環黃海圈的內涵興中韓關系的發展

本文以對世界海洋經濟文化地理地緣的兩大環海圈―環地中海圈和環黃海圈的比較爲視角, 對環黃海圈及其中韓日三國在歷史上形成的東方特色文明在世界文明發展歷史上和在當代世界發展格局中的地位和作用進行了總體把握, 進而着重對環黃海圈中的中韓關系進行了歷史分析和現實考察, 强調了中韓關系的基本內涵和中韓關系紐帶中海路的重要作用和人的親情因素的主體地位, 竝就雙方如何發揚歷史傳統, 進一步交流合作, 共同發揮在環黃海圈中的作用, 共創當代東方特色文明的輝煌, 提出了可供參考的具體操作性行動建議。

컨벤션센터 시장세분화 방안

This study aims to provide the guidelines for planning and operating convention centers. A case study is utilized with the units of analysis, including Seoul COEX, Busan BEXCO, Daegu EXCO, Jeju ICCJEJU, Ilsan KINTEX, Gwangju KDJ Center, and Changwon CECO. The findings related to the operation of convention centers in Korea are summarized as follows: the interation of similar conventions; an increase in size; globalization; and specialization. With a view of marketing, this study concludes as follows: (1) initial categorization of target markets is needed due mainly to the founding purposes and the site characteristics of the convention centers in question while utilizing market segmentation strategies; (2) a specific target market should be selected and focused on it; and (3) the development strategy of an image and servicescape is demanded to devised in plan.

Background: Many articles have reported an increased prevalence of fungal sinusitis in otherwise healthy individuals, although invasive fungal sinusitis is a well-documented disease in immunocompromised patients. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the linear trend of changes in clinical characteristics of fungal sinusitis from 2005 to 2015. Methods: Of the 3198 patients who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery between 2005 and 2015, 298 cases that were pathologically confirmed to be fungal sinusitis were retrospectively analyzed by reviewing their medical records. Results: From 2005 to 2015, the mean age of fungal sinusitis patients showed increasing trend. The number and the proportion of fungal sinusitis cases in FESS (functional endoscopic sinus surgery) patients showed increasing trend. The percentages of fungal sinusitis patients with hypertension, allergic rhinitis, and septal deviation also showed increasing trend for eleven years. There were no statistical relationship between the direction of septal deviation and affected sinuses. Conclusion: Fungal sinusitis had increased from 2005 to 2015. The age and comorbidities such as hypertension, allergic rhinitis, and septal deviation in fungal sinusitis patient had also increased.

BCD Platform과의 집적화에 적합한 고성능 Lateral Super Barrier Rectifier의 연구

This paper suggests a high performance lateral super barrier rectifier (Lateral SBR) device which has the advantages of both Schottky diode and pn junction, that is, low forward voltage and low leakage current, respectively. Advantage of the proposed lateral SBR is that it can be easily implemented and integrated in current BCD platform. As a result of simulation using TCAD, BVdss = 48 V, $V_F=0.38V$ @ $I_F=35mA$, T_j = $150^{\circ}C$ were obtained with very low leakage current characteristic of 3.25 uA.

