      • PWM회로를 이용한 엔진오일의 전기전도도와 정전용량을 분석한 열화감지 방법 연구

        Most engine oil consumption today as to increasing of a car imposes a heavy burden on time and economics to consumer. If drivers search for exchange oil at proper time, it will be a great help to economy of resources and reduce pollution. The ingredient of engine oil was deteriorated that primary cause to be the oxidation in air and making progress oxidation varies with temperature, catalyst, additive and type of engine oil. This paper analyzes interrelation of the conductivity and capacitance at appropriate temperature measurement in engine oil. When measuring the capacitance in existing semiconductor form, the various metal sludge precipitation or solidification in the oil which sticks to the sensor in order to protect the corrosion of electrode becoming the corrosion with deposited nitride because of the engine oil oxidizes, it protected the electrode of the sensor. It measure the signal of the sensor with PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) circuit and conductivity circuit. It confirms the deterioration sensing method which is caused by the contamination and oxidation of engine oil that it informs appropriate period engine oil exchange to driver. M

        시판되는 구강양치액과 천연한방 추출물의 Streptococcus mutans에 대한 항균효과 비교

        This study attempted to identify the possibility of natural herbal extracts as an alternative, preventive agent of caries by comparing antimicrobial activities between natural herbal extracts and mouth rinsing solutions against Streptococcus mutans. Natural herbal plants were extracted with distilled water and ethanol, respectively, to measure the minimum growth inhibitory concentration of S. mutans depending on concentration, and among which, solvents showing high antimicrobial activity were selected to compare their antibiotic effects with those of mouth rinsing solutions. Also, to determine the concentration of natural medicinal herbs that can be used safely in the oral cavity, the extracts were treated to the normal gingival fibroblast cells depending on concentration in order to determine its cytotoxicity using MTT. In terms of the minimum growth inhibition concentration, the growth inhibition of S. mutans was more excellent in the ethanol extract than in the distilled water. When the minimum growth inhibition concentration was compared, Psoralea corylifolia of natural herbal ethanol extracts, and Hexamedine (Bukwang Pharm., Korea) of mouth rinsing solutions inhibited growth of S. mutans at the lowest concentration. When the minimum bactericidal concentration was compared, P. corylifolia of natural herbal extracts, and Hexamedine and Garglin (Dong-A Pharm., Korea) of mouth rinsing solutions eliminated S. mutans at a low concentration. The human gingival fibroblast was treated with natural herbal ethanol extracts at the minimum growth inhibition concentration of 10, 39, and 78 꺷g/ml. As the result, no cytotoxicity was found. When this was treated at different minimum bactericidal concentrations, natural herbal ethanol extracts showed cytotoxicity except P. corylifolia.

        드론을 활용한 댐 외관조사 및 대가기준에 대한 연구

        연구목적: 기존의 인력에 의한 안전점검은 기술자의 안전이 우려되거나 접근이 어려워, 평가 및 데이터 확보에 한계가 있었고, 시설물의 노후화로 유지관리 대상이 증가함에 따라 더욱더 큰 문제가 되고 있다. 드론 기술이 발전하면서 외관조사에 이를 활용할 경우, 인력의 안전 보장, 시각적 데이터 확보, 신속한 점검 진단이 가능하며, 최근 드론에 의한 시설물 안전점검이 일부 도입되는 등 활용도가 높아지고 있다. 활용성을 보다 강화하기 위해서는 드론에 의한 시설물 외관조사의 대가기준이 필요하다고 판단되며, 본 논문에서는 댐을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구방법:품셈 산출을 위해 기존 국내 안전점검 및 드론관련 대가기준을 조사하고, 드론을 활용한 안전점검 관련 절차를 비교분석하여 작업 절차 및 공종에 대하여 검토하였다. 또한 실제 댐에 대한 드론 촬영 및 입면정사영상 제작을 통해 실증 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과: 드론을 활용한 시설물 안전점검을 위한 작업공종을 도출하였고, 작업공종에 따라 두 개의 댐을 대상으로 실증조사결과를 수집하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 댐기준시설물 규격 기준으로 품셈 안을 도출하였다. 시설물의 구조형식별, 규격별 조정비는 기존 지침을 적용하고, 기상기준점측량이 필요한 경우 건설공사표준품셈의 무인비행장치측량의 품을 적용하도록 하였다. 결론:드론을 활용한 외관조사 시 GSD를 세밀하게 할수록 촬영 사진 수가 크게 증가하여, 대가기준을 산출을 위한 보정으로 조정비 개념을 적용하였다. 더불어 안전거리 유지를 위해서는 최대 GSD가 한계를 나타내는 문제점도 고려해야 함을 알 수 있었다. Purpose: Safety inspections by existing personnel have been limited in evaluation and data securing due to concerns about the safety of technicians or difficulty in accessing them, and are becoming a bigger problem as the number of maintenance targets increases due to the aging of facilities. As drone technology develops, it is possible to ensure the safety of personnel, secure visual data, and diagnose quickly, and use it is increasing as safety inspection of facilities by drones was introduced recently. In order to further enhance utilization, it is considered necessary to base a consideration standard for facility appearance investigation by drones, and in this paper, research was conducted on dams. Method: To calculate the quality, existing domestic safety inspection and drone-related consideration standards were investigated, and procedures related to safety inspection using drones were compared and analyzed to review work procedures and construction types. In addition, empirical data were collected through drone photography and elevation image production for the actual dam. Result: Work types for safety inspection of facilities using drones were derived, and empirical survey results were collected for two dams according to work types. The existing guidelines were applied for the adjustment ratios for each structural type and standard of the facility, and if a meteorological reference point survey was necessary, the unmanned aerial vehicle survey of the construction work standard was applied. Conclusion: The finer the GSD in appearance investigation using drones, the greater the number of photographs taken, and the concept of adjustment cost was applied as a correction to calculate the consideration standard. In addition, it was found that the problem of maximum GSD indicating limitations should be considered in order to maintain the safe distance.

