This paper aims at collecting the guantitative data of kenematic variables by analysing the gait patterns of the normal adult men and the handicapped. The gait motions were taped with 4 video cameras, the cinematographic analyses were performed by the DLT technique of three dimensional image treatment. The following results were obtained in the analysis of the variables: 1. The ratio of stance time and swing time did not show any significant difference in the groups of the normal men and the handicapped when both foot of the former and the right feet of the latter were compared. The stride peeriod time of these two groups were 1.12 and 1.11 second, respectively. 2. In the handicapped group, the step width was wider, the step length and stride length were shorter, and especially, the step length of the right foot was shorter, 3. The small vertical displacement of left toes of the handicapped group showed that the heal contact and the left midstance are almost simultaneous. 4. The two groups have almost the same horizontal displacement of the center of gravity and the same vertical rate of extension. In view of the velocity of the center of gravity the normal adults showed the constant speed of movement. However, the handicapped adults were reduced from the right midstance to the right toe-off. 5. The handicapped showed prominently low angle on the left toe-off in the ankle joint angle, they also had the tendency to walk in the patterns of extended knee in the knee joint angle. Both the handicapped and the normal had the hyperextension on the toe-off in the hip joint angle. In the back and front angle of body, both showed the slightly back-sided walking positions. 6. Both groups had the abduction of both feet in foot placement angle, but the handicapped did not show serious abduction of left midstance.

Biloma, a newly described entity, was first introduced in 1979 by Gould and Patel to de- scribe extrahepatic loculated collection of bile due to traumatic bile duct rupture. Subsequently, the definition was expanded to include intrahepatic bile collections located outside the bile ducts. Bilomas are caused by iatrogenic, traumatic, or spontaneous rupture of biliary tree. Prior reports have documented an association of biloma with abdominal trauma and abdominal surgery, but spontaneous bile leakage associated with other primary causes has been reported rarely. A 67-year old man was admitted to Pusan National University Hospital with complaint of fever, chills, vague epigastric discomforts and yellowish discoloration of the sclerae. Huge cystic mass was detected by ultrasonography and CT scan and choledocholi- thiasis was detected by ERCP. Biloma was confirmed by sonographic guided percutaneous needle aspiration and drained successfully with pig tail catheter(8.5 French). W e present a case of bilorna associated with choledocholithiasis with review of the literatures. (Korean J Gastroenterol 1994; 26: 206 209)
스포츠교육학에서 반성적 체육전문인 관련 연구의 동향과 과제

이 연구의 목적은 국내 스포츠교육학 분야에서 현재까지 진행되어 왔던 반성적 체육전문인 관련 연구들을 종합하여 그 성과와 한계, 그리고 발전적 방향을 탐색하는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 주제어 ``반성``을 포함한 42편의최종 연구물을 바탕으로 4가지 순차적 준거에 따른 메타 분석법을 활용하였다. 연구결과 지금까지 스포츠교육학에서의 반성적 체육전문인 관련 연구가 ‘반성’을 바라보는 관점이 다양하여 반성이라는 동일 개념을 서로상이하게 수용할 수 밖에 없었던 특징을 띄는 이유를 여러 관련 이론들을 통해 설명할 수 있었다. 논의에서는반성을 바라보는 대표적인 세 가지 관점을 통합하여 보다 실용적인 반성교육 프로그램을 구안할 수 있는 가능성에 대해 언급하였다. 또한 앞으로 지향해야 할 과제로서 첫째, ‘한국의 반성적 체육전문인’에 대한 이론정립, 둘째, ‘반성적 체육전문인 교육’을 위한 범교과적 수업방법과 인접 학문과의 융합연구 및 융합연구 시도의 병행, 셋째, 질적 연구 중심에서 양적연구의 병행 및 새로운 연구 방법에 대한 수용을 제시하였다. This research synthesizes 42 academic articles related to reflection, which have been progressed in the field of domestic sport pedagogy until now, and describes the outcomes and meaning constructively. Also, based on them, We have discussed the aspects that reflective researches couldn`t help having difficulties and limitations and suggested the direction to form developmental discourse in the future. Especially, this research points out the aspect that various standpoints reflective researches of sport pedagogy consider the concept of reflection have been misunderstood or mixed until now and explains the reasons through the various theories related. The discussion of this research combines three main standpoints which consider reflection and mentions the possibility to design more practical program of reflective education. And, for what we must aim in the future, we insists that the first is establishment of theoretical definition for ‘Korean reflective expert of physical education’, the second is practice of cross-curricula teaching method for ‘reflective education of physical education expert’ and effort of related research and the third is expansion to reflected research focusing on from qualitative research paradigm to combine with quantitative research and to accept the new research method.

본 연구는 고등학교 비우수 학생선수의 학교생활 및 운동부 활동에 따른 고민을 탐색하기 위한 사례연구이다. 인천 C고등학교 야구부 학생선수 3명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였으며 면담과 중요사건 기륵법을 사용하여 자료수집을 하였다. 귀납적 자료 분석 및 동료협의, 연구 참여자 검토, 다각도 분석을 실시하여 연구의 객관도과 타당도를 확보하였다. 연구 결과, 연구 참여자들의 학교생활 고민으로는 운동능력 부족과 학생으로서의 학업능력 부족 등이 주 원인이 되는 정체성 혼란의 고민과 이에 따른 교실에서의 소외감 고민이 있었다. 운동부 활동에 따른 고민으로는 지도자와의 갈등 및 불신으로 인한 고민, 진로 및 대처방안 부재로 인한 고민이 있었다. 마지막으로 운동능력 부족이 주된 원인이 되는 열등감으로 고민하고 있었으며 이른 불합리한 제도와 대항할 수 없는 외부적 요인의 탓으로 돌림으로써 어느 정도 자신의 열등감을 회피하려 하려하고 있었다. This cast, study attempted to understand the dilemmas of low achievement athletes at a urban high school. The three student-baseball players of C high school in Incheon were selected. In-depth interviews and critical incidents were employed. Inductive analysis was used to analyze the data. Discussions with colleagues, member checks, and triangulation were used to enhance trustworthiness and objectivity of the study. The research results were: the dilemmas hi school life of the participants were confusion about their ego-identity and isolation from the Classroom caused by their poor achievement both in sport and learning. The dilemmas in the sport team of participants are in conflict with and distrust in the coach and leader and absence of alternative plans for their future. All of the participants had a sense of inferiority by poor achievement in sport and they tried to keep away from the sense of inferiority through thinking themselves as victims of the illogical system and the exterior factors which they couldn`t control.
