        慢性 精神分裂症에서 Penfluridol이 血淸 Prolactin値에 미치는 影響

        The experiment was aimed to study the prolactin response induced by long acting oral antipsychotics, penfluridol in 17male chronic schizophrenics. After one week wash out period of other neuroleptics, penfluridol was administered orally with increment of 20mg per week, and serum prolactin level was measured by the method of radioimmunoassay at the interval of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 weeks after administration of penfluridol. The results are as follows: 1)After one week washout period of other neuroleplics, the mean serum prolactin level was measured as 13.9±8.57ng/ml. 2)The mean serum prolactin levels after administration of 20mg, 40mg, and 60mg of penfluridol were 24.3±11.89ng/ml, 38.1±20.66ng/ml, and 56.1±25.47ng/ml respectively. These rapid increases of prolactin secretion were statistically significant(P<0.005). 3)The mean serum prolactin levels after administration of 80mg and 100mg of penfluridol were 63.9±27.45ng/ml and 69.4±29.83ng/ml respectively. These increases showed less higher increases than those of administration of 20 to 60mg of penfluridol. ridol. 4)The clinical symptoms were slightly improved, but those were not as much as increase of serum prolactin levels. As the above results, it was known that the penfluridol was effected serum prolactin levels for 1 week.

        Provisions on the Budget of the Constitation of the Republic of Korea, Types and rates shall be determined by law. The National Assembly Shall deliberate and decide upon the national budget bill. The Executive shall formulate the budget bill of each fiscal year and submit it to the National Assembly within ninety days before the beginning of a fiscal year. The National Assembly shall decide upon it within thirty days before the beginning of the fiscal year, if the budget bill is not passed by the beginning of the fiscal year., the Executive may, in conformity with the budget of the previous fiscal year, disburse funds for the following purposes until the budget bill is passed by the National Assembly. In case it shall be necessary to make continuing disbursements for a period longer than one fiscal year. The Executive shall obtain the approval of the National Assembly for a specified period of time. A reserve fund shall be approved by the National Assembly in total. The disbursement of the reserve fund shall be approved during the newt session of the National Assembly. When it is necessary to amend the budget, the Executive may formulate a supplementary revised budget bill and submit it the national Assembly. The National Assembly shall, without the consent of the Executive, neither increase the sum of any item of expenditure nor create any new items in the budget submitted by the Executive.

        Phosphodiesterase 4D Gene and Risk of Noncardiogenic Ischemic Stroke in a Korean Population

        Recently published studies from different populations provide apparently conflicting evidence on the association between the phosphodiesterase 4D (PDE4D) gene and ischemic stroke. The relationship between a representative PDE4D genotype and ischemic stroke was explored in a case-control study of 205 consecutive Korean patients with noncardiogenic ischemic stroke and 103 healthy controls who were neurologically and radiologically proven to be stroke-free. We selected and genotyped a PDE4D single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP 41, rs152312) as a candidate marker for susceptibility to ischemic stroke because SNP 41 has shown the most significant association with stroke in both a meta-analysis and the original Icelandic study of the PDE4D gene. No significant difference was observed between the cases and controls in the distribution of the PDE4D SNP 41 genotypes. The results from the adjusted conditional logistic regression analysis (adjusted for age, hypertension, diabetes and smoking status) showed no significant association between PDE4D SNP 41 genotypes and an increased risk of noncardiogenic ischemic stroke. The PDE4D gene is not a major risk factor for noncardiogenic ischemic stroke in a Korean population, which supports the recent evidence suggesting that the causative genetic variants of ischemic stroke may differ across populations.

        Joint development of sea resources is an attractive idea insofar as it appears to obviate the need for settling complex boundary disputes. In reality, of course, Joint development merely postpones the difficult allocation problem to the time when actual resources are in hand, ready to be divided among the Joint venturers. Nevertheless, Joint development was proposed for certain disputed areas in the East China and Yellow seas. The first proposal, originated by Taiwan, envisioned Joint Taiwanese-Japanese exploitation of an area in the strait between Taiwan and mainland China. Japan welcomed the idea as a possible initiative toward resolving the continental-shelf issue with Taiwan, but hesitated to give it full government support for fear of provoking an adverse reaction from China. Thus while Joint development, either with Taiwan alone or with Korea and Taiwan together, had the official approval of Japan, the government preferred to leave the actual details to interested business groups. Support for Joint development had already been expressed by the business circles of Japan and Taiwan in July 1978 when the so-called Korea-Japan Cooperation Committee proposed in a Communique that Japan, Korea and Taiwan efforts to develop the sea around them. This year(1979), Development of continental-shelf of Korea-Japan hopes to the trial boring.

      • Micro-cavity형 광섬유 Fabry-Perot 간섭계의 형성 및 고감도 압력센서에의 응용

        Because micro-cavity type optical fiber Fabry-Perot interferometric pressure sensor itself play a signal processing role, it has electrical safty and is immune to EMI(electro-magnetic interference). And it also has high sensitivity in the measured range and low sensitivity dependence on the thickness of diaphragm. Therefore it has many advantages, so it will be applicable to accelerate sensor, flow sensor, and microphone, etc.. In this paper, using silicon anisotropic etching technique and fiber optic sensing technique, micro-cavity type optical fiber Fabry-Perot interferometer was formed and a highly sensitive pressure sensor was fabricated. The fabricated micro-cavity type optical fiber Fabry -Perot interferometric pressure sensor showed repeatedly good output characteristics.

