This study treats on Analysis Methods of urban activity. The analysis is based on and utilizes generation multiplier charateristics of the urban activity generation model. The multiplier of generation-model has characteristics representing interrelationships among urban activities synthetically in terms of the employment structure and cordination of transport system. These characteristics were used to develop impact and interaction-model of urban activity. Model validity was tested for some examples, and showed to be significant.
우리나라 示方書에 依據한 鐵筋 Concrete 部材의 極限强度設計計算의 簡易化를 爲한 圖表 (其Ⅰ)

鐵筋 Concrete 單純矩形보의 斷面設計에서 計條計件이 同一할 경우 極限强度設計法과 許容應力設計法으로 求한 抵抗 Moment는 極限强度設計法으로는 Mr=0.391???bd², 許容應力設計法에서는 Mr=0.324???bd²으로서 極限强度設計法이 許容應力設計法보다 더 큰 抵抗 Moment를 받을 수 있어 確實히 有利함을 알 수 있다. 우리 나라 鐵筋 Concrete 示方書나 美國 A.C.I 示方書에는 上記 두 設計法中 어느것을 擇하여 設計하여도 無關하다고 規定되어 있으므로 設計條件이 同一하다면 經濟的으로 有利한 極限强度設計法이 要求될 것이나 現今 우리나라의 土木技術者는 在來의 許容應力設計法에 固着되어 있고 極限强度設計法이 一般化되어 있지 않을 뿐 아니라 極限强度設計公式의 諸係數가 圖表化되어 있지 않아 極限强度設計法 을 利用하여 設計하려면 計算上의 繁雜과 상당한 時間이 所要되므로 本稿에서는 極限强度設計公式의 諸係數와 極限强度設計法에서 問題가 되는 처짐計算에서 特히 Concrete Shrincage에 依한 처짐計算을 圖表化하여 設計計算의 簡便化를 期해 보았다.

This article examines the critical reception of Qoheleth’s skepticism by two Qumran documents (4QMysteries and 4QInstruction). Both Qumran wisdom texts demonstrate that a sapiential text can combine elements from apocalypticism and traditional wisdom. Qoheleth’s skepticism goes so far as to cancel the advantage of life and divine retribution. The sapiential texts of the sectarian community directly reacts to Qoheleth’s thoughts in order to resist and transform them. Qoheleth bears witness to the problem of death, which is the ultimately dehumanizing power. 4QMysteries, however, translates the destroying power of death into the theophanic knowledge which executes an inevitable elimination of folly and evil. The community behind 4QMysteries eagerly anticipates that the eschatological embodiment of the knowledge will fill all the world at the expense of the personification of deified Death, which Qoheleth identifies with the insatiable rich. 4QInstruction’s version of eschatological future is a powerful reaction to Qoheleth’s daring implication that God does not treat benevolently the wise and the righteous. 4QInstruction modifies, with apocalyptic way of thinking, such motifs as reward, reputation and portion, all of which are in the service of Qoheleth’s description of death. Qoheleth’s judgment of a single fate that levels the wise/righteous with the fool/wicked is born again as the theme of divine predestination, which determines the inherent disparity of the human spirits as well as their distinct destinies. These points of analogy between Qoheleth and the sapiential texts demonstrate that the sage’s words about death carry sharp barbs that prick those who dare to think radically like him. Thus, some evidence for the literary dependence of both Qumran sapiential compositions on Qoheleth throws a precious light on the stimulating debate about the relationship of the apocalyptic tradition with biblical wisdom at an earlier stage.
大阪都市圈에 있어서 土地利用活動에 의거한 都市交通生成特性

本硏究는 大阪都市圈의 土地利用活動에 의거한 都市交通의 生成特性을 究明하는 것이 目的이다. 道市活動의 重要成分인 土地利用의 質과 量에 따라서 發生되는 交通의 目的과 量이 相違함에 注目해서 都市活動을 나타내는 指標를 그特性別로 分類하고, 同一特性群에서 都市交通과 土地利用指標 를 取하여 都市交通을 說明함으로서 土地利用과 都市交通과의 關聯性이 把握될 것으로 생각한다. 都市活動의 特性分類에서는 大阪都市圈의 社會 經濟에 關한 104項目의 指標를 調査하여, 相關分析의 結果 相關이 대단히 큰 指標間의 한쪽을 除去시킨 80變數를 使用한 主成分分析으로부터 5個의 特性群으로 分類하였다. 各變數特性群別로 都市交通과 土地利用指標間의 相互關連性을 考察하여 都市交通의 設明指標를 提案하였다. 提案되 都市交通의 設明指標의 有效性을 確認하기 위하여 段階的回歸分析과 切片을 零으로한 最小自乘法에 의하여 數많은 交通發生回歸Model式을 作成하고 統計的으로 檢討한 結果 有意하였다. The aim of this research is to analyse urban traffic generation characteristics, based on land-use activity in the Osaka metropolitan area. It is known that the quality and quantity of land-use are components of urban activity, and therefore we may presume that the purposes of generated traffic and its quantity vary according to land-use activity. By considering the different functions of land-use activity, urban activity indices can be classified by their characteristics. By extracting the indices of urban traffic and land-use from these categories of characteristics, and then analysing them, it is possible to grasp the relation between land-use and generated urban traffic. In order to classify the characteristics of urban activity, and to carry out correlation analysis, we took a survey of 104 items of the socio-economic index in the Osaka metropolitan area. Keeping only the highly correlative indices, and eliminating the others, we reduced the items to 80 indices. We then classified urban activity into five groups by means of principal component analysis of the 80items of urban cativity. The results clarified that the indices of urban traffic and land-use activity can legitimately be sub-divided into these five groups. Independent variables of urban traffic were proposed from the correlation indices of urban traffic and land-use in each group of characteristics. Then, using the interdependence between groups of urban activity characteristics, we were able to draw conclusions about the hierarchy of urban structure and the trends land-use development. Many regrssion models drawn up in order to evaluate for efficiency of urban traffic independent variables proposed in this research, and those drawn up by stepwise regression anlysis and least squares which set interception zero. The validity of the models was checked by using the overall F-test, and the results were significant and considerable.
