N/A Purpose: This study was undertaken to investigate the degree of career attitude maturity and its influencing factors for nursing students. Method: The subjects were 201 nursing students from two colleges located in Gyeonggi-do. The data analyzed by using SPSS-WIN program. Results: Career attitude maturity showed a significant positive correlation with self-esteem (r=.567, p=.000), rational decision-making (r=.241, p=.00I), and a negative significant correlation with dependent decision-making (r=-.423, p=.000). In addition, self-esteem, dependent decision-making and rational decision-making were significant predictors to explain career attitude maturity (39%). Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an effective intervention program to improve nursing students` career attitude maturity considering these findings.
가족 돌봄제공자의 말기 교모세포종 환자 돌봄경험-갈등과정에 대한 내러티브 분석

Purpose: The purpose of this narrative study was to understand how family caregivers interpreted themselves life during caring for dying patients with gliobalstoma, and how they integrated these experiences into their personal biographies. Methods: Three family caregivers were recruited for the study. Data were collected through a series of audio-taped unstructured interviews and conversations with participants. The interviews and observation were conducted between October and November, 2011. Data were analyzed using psychosocial analytical methods that combined case based, in-depth staged analysis of narratives. Results: The life experiences of the family caregivers with a dying family member were summarized as, in their own voices, 'the repetition of gliobalstoma,' 'a smart patient,' 'being obsessed with rehabilitation treatment,' 'the frustration from nothing but just looking at the suffering of the patient,' and 'a stubborn son'. Conclusion: Caregiving was characterised by various roles and life changes from the moment of diagnosis. Family caregivers of brain tumor reported experiences similar to those described by caregivers of people with other cancers. What differed for this group was the rapidity of change and the need for immediate information and support to assist with caring for a person with high-grade glioma.
비콘을 이용한 위치 기반의 스마트 학교 및 수업 안내 시스템 구현

최근, 비콘을 이용한 실내 위치 추정 기술 및 이를 활용한 실내 위치 기반 서비스가 다양한 장소에서 각 장소 특성에 맞추어 제공되고 있다. 그러나 대학에서의 위치 기반 서비스에 대한 연구는 아직 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 비콘을 이용한 실내 위치 추정을 기반으로 ‘대학’ 특성에 맞춰진 위치 기반의 스마트 학교 및 수업 안내 시스템을 설계, 구현하였다. 학교에 적용한 기존 연구들이 주로 출석 확인을 위주로 한 것에 비해 본 연구는 실내 공간에 적용될 수 있는 위치 기반 서비스로 학교 캠퍼스와 수업을 안내하는 기능을 대학교라는 특성에 맞추어 제공했다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. 향후 이 시스템은 비콘의 정확도가 개선됨에 따라 보다 정교한 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. Recently, indoor locating using beacon has gained much attention as an indoor locating technology. This technology has been used for various indoor LBS(location-based services). However, there is a lack of research on LBS service specialized in university yet. In this paper, we designed and implemented a smart LBS system using beacon for campus and class guide in the university. This system provides for campus and class guide services based on the current specific location in the campus, This system can be improved as more precise becon technology is developed.
인지행동요법이 문제행동 중학생의 우울과 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

N/A Purpose: This study examined the effects of the cognitive-behavioral therapy on depression and self-efficacy of the problem behavior adolescents in middle school. Method: This study used a non-equivalent control group pre-post design. The data was collected from April, 2002 to June, 2002. The subjects consisted of 16 adolescents. The experimental group(n=7) participated in a cognitive-behavioral therapy that consisted of 12 sessions(12-week period); the control group(n=9) did not participate in. To examine the effects of the cognitive-behavioral therapy, depression and self-efficacy of the adolescents were measured before and after the program. Result: In the experimental group, the scores of depression increased after the program but did not significantly change (Z=-.931, p=.352). And there was no significant change in self-efficacy after the program (Z=-1.84, p=.854). In the control group, the scores of burden increased significantly after the program (Z=-2.56, p=.011). And there was no significant change on self-efficacy after the intervention period (Z=-.350, p=.726). Conclusion: Although the cognitive-behavioral therapy in this study did not have an effect on depression and self-efficacy on problem behavior adolescents, an intervention that aims to increase self-efficacy and decrease depression for the problem behavior adolescents is important.