        치과 임상실습에서의 장갑의 미생물 오염 차단 효과

        We conducted a study to access the effectiveness of glove and washing hands for the prevention of microbial contamination during the dental clinical practice. Microbial numbers at unwashed hands and gloves were 9.938×103 (CFU)/ml, those at washed with soap were 9.44×103 CFU/ml And those at washed with a typical liquid soap including disinfectant, Dettol (Reckitt Benckiser, Slough, SL1 3UH, UK) were 6.58×102 CFU/ml. In case of unwashed hand and hand washing with soap had similar microbial numbers and in case of hand washing with Dettol showed a rapid decrease of microbial number. Hand washing with Dettol was effective to prevent microbial contamination than hand washing with soap. Also microbial numbers in all case wearing gloves decreased. It showed effectiveness of gloves for prevention of microbial contamination. In addition to microbial numbers showed a tendency to increase from 3 hours on wearing gloves, the change of new gloves after 3 hours on wearing is necessary to minimize the danger of microbial contamination.

        Recent control techniques have been proposed in order to improved the control performance characteristics for automatically accurate control system. In the position control system using a DC servo motor as a driver, the response-characteristic of system is controlled by the PID controller. In this paper, for adjusting the error signal and the plant input using the intelligent control neural network. The coupling coefficients of each layers of neural network are automatically adjusted. We assume that a plant is liberals and derive the learning algorithm. The proposed controller apply to the position control system using DC servo motor as driving source and can verify usefulness of this method through the experiment.

        Streptococcus gordonii, Fusobacterium nucleatum 및 Porphyromonas gingivalis의 상호작용이 성장에 미치는 영향

        In order to explore an effect of interaction of Streptococcus gordonii, Fusobacterium nucleatum and Porphyromonas gingivalis that are bacteria relevant to periodontal disease on its growth, the bacteria were incubated in trypticase soy hemin menadione broth at 37oC CO2 incubator for 7 days through anaerobic jar by single and co-culture with heat treated dead bacteria under anaerobic gas pack. In order to confirm growth level, absorbance was measured and for confirming colony structure and form, it was observed with scanning electron microscope. In order to confirm an effect on pathogenicity of P. gingivalis, real time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction was implemented for expression analysis for rgpA gene that produces HRgpA which is gingipain. As a result, the following conclusion was obtained. Colony formation of S. gordonii and P. gingivalis was increased by other dead bacteria and in case of F. nucleatum, its colony formation was showed an aspect of being increased by dead bacterium of P. gingivalis but decreased by dead bacterium of S. gordonii. Therefore, it is considered that the strains being used for this study would affect interactively through bacterial cell itself as well as their interaction factor at the time of colony formation.

        임신부의 건강신념요인이 구강건강관련행위에 미치는 영향

        This study is conducted with the aim of providing basic data for oral health improvement of pregnant woman and development of oral health education program by analyzing factors influencing the oral health related behavior of pregnant woman applying health belief model which is theoretical model of explaining individual`s behavior change. For 217 expectant mothers who visited 8 obstetrics and 1 maternity class located in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon from August 1 to 31, 2014, data analysis was implemented using self-administered questionnaire. Before the completion of self-administered questionnaire, the subjects were fully informed of explanatory note and consented on taking part in the research for the consideration of ethical aspect. Collected materials were treated by PASW Statistics ver. 18.0 program and following results were acquired. Health belief factor which infuences oral health related behavior of pregnant woman resulted that perceived severity influences on oral examination during pregnancy and dental treatment during pregnancy, and perceived benefits influences on oral examination during pregnancy, and perceived barriers on toothbrushing after having a snack, toothbrush with rotation method and oral examination during pregnancy, and self-efficacy influences on use of oral hygiene products after toothbrushing and oral examination during pregnancy. With these research results, I suggest that perceived severity of health belief factor, perceived benefits, perceived barrier and self-efficacy influence oral health related behavior of pregnant woman. And specific oral health education program for pregnant woman is necessary to increase perceived severity of pregnant woman, perceived benefits and self-efficacy and to reduce perceived barriers.