        Real-Time White Spectrum Recognition for Cognitive Radio Networks over TV White Spaces

        A key technical challenge in TV white spaces is theefficient spectrum usage without interfering with primary users. This paper considers available spectrum discovery scheme usingin-band sensing signal to support super Wi-Fi services effectively. The proposed scheme in this paper adopts non-contiguous orthogonalfrequency-division multiplexing (NC-OFDM) to utilize thefragmented channel in TV white space due to microphones whilethis channel cannot be used in IEEE 802.11af. The proposed solutionis a novel available spectrum discovery scheme by exploitingthe advantages of a sensing signaling. The proposed methodachieves considerable improvement in throughput and delay time. The proposed method can use more subcarriers for transmissionby applying NC-OFDM in contrast with the conventional IEEE802.11af standard. Moreover, the increased number of wireless microphones(WMs) hardly affects the throughput of the proposedmethod because our proposal only excludes some subcarriers usedbyWMs. Additionally, the proposedmethod can cut discovery timedown to under 10 ms because it can find available channels in realtime by exchanging sensing signal without interference to theWM.

      • 2유체 노즐에서 초음파 에너지 부가 유체의 미립화 특성에 관한 기초연구

        This study investigated the effect of added ultrasonic energy on atomizing liquid in twin-fluid atomizers. For this purpose, variations in ultrasonic energy amount and atomizing air pressure were selected as variables in order to compare liquid flow rates, sauter mean diameters(SMD), and droplet distributions on the conventional spray and a ultrasonic-energy-added spray system. In results, The comparition of liquid flow rates on the conventional and ultrasonic-energy-added systems indicated that the latter system produced higher liquid flow rates that the former, and higher ultrasonic energy led to greater liquid flow rates, The sauter mean diameters were found to be significantly lower in the case of ultrasonic-energy-added spray than in the conventional spray at every level of atomizing air pressure, At every level of atomifing air pressure, the ultrasonic -energy-added spray system produced significantly more uniform droplet distribution than the conventional system.

      • 常溫 煙霧機 開發에 關한 硏究(Ⅰ) : 2流體 Nozzle의 噴霧 特性 The Application Characteristics of Sprayed Droplets with Twin fluid Nozzle

        常溫 煙霧機를 개발하기 위한 기초 연구로서 常溫 煙霧機用 2流體 노즐을 설계, 제작하여 噴霧 特性에 대한 실험적 연구를 수행하여 공시 노즐의 실용성을 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. Air Compressor 압력 증가에 따른 風量의 변화는 0.4kg/㎠ 까지는 거의 비례적으로 상승한 다음 2.5kg/㎠까지는 완만하게 증가하였으나, 그 이후로는 거의 변화가 없었다. 2. 노즐, 타케트간 거리(L)에 따른 煙霧粒子의 粒徑은 L=50cm 이하에서는 附着液滴이 서로 연결해 流下하였다. L=2m에서의 粒徑은 7∼20㎛ 정도였고, 상당량의 滴下와 도나스화 현상이 나타났다. L=4m에서 粒徑의 범위는 9∼20㎛, 平均粒徑이 15㎛, 으로 비교적 均日하였고, 滴下와 도나스화 현상도 거의 완화되었다. 3. 霧化用 공기 압력에 따른 煙霧粒子 粒徑 變化는 공기 압력을 증가시키므로써 粒子의 粒徑은 감소하였으나, 2.5kg/㎠에서 15㎛, 5kg/㎠에서 10㎛정도로 2.5kg/㎠ 이상의 공기 압력에서는 압력의 증가에 따른 霧粒 粒徑 減少率은 미미하였다. 4. 藥液流量을 증가시킴에 따라 煙霧粒子의 粒徑은 완만하게 증가하였으나, 藥液流量이 5.6cc/s, L=4m일 때 粒徑은 15㎛ 정도였으며, 그 이상의 藥液流量에서는 粒徑이 급격히 증가하였다. 5. 따라서 본 供試 노즐의 air compressor 압력은 2.5kg/㎠, 藥液流量은 5.6cc/s(330ml/min), L=4m일 때 煙霧粒子의 粒徑은 15㎛으로 우수한 성능임이 입증되었으나, 附着量등에 대한 상세한 연구가 필요한 것으로 생각된다. In order to development of Korean type non-heating fog machine, twin fluid nozzles were designed and made for the Korean type non-heating fog machine. The charcterics of twin fluid nozzle's sprayed droplets are very important for the non-heating fog machine application in greenhouse. In this paper, the relationship between air compressor pressure and air flow rate, disrance relation between nozzle and target on dropletsize distribution, air compressor pressure and droplet size, liquid flow rate and droplet size were investigated. The results from the above experiments are as follow ; Spray patterns of the twin fluid nozzle were very excellent. The optimum air compressor pressure and liquid fluid rate were 2.5kg/㎠, 330㎖/min. The optimum distance between nozzle and target was 4m, and then deposit droplets size was 15㎛.
