Generally, implantable microphone has been implanted in the temporal bone for implantable middle ear hearing devices (IMEHDs). In this case, the microphone"s membrane can be damaged and can be generated biological noise. In order to overcome the these problems, the location of implanted microphone should be changed. As an alternative, the microphone can be implanted in the external auditory canal or in the .pinna. However, the sound emission can be produced because of vibration transducer toward reverse direction from the tympanic membrane to the external auditory canal. In this paper, an amount of the emitted sound is measured using a probe microphone as the changing the position of microphone in the external auditory canal or in the pinna of a physical ear model, which is similar to acoustical and vibratory properties of the human ear. According to analysis of the measurements, the proper location of the microphone can be estimated which can minimize emitted sound.

Tube locking is divided into bolt type and weld type. Leak migh result from welding strain for weld type locking. And regarding bolt type locking, the fluid can directly contact the connected part and it triggers an oxidation and deformation. So it also can leak as time goes on. A locking device using plastic deformation was designed to solve these problems, and a thickness of the link and slope of the link was selected as parameter. Tube material is Al1100 and link material is Al204, Be havior analysis of a tube was performed with the result for displacement of the tube that is calculated by FEA.
