폐목재(廢木材) 활용(活用)을 위한 플라즈마 처리(處理) 효과(效果)에 대한 연구(硏究)

In this study, surface modification of wood powder by atmospheric pressure plasma treatment was investigated. The composites were manufactured using wood powder and polypropylene(wood powder : PP = 55 wt% : 45 wt%). Atmospheric pressure plasma was treated as condition of 3KV, $17{\pm}1$KHz, 2 g/min. Helium was used as carrier gas and monomer such as hexamethyl-disiloxane(HMDSO) was used to modify surface property by plasma polymerization. The tensile strength of untreated waste wood powder(W3) and homogeneous wood powder(H3) were about 18.5 MPa, 21.5 MPa while the tensile strength of plasma treated waste wood powder(PW3) and homogeneous wood powder(PH3) were about 21.2 MPa, 23.4 MPa, respectively. And tensile strength of W3 and H3 were improved by 14.6% and 8.8%, respectively. From the results for mechanical property, morphological analysis, we obtained improved interfacial bonding of polypropylene and wood powder modified by plasma treatment. 본 실험에서는 상압플라즈마에 의한 목분의 표면개질에 대해 조사하였다. 복합재는 목분과 폴리프로필렌을 이용하여 제작되었다(목분 : 폴리프로필렌=55wt% : 45wt%). 상압플라즈마는 carrier gas로 헬륨과 HMDSO를 모노머로 사용하였고 3 KV, $17{\pm}1$KHz, 2 g/min의 조건에서 처리하였다. 폐목분의 인장강도는 상압플라즈마 처리를 통해 18.5 MPa에서 21.2 MPa로 14.6% 증가하였고 단일수종목분의 경우에도 21.5 MPa에서 23.4 MPa로 8.8% 증가하였다. 이것으로 상압플라즈마 처리는 목분의 표면을 개질하여 폴리프로필렌과의 계면결합력을 증가시켜주는 것을 확인하였다.

Short-form content, which means "short video content within 10 minutes," is rapidly emerging as a recent trend among MZ generations based on the fact that it can be viewed whenever there is a short running time, and they are physically short, colorful, and deliver a lot of information in a compressed time, showing differences in both long-form content and format. In addition, entertainment videos such as information delivery videos, eating shows, web entertainment, and dance challenges are mainly produced and distributed, so there is no need to take expertise as a creative work of video experts, and consumers often become producers by directly participating in production using low-end equipment such as smartphones. For these reasons, shortform content creates new image styles rather than general existing image forms such as long-form contents, and this study focuses on changes in editing styles. This study summarized the following five characteristic changes by analyzing the editing style of short form content that has changed compared to long form content according to the 'visual' aspect. The use of frames, memes, screen division, blue screen, and subtitles are included, and by organizing each characteristic, we identified the editing style of shortform content that has emerged as a recent trend and learned about the changes.
A study on mechanical properties and flame retardancy of WPC polypropylene composite

In this study, waste wood powder and polypropylene were flame retardanted separately by using halogen free flame retardant for applying WPC on interior industry. For waste wood powder, it was treated by diammonium phosphate (DAP) and borax/ boric acid. For polypropylene, it was treated by ammonium polyphosphate/pentaerythrite/zinc borate and magnesium hydroxide. The conditions of flame retardant for waste wood powder were determined by the result of infiltration volume according to different temperature, time and types of flame retardants. Finally mechanical properties and flame retardancy of the manufactured composites based on different conditions were tested and analyzed comparatively.
