경주시 일부 농업인의 가을철 발열성 질환 실태조사 - 쯔쯔가무시증, 렙토스피라증, 신증후군출혈열 -

이 연구는 국내의 대표적인 가을철 발열성 질환으로 고위험군 중 재배농업인을 대상으로 선택하여 가을철 발열성 질환에 감염실태와 위험요인, 인지도을 조사하여 질병에 대한 증거기반에 전략을 제공하고자 이 연구를 수행하게 되었다. 농업인 감염병 실태조사 방법은 지역사회에 일부 재배농업인 841명을 혈청학적 검사와 설문조사를 시행하였고, 혈청학적 기준은 수동혈구응집법과 면역크로마토그래피법으로 시행되었다. 혈청감염에 영향을 주는 일반적 특성으로는 쯔쯔가무시증이 나이가 증가할수록 혈청반응이 증가하였고, 렙토스피라증은 과거병력과 가족병력이 혈청반응이 유의하게 높았다. 그리고 신증후군출혈열은 종사기간이 증가할수록 혈청반응이 증가하였다. 또 다른 결과로는 혈청감염에 영향을 미치는 위험요인으로는 쯔쯔가무시증은 진드기에 물린 적이 있는 경우 혈청반응이 높았고, 렙토스피라증은 과수재배 관련된 일을 하는 경우 혈청반응이 높았다. 또한 신증후군출혈열은 비닐하우스 관련된 일을 한 적이 있는 경우 혈청반응이 높았다. 결론적으로 취악한 직업인 재배농업인 감염병에 대한 인식 형성 할 수 있도록 정부에서 효율적이고 효과적인 방법을 개발해야 할 것이다. 그리고 질병에 대한 조기 발견과 치료로 합병증 없이 건강한 삶을 살 수 있도록 주민들 인식에 영향을 줄 수 있는 교육과 홍보 그리고 질병 특성에 맞는 특정 예방 전략을 개발해야 할 것으로 생각한다. Objectives: This study aimed to assess the status of Scrub typhus, Leptospirosis and HFRS(hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome) among farmers with febrile illness. Methods: We involved a total of 841 farmers who had febrile illness(508 and 333 village residents were, respectively, three and four district of Gyeongju city) selected during autumn of 2014 and 2015. Data were collected by survey questionnaires and blood sample examination. Results: Serum response rate for Scrub typhus and Leptospirosis was 1.5% each and 1.9% for HFRS. Serum response rate for Scrub typhus was significantly higher for tick-bite cases(38.5%), while Leptospirosis was significantly higher for those who were in fruit-planting work(23.1%). Similarly, serum response rate was significantly higher for HFRS who were working in venyl green house work(25.0%). Conclusions: Government authority should develop effective and efficient preventive strategies to create awareness of infectious diseases among farmers. Extending information, education and communication be reached to farmers that could change their perception and help early diagnosis and treatment and reduce the disease burden and its complication.
인터넷 종합쇼핑몰 제작의 디자인 분석 연구 -국내 상위 15개 메인 페이지를 중심으로-

Thanks to the development of information and communication technology as well as increment of users, E-commerce using Internet is being actively adopted, thereby rapidly emerging as new method of economic activity that transcends time and space. Since many countries in the world are positively activating E-commerce as pivotal means to enhance their competitiveness, both technical and market aspects of E-commerce are growing rapidly. Especially, E-commerce changes overall activities of enterprise by radically saving trade cost through minimization of distribution steps and innovating business process such as reduction of cost for shop, marketing and logistics. Furthermore, spreading sales and marketing activity more effectively through the improvement of business process, it is being fixed as the pivotal means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Altering consumers` life pattern and consumption pattern, E-commerce that uses Internet shopping mall finishes the traditional purchase method in which consumers directly visit physical space to purchase commodities and enables them to purchase commodities whenever and wherever they want. Furthermore, it saves the time wasted in the conventional shopping through easy price comparison and convenient purchase process. Since commodities are not directly viewed and checked when purchasing, it is difficult to collect actual information of product when purchasing. Moreover, the low loading speed of shopping mall page may result in inconvenience. The vehement competition triggered by enormous increment of Internet shopping malls and the chaotic screen composition only intended for differentiation between shopping malls to the sacrifice of convenience for users as well as transformed navigation are the factors which impede Internet shopping. To prevent such impeding factors, the Internet shopping mall designed on the basis of correct understanding on exact business objective and users can remarkably affect the recognition and reliability of customers by implanting brand image pursued by enterprise to the consumers. Thus, the design strategy that induces spontaneous purchase by developing user-oriented design patters originated from user`s understanding and demand is really necessary to expand interest and purchase of consumers in Internet shopping mall. The objectives of this dissertation are as follows. First, it investigates the history of Internet E-commerce, the present situation of domestic and foreign Internet users and scale of E-commerce as well as the government policy for E-commerce in the developed countries and trend of B2C. Second, it establishes the concept of Internet shopping mall and examines its characteristics and type as well as surveys the property and main functions of visual design factors. Third, selecting the top 15 shopping malls in domestic Internet shopping mall as sample, it analyzes design factor into arrangement type of main page, horizontal length, vertical length, logo position, rate to use screen, main visual, color and so on, thereby synthesizing them to draw general statistical data for each type. Finally, analyzing general statistical data for each type to research which design strategy is applied, it intends to contribute to the effective production of main page for Internet shopping mall.
원헬스 기반 인수공통감염병 감시체계로 발견한 브루셀라증 사례