벼 냉해 발생시 피해정도에 따른 쌀 품질 특성 구명

본 시험은 벼가 저온 피해를 받았을 때 수확 전에 쌀 수량 및 품질변화를 예측하여 쌀 수급계획 수립 및 벼 안정생산기술 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자, 2007년 국립식량과학원 춘천출장소 냉해검정 포장에서 오대벼를 이용하여 수행하였다. 냉해를 유발하기 위해서 수온이 17℃ 인 물을 유수형성기부터 출수기까지 관개 처리하였다. 수확은 임실률에 따라서 하였고, 품질분석 항목은 등숙률, 제현률, 현미천립중, 단백질함량 등을 조사하였다. 품질특성분석은 임실률 변화에 따라서 각 항목별로 하였다. 1. 임실률에 따른 등숙률은 y=1.0444x-7.6597(R2=0.9874**) 의 관계가 있어서 임실률이 1% 증가하면 등숙비율은 1.0444% 증가하여, 임실률이 40~50%일 때 등숙비율은 34.1~44.6%, 임실률 60~70%일 때 등숙비율은 55~65.4%, 임실률 80~90%일 때 등숙비율은 75.9~86.3%이었다. 2. 완전미율은 임실률 변화에 따라 회귀분석을 하면 y=-0.2306x+104.32(R2=0.634*) 로 임실률과 부의 관계가 있어서, 저온 피해를 받았을 때 임실률에 따른 완전미율 예측이 가능하여 임실율이 40%일 때 완전미율은 95.1%, 임실률이 50~60%일 때 완전미율은 92.8~90.5%, 임실률이 70~80%일 때 완전미율은 88.2~85.9%, 임실률이 90%일 때 완전미율은 83.6%로 임실률이 높으면 완전미율은 낮았다. 3. 단백질함량는 임실률에 따라서 y=-0.046x+10.875(R2=0.6973*) 의 관계가 있어서 임실률이 증가하면 감소하는 경향으로 임실률이 40~50%일 때 단백질함량은 9.0~8.6%, 임실률 60~70%일 때 단백질함량은 8.1~7.7%, 임실률 80~90%일 때 단백질함량은 7.2~6.7%이었다. 이와 같이 저온피해 정도가 커서 임실립수가 적어지면 단백질함량은 높아져서 쌀 품질을 저하시킨다. 4. 저온피해를 받은 벼의 쌀은 자연구보다 아밀로스함량은 높고, 현미천립중, 정현비율, 현백비율은 낮으며, 백미의 백도는 비슷하였으나, 임실률에 따른 뚜렷한 경향은 없었다. The objective of this study was to provide fundamental data on breeding cultivar and cultural technique to identify quality characterization according to damage degrees in rice when are damaged at low temperature. For induction of cold damage, we treated the irrigation water at 17~circC from the panicle formation stage to the heading date. The rice products were harvested by grades according to the sterility ratio and investigated 5 items of quality analysis including ripened grain ratio, brown/rough rice ratio, 1000 grain weight of brown rice, protein content, and amylose content. The quality analysis were characterized by each items according to the sterility ratio. As a result, the ripened grain ratio was y=1.0444x-7.6597(R2=0.9874** ), protein content was y=-0.046x+10.875 (R2=0.6973* ), and head rice ratio was y=-0.2306x+104.32 (R2=0.634* ), but the amylose content, brown/rough rice ratio and the milled/brown rice ratio were not significant. The rice plants, which injured by the low temperature, had bad influence in the yield and quality. Consequently, the breeding of rice cultivar and development of cultural technique are required to improve its cold tolerance.

조선문사와 명사신의 수창 (酬唱)과 그 양상

The poems exchanged between the Korean literary men and Ming envoys and their appearance. At the beginning of Korean dynasty, Korean had very close diplomatic relationship with Ming Dynasty, so in case of the visit by Ming envoys, the consumption of material and human resources for reception of Ming envoys were very impressive, and the successful poems would be considered as the key point of diplomatic success. That was why Korea would pay more attention to choose the talents who could spread the spirit of culture and made poems to reply Ming envoys promptly. If they were superior, Korea would choose them in spite of their position in the society. So the writers stated clearly in Hwang Hwa Collection 『皇華集』 did not always agree with the real writers. The Korean envoys meeting the Ming envoys and the official companies selected as the literature talents were very self-confident, since I read the envoys' works several times, It showed a vivid picture of the confrontation between Korean envoys and Ming envoys. With the help of Hwang Hwa Collection 『皇華集』 and Korean Envoy Record 『使朝鮮錄』, Ming envoys wrote the poems in advance, so we can know that the Korean literary men who made the poems to reply the Ming envoys had surprised literature level in both quantity and quality, which made a comparition with Ming envoys who tried to save Chinese face. So Korea had worked very hard for it also. Korean literary men coped skillfully with different styles of verse requested unexpectedly by the Ming envoy, especially, they had reached the special level in making poetical prose which was worthy of close attention. After Japanese invasion of Korea in 1592, the Korean envoys were kept on a large scale, this is because that Korea wanted to show the prosperity of their country with their literature in case of the lack of materials. Before Japanese invasion the works payed much attention to the originality and true life, and mostly showed the enjoyable banquets, but after Japanese invasion, the works showed the thought of their debt to Ming dynasty and also Japan and Japanese war stories became the subject of the poems. As Qing dynasty came to the history stage, Korea existed in an inconvenient position with their delicate diplomatic relationship with Ming dynasty and Qing dynasty, so the works at this time showing the confirmation of the thought of their debt to Ming dynasty and the punishment to the barbarian has been increased in a big amount.

Wargame simulators are widely used in the field of defence modeling and simulation. Because of increasing importance of communication effects on the warfare, the war game simulator is also required to reflect communication effects. One way to satisfy the requirement is the interoperation simulation between war game simulator and communication effect simulators. This paper shows the application of interoperation simulation between war game and communication effect simulators using HLA(High-Level Architecture)/RTI(RunTime Infrastructure). The war game simulator mainly deal with the engagement of troops and the troops communicate each other at the mission execution level. In the other hand, The communication effect simulator perform communication actions between the troops in the engineering level. Using the interoperation simulation, we can reflect the communication effects on the war game simulation. We show various applications of the interoperation simulation with the point of the war game and communication effect simulator. with a case study, we explain the interoperation simulation improves the reality and fidelity of the war game simulator and how the interoperation simulation can be applied to developing doctrines and real communication system.
