The buildings constructed with steel structure is coated with certified fire resistive material to resist from fire. Coating materials lose their initial performances as time passes, so they need some maintenance. This study is covers standardization of the methods for assessing the durability of SFRM. In Korea, more than 90 percent of SFRM are used indoors. So This study is to decide proper test method through investigation and examination of effect factor to performance of fire-resistant structure and applicable test method.

For the structural analysis of reinforced concrete structures, the mechanical properties of concrete at each temperature are required and the mechanical property values according to specific temperature are presented in the design regulations and codes. In this study, the mechanical properties of concrete were experimented by using 35MPa concrete produced in Korea from 20℃ to 900℃(two kinds of test method). Compared the results with previous domestic papers, we aimed to contribute to the construction of mechanical characteristics D.B. of at the elevated temperatures of domestically produced concrete which can be used for structural analysis in fire.

Fireproof spray-application also loses its performance and this performance loss of thr fireproof spray-application is very important because fire resistance of buildings depends on fireproof spray-application. So this study is to develop Acceleration durability test method of Fireproof spray-application, and use the Certification of fire resistant coating system.

Applying fire resistive coating to steel members is one of the general methods to secure fire resistance performance of steel members. And intumescent coating system is currently one of methods giving fire resistance to steel members. Intumescent coating system for fire resistance, however, has undesirable weaknesses that fire resistance performance of steel members is being deteriorated due to cracks and falling-offs of the coverings as time goes after completion of the coverings to the members. This study is designed to understand changes in fire resistance performance of intumescent coating system through follow-up tests on temperature of unexposed surface for the domestic intumescent coating system.
내화충전물용 경량기포콘크리트의 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

경량기포콘크리트는 일반적으로 아파트의 바닥 단열층 형성에 사용되며, 내화재료로는 경량패널의 내화단열심재, 내화금고의 충전내화물로 사용되는 등 다양한 용도로 사용되고 있다. 그러나, 기존 연구에서는 건축용 단열부분에 초점을 맞추어 연구가 진행되어 내화금고에 충전되는 내화물로 사용되는 부분에 대해서는 체계적인 연구가 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 내화금고는 화재로부터 유가증권 및 각종 서류와 같은 귀중품을 보호하기 위해 사용되며, 한국금고는 세계시장점유율이 높은 상품이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 기포제를 이용한 선기포방식의 경량기포콘크리트를 기본으로 하고, 골재로써 발포폴리스틸렌비드와 퍼라이트를 사용하여 경량기포콘크리트 제조하여 실험하였다. 제작된 실험체에 대한 밀도, 압축강도, 열전도율 및 내화성능 실험을 실시하여 결과를 제시함으로써 경량기포콘크리트의 활용범위를 넓히고자 하였다. Lightweight foamed concrete is typically used in the insulation layer of the apartment floor. And Lightweight foamed concrete used as a refractory of lightweight panels, fireproof safe and has been used for a variety of purposes. The existing research focused on the part of the building insulation research primarily. But, for a systematic study has not been made on a portion of which is used as a refractory of fireproof safe. Fireproof safes is used to protect the securities and various documents and valuables from fire. And korea safe is high market share in the world. Therefore, this study basically using a foaming agent lightweight foamed concrete. And perlite and expanded polystyrene beads were used as the aggregate. Density, compressive strength, thermal conductivity, and fire performance tests conducted by the results presented here. And, I hope Lightweight foamed concrete has been widely used.

철골 건축물은 화재시 안전확보를 위하여 인정 받은 내화뿜칠재로 피복을 한다. 내화뿜칠피복재도 다른 건축자재와 같이 시간이 경과함에 따라 초기의 성능이 저하되어 내구성이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 내화뿜칠재의 90% 이상이 실내에서 사용됨에 착안하여, 냉온조건, 건습조건에 따른 내화뿜칠피복재의 촉진내구성 평가방법을 제시하였다. The buildings constructed with steel structure is coated with certified Sprayed Fire Resistive Material(SFRM) to resist from fire. All the building materials lose their initial performances as time passes, so they need durability. This study covers standardization of the methods for assessing the durability of SFRM. In Korea, more than 90 percent of SFRM are used indoors. So their fire performance were tested under indoor conditions before and after accelerate wet/dry cycling and temperature cycling to standardize the methods for assessing their durability.

In case of fire spray protection sheath, fire resisting capacity is assessed for each material and installation method according to fire-resistive construction recognition. This study reviews effects of the percentage of water content that exist in fire spray protection sheath during the assess process of fire resisting capacity on fire resisting capacity, and changes of the percentage of water content according to temperature conditions. As a result of exams, as curing temperature is higher and thickness of specimen is thinner, decrease of the percentage of water content becomes significant.

화재시 건물내의 연소확대를 방지하기 위한 방화구획 선상, 피난통로, 승강기 탑승 로비 등에는 방화문, 승강기 등을 설치하기 위한 개구부가 위치하게 된다. 건축물에서의 연소확대는 이와 같은 개구부를 통하여 이루어지기 쉬우므로 설치되는 개구부 방호 설비에 대한 관련 기준의 정비 및 보완이 중요하다. 특히 과거와는 달리 건물의 고층화, 대형화에 따라 피난용도로 사용되는 승강기의 용도가 중요시 되고 있으며, 이에 따른 승강기문에 대한 화재안전성이 요구되고 있으며, 또한 방화문 등에 설치되는 방화유리창도 화재시 연소확대방지를 위한 검토가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 외국의 방화용 승강기문과 방화유리창에 대한 성능기준을 검토하여 국내 관련 성능기준을 설정하기 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. The openings for fire doors and elevator doors are installed on fire compartment to stem fire spreading, evacuation passage and elevator hoistway in building. Fire spreading tend to grow through these openings, so it is important to organize the standard related to opening protectives. Unlike in the past, due to being tall and large, the elevator for evacuation is being more important. For this reason, it is required for elevator door to be safe in fire and it is necessary for the glazing installed on fire doors to be reviewed with respect to fire spreading. In this study, foreign performance criterion of the fire elevator door and the fire-protection-rated glazing were reviewed and the base data for improving way about the fire performance criteria were suggested.