브루셀라증은 인수공통감염병 중의 하나이며, 우리나라에서는 과거에 비해 거의 근절된 질병이다. 또한 브루셀라증은 우리나라에서 원헬스로 대표되는 상징적인 질병이기도 하다. 이 연구는 민간(경북농업안전보건센터), 가축방역(동물위생시험소) 및 보건당국(보건소) 간의 상호 협력체계를 구축하여 가축전염병 발생 농장 농장주와 가족을 대상으로 브루셀라증 환자 1례를 발견한 사례이다. 이 사례를 통해 인수공통 감염병 예방과 관리에 부문간의 협력이 중요함을 다시 인식하는 계기가 되었다. Brucellosis is one of the zoonoses, and it is a disease that is almost eliminated in South Korea. This disease is also known as a representative disease of one health. We would like to introduce brucellosis found by one health in this study. One Health means an approach in which multiple sectors communicate and work together to achieve better public health outcomes. The Gyeongbuk Agricultural Safety and Health Center established a cooperation system between a Veterinary Service Laboratory and a Public Health Center, and found a case of human brucellosis in a farm with cattle brucellosis. Through this case, to be effective control of zoonoses as above case, epidemiological investigation for cattle and human should be concurrently conducted. And we once again recognized the need for multi-sectoral cooperation in prevention and management of zoonoses.

해양생물 크릴(Euphausia superba)이 흰쥐의 혈청 유리지방산 및 전해질 농도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 식이조성에 동결 건조한 krill (Euphausia superba) meal을 첨가 하였을 때 Sprague Dawley계 수컷 흰쥐의 유리지방산(non-esterified fatty acid, NEFA), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine, uric acid 및 전해질에 미치는 영향에 대하여 조사를 하였다. 이조성은 기본식이를 급여한 대조군인 GC군(krill meal 미함유)을 비롯하여 기본식이에 10.0%, 20.0%, 30.0%의 krill meal 급여군을 각각 G10군, G20군, G30군으로 구분하였다. 5주간 실험 사육한 결과, 흰쥐의 NEFA와 BUN 농도는 krill meal 급여군(G10군, G20군, G30군)에서 대조군(GC 군)보다 유의적으로 감소된 결과를 보였고, creatinine과 uric acid 농도는 G10군에서는 GC군과 유의적 차이가 없었으나, G20군과 G30군에서 유의적으로 감소하였다(p<0.05). 전해질 농도에서 total calcium (T-Ca)은 G20군과 G30군에서 유의 적으로 증가하였으며, 인(Pi) 농도는 각 군간에 유의적 차이가 없는 것으로 관찰되었다(p<0.05). The purpose of this study was to investigate the change of hematology and serum chemistry values on Sprague-Dawley rats, while used krill (Euphausia superba) meal diet for 5 weeks. Seven-week-old male rats were divided into four groups (n=6) and fed experimental diets containing three different krill meal contents and control group; 10.0% krill meal (G10), 20.0% krill meal (G20), 30.0% krill meal (G30), and control group (GC). Concentrations of non-esterified fatty acid (NEFA), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) in serum were significantly lower in the G10, G20, G30 than GC group (p<0.05). Statistically significant differences, at the confidence level of 95%, for the creatinine, uric acid, electrolyte (T-Ca) parameters in the sera were observed in G20 group, G30 group. The concentration of electrolyte (Pi) in serum was no significant difference among the groups (p<0.05). The results indicate that a krill meal diet was effectively reduce the NEFA.

본 연구의 목적은 두유 curd를 형성하는 미생물을 분리하는 것이다. 두유 curd를 형성하는 미생물은 채소를 젖산균으로 발효시킨 전통적인 한국의 음식, 김치로부터 분리하였다. 분리 균주 196개 중 10개의 균주(strain No. 2-2-2, 2-15-2, 2-18-1, 2-19-2, 3-4-1, 3-4-2, 3-8-1, 3-8-3, 3-17-1, 4-39-5)가 단단한 두유 curd를 형성하였고 분자생물학적?생화학적 분석법에 의해 동정되었다. 분리균주로부터 추출한 genomic DNA는 16S rDNA 지역의 PCR 증폭을 위한 주형으로 사용하였다. GenBank 데이터로 16S rDNA 염기서열을 비교한 결과, 분리 균주들은 Leuconostoc mesenteroides group과 Lactobacillus sakei group으로 동정되었다. 두유 curd를 형성하는 균주들의 계통 발생학적 위치와 분류군은 neighbor-joining 방법을 이용하여 확인하였다. 또한, L. mesenteroides group은 생화학적 특성에 의해 L. mesenteroides subsp. dextranicum으로 동정되었다. 하지만 L. sakei group은 생화학적 특성 비교시 다양성을 보여 Lactobacillus sp.로 명명하였다. The purpose of this study was to isolate soy curd forming bacterial strains. Soy curd forming bacteria were isolated from Kimchi, a traditional Korean vegetable food that is fermented using lactic acid bacteria. Among 196 bacterial strains, ten isolates (strain No. 2-2-2, 2-15-2, 2-18-1, 2-19-2, 3-4-1, 3-4-2, 3-8-1, 3-8-3, 3-17-1, 4-39-5) formed firm soy curd. The isolated bacterial strains were identified by molecular biological and biochemical analyses. The genomic DNAs extracted from the isolated bacterial strains were used as a template for PCR amplification of 16S rDNA region. By comparing the results of the 16s rDNA sequences with GenBank data, the isolated strains were identified as Leuconostoc mesenteroides group and Lactobacillus sakei group. The phylogenetic position of soy curd forming strains and their related taxa were investigated using neighbor-joining method. L. mesenteroides group was further identified as L. mesenteroides subsp. dextranicum based on biochemical properties. L. sakei group was named Lactobacillus sp., because it showed a variety of biochemical properties.
