Of Public Official’s Trade Unions (2005) were legislated and enacted. However, there has been criticism that these laws emphasized the specialty of their status such as public servants and teachers and they too much restricted the scope of membership of the union and basic rights of union members and the labor union itself since the legislation. Additionally, as Ministry of Employment and Labor returned application of Korean Government Employees Union(KGEU) because of the different opinions on the acknowledgement of qualification of fired employees, and the Supreme Court of Korea judged declaration of the state of affairs of teachers as political characteristic collective behavior, discourses on amendment of Operation, Etc., Of Public Official’s Trade Unions and Operation, Etc., Of Teachers’ Trade Unions have been made in full scale. In this article, we reviewed the issues such as expansion of the scope of membership of labor union, and guarantee of political basic rights of teachers and government employees and tried to find the desirable improvement direction.

인터넷 신문 기사형 광고에 대한 소비자 인식에 관한 일 연구

이 연구는 급변하는 매체 환경 속에 오늘날 제1의 광고매체로 자리매김하게 된 뉴미디어를 활용한 광고 유형 중 인터넷 신문 기사형 광고에 대한 소비자 인식이 메시지 관여도, 오해율, 태도 변인에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는지 실증 분석한 것이다. 인터넷 광고소비자 패널 1000명을 대상으로 온라인 조사를 실시한 결과 성별, 연령별, 학력별 인터넷 신문 기사형 광고에 대한 메시지 관여도, 오해율, 태도 및 그 영향력에 대한 인식에 유의미한 차이가 나타나 여성, 50대 이상, 고졸 학력에서는 긍정적인 효과가, 3·40대와 대학원 졸 학력에서는 부정적인 효과가 있었다. 또 메시지 관여도와 오해율 및 태도는 인터넷 신문 기사형 광고의 영향력에 대한 소비자 인식과 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 인터넷 신문 기사형 광고에 대한 메시지 관여도가 높을 때, 오해율이 높을 때, 태도가 긍정적일 때 이러한 유형의 광고 형태에 대한 소비자 신뢰도가 높은 것을 알 수 있다. This empirical study is what’s the differences of consumer awareness depending on the message involvement, miscomprehension, attitude about the advertorial Internet Newspaper. Today, the advertorial Internet Newspaper is one of the most popular advertising type to take advantage of the new media in a rapidly changing media environment. The online survey of 1,000 Internet advertising consumer panel results have shown a significant difference in message involvement, miscomprehension, attitude on the advertorial Internet Newspaper by gender, age, educational level. Specifically, women, over 50’s, high school-graduate consumer has a positive effect of the advertorial Internet Newspaper. But 30’s or 40’s and the Graduate School consumer has a negative effect of that. Also, the message involvement, miscomprehension, and the attitude has a positive correlation to the consumer awareness of the advertorial Internet Newspaper. So, when the rate of message involvement, miscomprehension, attitude has a high level, the consumer’s confidence appears to be high.

분자동역학 모의실험을 이용한 캘릭스[6]아렌 에스테르의 알킬암모늄 이온에 대한 분자인지

In this study we have performed molecular dynamics simulations for molecular recognition of alkylammonium ions by calix[6]arene ester derivatives. We used molecular mechanics method with MM+ force field, and the local charge of atoms which was used to calculate electrostatic energy term was calculated by MPEOE method. Complexation of host and guest molecule is simulated by molecular dynamics. As a result, in the complexation of host and guest molecules, electrostatic interactions of carbonyl oxygens and ammonium ion are proved to be very important. And we have also determined the most stable conformation of host-guest complex.

캘릭스[6]아렌 에스테르 유도체의 알킬 암모늄 이온과의 착물형성에 대한 분자역학 계산

In this study we perform a computer simulation for molecular recognition of calix[6]arene ester derivatives. We use molecular mechanics with ?? force field, and local charge of atoms which is used to calculate electrostatic energy term is calculated MPEOE method. Complexation of host and guest molecule is simulated by molecular dynamics. As a result, in the complexation of host and guest molecules, hydrogen bonding of carbonyl oxygen and ammonium ion is very important. And we can also find the most stable conformation of host molecule which can make a complex with ammonium ion as a guest molecule.
