        The rebar work is a labor intensive construction work with a high labor cost ratio. It is difficult to manage the productivity, construction time, and safety of rebar work. The problem of productivity decreased in rebar construction is due to a lack of workers according to the aged workers. Partial prefabrication rebar can be an alternative solution to productivity decreased in rebar work. The characteristic of partial prefabrication method is that time consuming component such as stirrup of beam assemble in factory and others assemble in site. Therefore, in this study, the time required for each rebar assembly method is measured and analyzed to confirm the possibility of productivity improvement.

        무한궤도형 철전극 전기분해장치를 이용한 하수중의인제거에 관한 연구

        It was developed an electrolysis device-type with a Fe electrode caterpillar. which was improved some troubles of a Fe electrode. The T-P removal rate was investigated according to various operation conditions. The DO concentration appeared high in electric reactor and effluent. MLSS concentration change was investigated to the things that were not large at iron electrolysis processes. The phosphorus removal rate along HRT this to have appeared high than eight hours in 12 hours is as a phosphorus cohesive reaction consists actively as a cohesion reaction time gets longer. Phosphorus removal rate got almost similar results as a result that the subject experimented on a change with 2500ppm, 3000ppm, 3500ppm with MLSS concentration. Phosphorus removal rate along SRT appeared high. Showed a high phosphorus removal rate within 8day∼10day. As a result of having infused 0.05%, a phosphorus removal rate appeared high with the NaCl concentration that was an electrolyte to 90.5∼94.8%. If this infused an electrolyte, looked that a phosphorus removal speed was fast in the existing study. If phosphorus removal rate appeared by the results low very in experiment-type fixed caterpillar tread of an iron electrode, and do not install an electrode. Showed a removal rate to be higher to 90.5∼96.2%, and were investigated at 86.7∼92.6%, caterpillar tread older brothers at fixed formulas. Connected it of experiment results domestic water and livestock waste water, and process was given to possible things.

        해부학적 내측 슬개대퇴 인대 재건술

        급성 또는 재발성 슬개골 탈구의 치료를 위해 해부학적 관찰을 통하여 자가 슬괵건을 이용한 해부학적 내측 슬개대퇴 인대 재건술을 고안하여 보고하고자 한다. 해부 연구는 5구의 신선동결 사체 슬관절을 이용하였다. 모든 예에서 내측 슬개대퇴 인대를 확인하였으며 평균 길이는 54.3 ㎜ (49.6-59.3 ㎜)였고 슬개골에는 넓게, 대퇴골에는 좁게 부착하는 삼각형의 모양을 하고 있었다. 문헌고찰을 통해 강도가 약하며 유연성이 좋은 슬개대퇴 인대의 특성을 확인하였다. 이러한 슬개대퇴 인대의 역학적 특성과 해부학적 특성을 바탕으로, 자가 슬괵건을 이용하여 슬개골의 근위부와 중간부위의 연부조직에서 내측 측부 인대의 근위 부착부위의 연부조직을 연결하는 이중 다발 연부 조직 고정 방식의 수술 방법을 고안하였다. 2008년 4월부터 2010년 2월까지 본 수술 술기를 적용한 환자들 중 6개월 이상 추시 가능하였던 남자 5명, 여자 4명 총 9명의 환자들을 대상으로 평균 17.6개월간 경과를 관찰한 결과 IKDC 주관적 점수는 술 전 41.8점에서 술 후 81.1로(p<0.001) 향상되었고 Kujala 점수는 평균 51.1점에서 81.4점으로(p<0.001) Lysholme 점수는 평균 47.8점에서 84.9점으로(p<0.001) Tegner 활동 지수는 평균 2.9에서 5.1로(p<0.001) 향상되었다. 단기 추시 결과에서 재발성 탈구와 특별한 합병증이 없었다. 본 저자들의 수술방법은 내측 슬개대퇴 인대를 해부학적으로 재건하는 술식으로 급성 및 재발성 슬개골 탈구의 치료에 유용한 방법이라 생각한다. This paper reports a novel method for reconstructing the medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) using hamstring tendon autografts, based on the results of an anatomical study by cadaveric dissection Five fresh frozen cadaveric knees were studied MPFL was found present In all cases, and the average length was 54 ㎜ (496-593 ㎜). The shape of the MPFL was triangular wherein the femoral attachment was narrow and the patellar attachment was relatively broad The MPFL was less stiff and a weaker structure compared to the other ligaments This study could reflect a novel surgical technique for the MPFL reconstruction with Its anatomical and biomechanical properties The study population comprises of 9 patients (5 males and 4 females) who underwent primary MPFL reconstruction at our clinic between April 2008 and February 2010 The mean follow-up period was 17.6 months. The Kujala score Improved Significantly from 51.1 points to 81.4 points (p<0.001), the Lysholm score Improved Significantly from 47.8 points to 84.9 points (p<0.001) and the Tegner activity level Improved Significantly from 2.9 to 5.1 (p<0.001) There was no case of recurrent dislocation and complications according to the short term follow-up results Our novel soft tissue fixation method using double bundle reconstruction With hamstring tendon autografts would not only be an anatomic reconstruction but also would be effective for reconstruction of the MPFL.
